DANGEROUS LIAISONS — When Rebekah (Claire Holt) turns down Klaus’ (Joseph Morgan) plea to stop Kol (Nathaniel Buzolic) and protect Jeremy (Steven R. McQueen), Klaus turns to Stefan (Paul Wesley) for help. After an angry confrontation with her father, Mayor Hopkins (guest star Rick Worthy), over his unconventional approach to ending the violence in Mystic Falls, Bonnie (Kat Graham) has a frightening run-in with Kol, followed by an unexpected visitor. Klaus complicates the already tense feelings between Stefan and Damon (Ian Somerhalder) by revealing a bit of Stefan’s personal life, then surprises Damon by asking for personal advice. Elena (Nina Dobrev) tells Stefan about her dangerous plan for Jeremy, leaving Stefan in a difficult spot. When the high school’s 1980s Decade Dance is cancelled by Mayor Hopkins, Stefan finds a charming way to make it up to a disappointed Rebekah. Brad Turner directed the episode written by Rebecca Sonnenshine (#412).

- Of course the new guy has his own brilliant plan for getting rid of the supes in town. Those kinds of plans always work so well.
ReplyDelete- I'm not surprised Klaus will go to Damon for advice. He wants to accomplish with Caroline what Damon has with Elena. Not gonna happen.
- What's with all of the Kol lately? I don't need any of that.
- If Elena has a dangerous plan for Jeremy, the last thing she should do is tell Stefan about it. He's a world-class Buzz Killington this season and will only end up ruining whatever she plans.
- The Mayor cancelled a decade dance? Good for him. He must have done his research.
- Is TVD laying the groundwork for a Stefan / Rebekah rekindling?
You know I think I'd actually like Stefan/Rebekah to become a thing again, they were so sweet together in the 1920's. Also definitely agree with the whole telling Stefan about the plan thing, but then again I don't have a great deal of faith in Elena's plan capabilities....she usually fails terribly.
ReplyDeleteI agree, I'd like to see Stefan and Rebekah again, but only if it's a genuine thing. I'd hate to see him taking advantage of her.
ReplyDeleteWhy does Klaus need Becca to stop Kol? Isn't he the biggest, worst, strongest, blah, blah, blah? Why should he be afraid of his brother?
ReplyDeleteAnd why is Klaus always turning to Stefan and now Damon for help and advice? Cause they
are such close friends? And why are these idiots always so stupid and agree on helping him, after all he did? Why is everyone on the show so eager to forget what damage Klaus caused in the town? It's so obvious the producers want to keep this psycho so badly, they ignore logic.
It's about time the authority in town realizes that dances and parades always end up in
blood and death. Although it's also the peoples fault, if they are stupid enough to go.
Agree that Stefan isn't quite reliable since he left with Klaus at the end of S2. He's
ReplyDeletegonna let her down. Again. And then he's gonna wonder why she choose Damon over
him? Use your brain, Stefan.
"He must have done his research" LOL
- I asume the only reason Klaus asks advice to Damon it's because he wants to earn Caroline's trust (which is impossible since he killed Tyler's mom) and he knows Damon is good with the ladies.
ReplyDelete- I like having Kol around, it's a funny character, I'm not saying he's my favorite, but it's good to have someone fresh in the story every one in a while.
- You might think that by now Elena would understand that she can't trust Stefan, for the right or wrong reasons he has been betraying her for a while, and I'm afraif this time would not be different.
-I have to say that I want to see Stefan & Rebekah together, when she first appeared I wanted to see him in love with someone else, not just Elena, it would be nice t have him in a relation where he doesn't have to compete with his brother. I just don't want him to use Rebekah just to make Elena jealous.
(PS: sorry for my bad english)
is it too much to ask for ONE Jerbekah scene? This description hurt my shipper heart.
