Our "Big Bad" this season will be Daniel Whitehall, known as Kraken in SECRET WARRIORS, played by Reed Diamond. #AgentsofSHIELD #MarvelSDCC

  2. Awesome, they also announced Reed Diamond as a baddie Daniel Whitehall and Nick Blood as Lance Hunter, both characters are from the comics and intriguingly both are British characters. Marvel loves its Brits.

  6. I found it got much better in the later half episodes of the season. I will admit it took me skiping over the first few episodes to because I too found them dragged out and lacking. But the show got so much better in the later half. Definitely worth checking out before all the upcoming new characters and guest stars this season to come. Plus the original cast is worth watching for sure.

  8. Show did start out rather slowly, but by the halfway mark, it started to pick up speed. And that speed continued right up until the end of the season. Looking forward to S2 :)

  9. I nearly quit it after 3-4 episodes as well but am so glad I didn't. You're making a good call by picking it back up. The midseason finale/premiere start to get the plot in gear and from episode 13 onwards it just gets better and better, with less "cases of the week" and more focus.

  10. Looks like it's actually Isabelle Hartley, and I didn't find anyone by that name on Wikipedia so I take it she's a original character.
