Thanks to richard for the heads up.

Although we haven't met little Longo yet, we will. Zap2it has learned exclusively that Jada Facer will join the cast as Joe's daughter, Dani Mancini, whose mother is Joe's ex, played by Brooke Burke-Charvet, both pictured with star Joey Lawrence above.

Facer, who has most recently appeared in episodes of"Bad Teacher" and Season 2 of ABC's "Mistresses," will make her debut in the June 11 and 18 episodes of "Melissa & Joey" and will appear in Season 4 of the sitcom.

Really, like REALLY?!?! Ugh this is so frustrating! Right when they give is what we want they come and put this on.Like you couldve made Mel pregnant or something that would of been more reasonable. This girl all of a sudden coming out of nowhere makes no sense and obviously put there cuz the series still wants it to be comedy and not romance.SO BUMMED!!!!!!!

  2. She could still turn out to be his brother's. Just because it says it in this one dumb article that she is joining the cast as Joe's daughter does not mean that is how it will turn out by the end of the third episode of the finale. We just don't know yet. They also wanted us to think she was pregnant and that was totally false.

Mmmm pretty sure it's his daughter. And something tells me she is and Mel just accepts her into her house. Like she comes over on weekends or something. Meaning she wouldnt be on the show in every episode.
