CBS’ freshman spin-off NCIS: New Orleans is giving CCH Pounder a helping hand, with the addition of Chasing Life‘s Rob Kerkovich in the series regular role of a morgue assistant named Sebastian Voll.
Showrunner Gary Glasberg also announced on Thursday at the Television Critics Assoc. summer press tour that he already has plotted some NCIS crossovers.
“We’re currently planning an episode where Gibbs will make an appearance,” he shared. In addition to that, in separate episodes, “We have a storyline where Michael Weatherly is involved, Pauley Perrette is involved, David McCallum….”
“There’ll be a couple episodes that might come up where you see a couple NCIS characters,” he clarified afterward. “We’re working that out now, and it comes down to scheduling very often. We have our wish list of what we can do and what we can’t do.”

too much crossover will not be interesting...it would have to make sense and two side have to connect in some way

ReplyDeleteAs long as it's NCIS -> NCIS: NOLA, fine. When it's NOLA -> NCIS, that's where I'll be unhappy.
ReplyDeleteOnly time NCIS:LA and NCIS crossover were for the backdoor pilot. Vance appearing in both shows as director of NCIS doesnt count lol

ReplyDeletePatton Brantley (Uncredited) played her Morgue Assistant in the Backdoor Pilot. Sebastien Voll will be similar to Jimmy Palmer also I expect Wendell Hobbs (played by Aaron Moten/Recurring) will be similar to Abby Sciuto.

ReplyDeleteShe was in two NCIS LA episodes, if I remember correctly. She was kidnapped in one and then was helping to find the Chinese girl that Vance hunted years before in another episode.
