  1. I wouldn't. The story reached it's conclusion.

  2. The Silmarillion would be EPIC (I would have prefered it instead of the Hobbit)

    6 movies were not enough?

  4. Definitely with The Silmarillion! That would be amazing.

  5. The Silmarillion since it is the beginning of everything. Would love to see it but on the other hand I'm satisfied with the 6 movies we have although it makes me sad everytime I watch The Return of the King

  6. The Silmarillion as HBO series.

  7. This /\ ......because I think Silmarillion is very hard to turn into a movie.

  8. No spin off,the story is finished. Let. it. be.

  9. Not everything needs to go on indefinitely!
End the series and move on to new material. There are so many Fantasy book series out there that would make for great TV or movies!

  10. No! Leave as it is. The Hobbit trilogy is fun for once but not really rewatchable for me. The Lord of The Rings trilogy is so epic and legendary and is a little bit tainted thanks to The Hobbit trilogy. As The Hobbit finishes, leave it. Done.

  11. From the words of Frozen, Let it go let it go!!:)

  12. Leave things as is. The LOTR trilogy was memorable. The current Hobbit trilogy is overpadded (especially the first one and haven't had an interest in seeing expanded versions) and could have remained as a single movie (two at max).

  13. Personally, I would not. Still the Hollywood way is to milk every story dry and then wait 2 decades and remake it. I expect to be seeing the new-new version of Lord of the Rings when I'm retired.

  14. The Silmarillion would work great as a tv series!

  15. Silmarillion as a HBO series could be "Unbelievable"! The beginning (Creation Epic) would be the most difficult part, but the rest (how the world is not what it was meant to be because of the chorus being changed and how the Dwarves came into being) would be EPIC! Nobdy, 4 NOW!!!

  16. I would do the story of Tom Bombadil because you can use both sets of Actors from both the hobbit and lord of the rings and then I would to Aragorn the early years.

  17. I've just realised that I still have second part of Hobbit to catch up
