  1. A lot happened in just one episode.
Interesting to note that Juliet learns her condition was caused by someone else.
Wonder if we will see the wesen cop again.

  2. I really enjoyed this, actually. It was a nice departure from the usual baddies we see on this show. And it gave me a chance to try and brush up on my Spanish ;)

  3. I loved this episode. My only problem right now is since Hank has been let in on the secret Monroes part has been cut down way too much! I need more Monroe!!!

  4. this episode rocked my socks i am now scared shitless but whatever it was totally worth it and speaking Spanish made the episode that much more intense cus la llorona is originally a Mexican folk tare so it was like oh shit

  5. Fantastic ep that had a great cotw and also forwarded the mythology story with Renard knowing that Adalind is up to something as he saw that she was last in Vienna, and that the older latina lady (maybe a witch that we might see again?) knew exactly had happened to her and wanted to help/warn her. I liked the wesen detective and wouldn't mind she comes back in the future as another ally that Nick could need.

  6. I loved it! The creepy bits were creepy. Enjoyed Monroe's Halloween display...thought I knew the punchline was going to be him going Blutbad on those obnoxious kids. Good on him for keeping the phone as collateral. Was interesting to see a kid smart enough to know not to post the video of him and his friends breaking he law. The guest cast impressed me as well. Awesome episode.

    AWESOME episode.

    - I love that it was a genuine ghost story. No contemporary rationalization, no wessen ability. Just a complete unknown which makes the idea even more chilling and made the ending to it even more freaky.

    - I LOVE that we are seeing more good wessen in the show.
    - Juliette's inclusion to the storyline felt very genuine and nice, hopefully we will get more of that and its nice to see her sort of falling in love with Nick again, despite not remembering him.

  8. These last few episodes have been quite Hank and Juliet heavy haven't they? I guess since they are new to the Wessen world they are going to stay with them a bit and use that exposition to expose the audience to more of the Wessen world.

I guess I'm okay with it, but I do enjoy Monroe more than Hank and Juliet.....

..AWESOME..we latino-american are so happy that the writer make a story-line about and urban legend so popular they choose the correct actress to make the performance and kate the blue panther beauty full computer make up but the risk choice if nicks girlfriend force spell that little clif-hanger very mysterious and kinki

  10. First thing I thought of when I saw Kate del Castillo was her role on Weeds as drug emprisarria Pilar.... I kept waiting for Shane Botwin to take a croquet mallet to Det Espinosa's head! XD

Was interesting to have Juliet play translator.... Another way to put her in Captain Renard's path I guess... and expose her to the Wessen side of life. Interesting to have Juliet find out her cat scratch fever was a deliberate act by somebody.

I was laughing when those costumed little punks got in Monroe's face (his nice and happy face) and made threats against him. Better hope they don't see his mean and hairy face! XD

They had to push it didn't they? Trick or Treat indeed.

Another quite fun episode that was perfect for Halloween.

  11. Things will change when Rosalee comes back, I'm sure.

  12. Loved it! Agree with everything everyone has commented on, and I also think it's interesting that Juliette's beginning to give credence to people who speak mystically. Yet she has a good head on her shoulders, and her decision to not choose between the two was sound. I like the Juliette character quite a lot.

  13. Was anyone else thinking that Nick had better chemistry with the guest than with Juliette? If Nick and Juliette split up, I'll be okay with that. Loved Monroe scaring away the kids at the end!

  14. Yes! The guest cast was great!

  15. Really cool episode, one of the most interesting tidbits was the nature of la llorona. Was she some sort of wesen? a ghost wesen? still, knowing that there are phenomena that even in the wesen world can't be explained was really cool!

Hope to see Valentina again as a guest star some day, she's the first wesen we have seen in law enforcement (besides Renard) Balam seem like a pretty cool kind of wesen to see explored further.

Kudos for Juliette knowing more about what caused her ailment!

  16. There was the Bauerschwein arson investigator and the Lowen parole officer.

  17. Interesting episode. I liked the wesen detective, as well as the mysterious hispanic lady who knew about supernatural things, including what happened to Juliette. I hope both of those ladies pop up once in a while to help out Juliette and/or Nick.

  18. I agree. I prefer Monroe teaming with Nick more than Hank. I'd be okay with some more team action, that way, Monroe doesn't get as much flack for helping a Grimm.

  19. I agree, I was impressed with the guest cast this episode too!
