    I really think ABC screwed up not pairing this with AoS for as long as they could. They could have had an awesome Tuesday block.

    I get the idea and I too question if ABC missed an opportunity to do so. Shield badly needed/ needs compatible shows around it for once and obviously this would fit the bill.

    However, I also love the idea of it bridging Shield's hiatus. The show definitely needed something to brdige it since last year's schedule was unsustinable with the amount of breaks we got; we couldn't get something like that again. And Carter is a spectacular way to do so as it also guarantees that interest for the show doesn't die down during its hiatus.
