Have to say I used the casting cheat to solve this one (when you see an actor you've seen frequently in one very short scene....that actor is the culprit) Plus, John Pyper-Ferguson has played this character before. Then again, he's really good at it. Naming the women he was brainwashing after the months of the year...in such a literal fashion, made me laugh.
I really like Bailey Chase here (usually he's playing a pretty unlikable jerk) and they were letting us believe that from the beginning. This week I kept thinking about what we learned about Branch last week. Those revelations (his realization that he shouldn't be running against Longmire - I do think he will eventually make a great successor to Walt - and the realization that he's not using Cady) kept coming back to me. They've gotten me turned around on the character and I was really glad that Walt told Branch he was probably right about the tip line.
NOTE: Name-calling, personal attacks, spamming, excessive self-promotion, condescending pomposity, general assiness, racism, sexism, any-other-ism, homophobia, acrophobia, and destructive (versus constructive) criticism will get you BANNED from the party.
The more this show runs the better it gets. Only two more EP. and then hopefully a long wait till season 2. Great show please renew.
ReplyDeleteIt already has been renewed. ;)
