that was awesome! I expected it to be fun but it had an amazing amount of heart to it. Loved General Arthur and his rhymes.. can't believe Fargo found an artifact! Good times, good episode. i felt awful for Claudia... intense scene for sure. Allison acted it wonderfully!
You know, I've always been surprised that nothing ever happened between Pete and Leena. There's been many moments over the course of the series where it's clear that they're very attracted to each other. Pete's comments about her...looks were highly amusing.
Claudia's fear that the life she has now isn't real is understandable. She had a pretty bad life before, and as we saw in season 2 following the events of the identity crisis, she considers them her family.
I've said it once and I'll say it again: Pete and Myka are A LOT flirtier this season.
I like it alot, but felt it was the actors and not the script that carried the ep: the basic plot was kinda blah to me, but the bits (hugs for Claudia!) and side-story were intrinsic. It just felt a bit like "We need to show this, that and that, how can we get it done?".
I didn't enjoy this episode all that much. There wasn't really anything wrong with it. It was just a ho-hum episode. I did, however, appreciate the Crash Bandicoot reference and Pete being mesmerized by Leena's bounty.
NOTE: Name-calling, personal attacks, spamming, excessive self-promotion, condescending pomposity, general assiness, racism, sexism, any-other-ism, homophobia, acrophobia, and destructive (versus constructive) criticism will get you BANNED from the party.

Missed season one but so glad I decided to start watching it. Great show that makes me laugh out loud.
ReplyDeleteI love all the inside jokes from various other shows. Trek music during the fight scene was awesome!
