The Goldbergs - Episode 2.10 - DannyDonnieJoeJonJordan

"DannyDonnieJoeJonJordan" - After falling boxes trap Murray in the garage, he demands Beverly get rid of everything except for one trunk. When the trunk goes missing, Murray becomes sentimental about what was inside while Erica has trouble parting with her New Kids on the Block memorabilia. Learning of their sister's former obsession, Adam and Barry tease Erica to a new level resulting in a surprising turn for the brothers, on "The Goldbergs," WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 7 (8:30-9:00 p.m., ET) on the ABC Television Network.

"The Goldbergs" stars Wendi McLendon-Covey ("Bridesmaids") as Beverly Goldberg, Patton Oswalt ("Ratatouille") as adult Adam Goldberg, Sean Giambrone as Adam Goldberg, Troy Gentile ("Good Luck Chuck") as Barry Goldberg, Hayley Orrantia ("The X Factor") as Erica Goldberg, with George Segal ("Just Shoot Me") as Pops Solomon and Jeff Garlin ("Curb Your Enthusiasm") as Murray Goldberg.

Guest starring is Jacob Hopkins as Chad Kremp, Jackson Odell as Ari Caldwell, Sam Lerner as Geoff Schwartz, Matt Bush as Andy Cogan, Noah Munck as "Naked" Rob Smith, AJ Michalka as Lainey Lewis, Natalie Alyn Lind as Dana Caldwell, Lee Simpson as Hauler, Michael Busch as Gabe and Charlie Depew as Anthony Balsamo.

"DannyDonnieJoeJonJordan" was written by Steve Basilone & Annie Mebane and directed by David Katzenberg.

Modern Family - Episode 6.11 - The Day We Almost Died

"The Day We Almost Died" - While driving out to get breakfast, the Dunphys including Manny have a near death experience causing everyone to reevaluate their lives. Claire resolves to be more fun and less uptight, Haley and Alex agree not to fight anymore, Manny refuses to ever ride in a car again, Luke wants to check off his bucket list, Phil decides to be a take action type of guy and the rest of the family has to bear the brunt of all the new attitudes, on "Modern Family," WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 7 (9:00-9:31 p.m., ET), on the ABC Television Network.

"Modern Family" stars Ed O'Neill as Jay, Julie Bowen as Claire, Ty Burrell as Phil, Sofia Vergara as Gloria, Jesse Tyler Ferguson as Mitchell, Eric Stonestreet as Cameron, Sarah Hyland as Haley, Nolan Gould as Luke, Ariel Winter as Alex, Rico Rodriguez as Manny and Aubrey Anderson-Emmons as Lily.

  1. Modern family sounds fun! The dunphy centric episodes are the best ones.

  3. Except they already had a couple of near-death experiences in the season opener. I hope this doesn't mean the finale will be a "will someone die" cliffhanger.

  5. Probably not, but they could still do a cliffhanger and make us think that someone might not be back. But, again, I don't want them to do that but it sure seems like they're trying to make the Dunphys have a collective death wish.
