  3. Have i forgotten something, what can Julia give Mark that Lexie can't?

  4.  I'm assuming a commitment (moving in) and a family (kids). He may be worried that Lexie doesn't want those things or at least doesn't want them right now. Maybe he just doesn't want to wait.

  5. That's what I figure - they had serious problems the first time around because she wasn't ready for the responsibility of Mark taking Sloan's baby... and that may not have changed, and I could see Mark being really ready to settle down.

  6. Hallelujah, Mark... here's hoping he makes the right choice  :)  And I'm excited to see what decisions the residents make, too.

  7. Lexie broke up with him because she didn't want to be a grandma/mother when she realized Mark got some girl pregnant (who was also pregnant with a child) and then again with Callie.

  8.  Exactly.  Mark has shifted into "family" mode ever since his daughter showed up at his doorstep.  Lexie wanted none of that.

  9.  Mark is in a tough spot but if Lexie's stance on family life hasn't changed there's not much to think over regardless of anyone's feelings.

  10. I forgot about his daughter and becoming a grandpa..honestly that was around the time i stopped watching,i needed a break from them. Thanks!  :)

  11. Yep! Mark went from bedding every women he could to wanting to be a parent in a flash! I felt like i was reading How to be a parent in 60 seconds or less!

  12. And i couldn't believe how fast Mark went into family mode! That was around the time i had to stop watching,i think it was the following season when i started watching again.

  13. I do  remember that, i thought maybe something else happened.I was tired of the show at that point and the changes that Mark was going thru seemed so contrived...

  14. Let it be May 10th already. I just have to know.

  15. Aw Mark! I'd love fo him to pick Lexie, but I feel that she'll never be on the same wavelength as him. He'll spent the rest of his life waiting for her to catch up and I really don't think she ever really will. I think if they do give it another go she'll also have to make some changes.
Also: does anyone else want Ben to be a regular come next season? I really like him. (then agai I feel if he does become a regular his character will be totally destoyed.)

  16. Grey's Anatomy would have to lose a lot of regulars for the show to upgrade Ben's status.  Grey's has never made a non-doctor character a series regular.

    ReplyDelete
  17. You mean non-surgeon... because Ben is a doctor... ;D
And you're right about that but seeing they were considing upping Lucy to a regular and she wasn't a surgeon either I have a feeling they might be open to the idea. Plus being an anaesthesiologist it's not he'd be out of place in an OR. He's expected to be there....

    ReplyDelete
  18.  Yes, that is what I meant.  Thank you.

Lucy may not have been a surgeon by trade but she would have been a better fit as a full-timer because, like the other regulars on the show, she would have patients and potential cases of the week and that's not a possibility for an anesthesiologist.

  21. OMG!!!! Mark please choose Lexie, Derek better tell Mark what Lexie has told him! (or at least say something that will make Mark realise Lexie wants that too!)
