    don't know what to think about it ... hm ... do you think derek will leave ? ... maybe meredith does the packing for him 'cause i doubt she is gonna want to go through everything all over again if derek says no ( again ) :P :) :P

    Think this is majorly misleading! My guess they will find a way to bring the project to Seattle or do it in both towns. Cause now it only seems like Derek is playing hard to get!

    Well Patrick isn't going anywhere so I'm not sure where they are going with this storyline... But I'd bet on the 'manage to work for the president from Seattle' theory.
