May... and May... and even more of May :-) Especially with the Berserker staff, with fake!May and that awesome scene with May freeing herself in 1x13. She's the best.
1) Mockingbird vs. Hydra guards in the hallway (2x05) 2) May vs. Scarlotti/Mockingbird & Hunter vs. Hydra goons (2x06) 3) May vs. fake!May (Agent 33) (2x04) 4) May frees herself and escapes (1x13)
Mockingbird and the hydra agents. I think they've done a good job making her fun and comic book-y and visually interesting all at the same time. I love May, but she has so many fights they all kinda run together. :-)
Any scene with may damn I won't lie its been a month and every time I watch may vs fake may I still cheer and fist pump! Another was fitz,may coulson vs garret because of the bravery with which fitz shot the guy who was going to kill may even though may almost attacked him and didn't trust her before he still saved her.
Both the May vs. Fake May fight and Bobbi taking out the HYDRA were absolutely incredible. I can watch those action scenes over and over again and not get tired of them. They were so freaking epic.
It was really impressive how they basically had Ming-Na fight herself for an entire scene, and it was hardly noticeable. Excellent job staging and editing that scene. Also, that finishing move of May slamming fake!May's head to the table in slo-mo, damn!
I'm still waiting for a shooting star so I can wish for Scarlett Johansson to come on this show and give us an epic extravaganza of Black Widow, The Cavalry and Mockingbird teaming up to kick ass.
Any fight scene involving May really. And more recently, Mockingbird. Best May fight imho, was the one between May and Ward, where she literally 'nailed' him :)

I really think the show has gotten so much better with fight scenes this season, its impressive.

ReplyDeleteAnd I'm against the fight in 1.15 because it ended with May punching Ward (who had just been raped and controlled by Lorelei) and it wasn't his fault.

ReplyDeleteI liked the Ward and May fights, they were always so intense. But my favorite goes to May vs. fake May
