  1. I liked it a lot, Kierans death was sadly not a 'satisfying' one but that was never the intention. If someone dies on this show it's ugly.
    I'm just sick of Hayley...

And YES to Mikael showing his face again next episode. Sweet consistency with 'the spirit world' crumbling.
Hopefully Mikael manages to sneak trough the other side and remain on TO

  2. There goes Oliver. No way he's going to be allowed to live past this season.

This wasn't my favorite ep. And somehow it just all fell flat. It had alot going on, but nothing worked for me. Maybe if they had left Kieran alive as a serial killer vampire. I don't know.

  3. I didn't really love this episode. I thought it was good, but that was it. I only liked Kieran,Cami,Klaus scenes. Everything else was just off to me.

I knew it was coming but I teared anyway. R.I.P. Father K. You will be so missed. And my god if he would've killed Cami too, then iI really would've cried. To kill off Father K then 2. Min. Later kill off Cami. That would've been cruel. And the goodbye between them was bittersweet.

I didn't even care for Josh's lines. Which is something i look forward to every week. But tonight iI didn't even feel like they were funny. Just misplaced and inappropriate. Probably b/c I was grieving for Kieran, so I just wanted Josh to shut up! And surprise, surprise he's working for Marcel. (Seriously why is he still alive).

Hayley all bark and no bite. (drumroll Haha) I wish she would've went through with it, but once she started talking, iI said nope, this isn't the time. I don't even know wth they were talking about. I was just bored with it. And awwww to Hayley having her lamaze classes with Eve. That was cute. So that would mean Hayley is about 7/8 months preggers. I would say she's right on schedule.

I don't care too about those wolves in the Bayou. I mean they're just there. so i wasn't exactly scared for their lives. But i did like the first scene when Elijah detected the bomber and got everyone safe as much he could. That was a nice scene. Speaking of wolves, i'm over Oliver. As delicious as he is to look at, it's time for him to go away. He really annoyed me this episode. Not b/c of Eve or the fact that he once again betrayed people that trust him, just b/c the more he spoke the more irritating he became. But that's pretty much it. Next week look's better.

  4. I liked the episode, was sad to see Kieren go especially the way he went out. It's also a bit of a shame they didn't let jim go crazy/evil vamp, the actor would have done a great job with that.

Still not digging the wolf story, they're the least interesting faction (for me). I also don't like how they're shoving Hayle down my throat. I miss Bex, I'd rather have her as the female lead.

  5. I love Hayley, but she risk a lot going after the responsible of the massacre. I not surprise the friends of Jackson been one of the responsible, but who is the other one.

Finally the end Kieran storyline, now Cami can move on.

  6. I really hated the Hayley scenes. It's really unbelievable that'd she'd run around like that and she'd make it out of the vamp bar unscathed. Even Khaleesi knew her limits when pregnant and she's a super badass Queen. Then again, Game of Thrones is the far superior show so...
Cami was really good this ep though. It was nice Elijah finally saw reason and backed Klaus's decision to try and make moonlight rings for the wolves. Geneveive was an evil ho but that was the point, so it was entertaining. I'm shocked Klaus didn't take her head off though.

  7. Oh, come on Lexana. Be honest. Hayley is never going to get on your good side no matter what she does. You just don't like her.

Just last week you said "Maybe if they'd show her being a leader and not just acting like a bitchy mean girl then I could get down with Hayley."

So what does she do this week? She puts her pack ahead of her own safety and heads out in a self-sacrificing attempt to avenge her people, like a leader would. Alas, you have nonetheless found something else negative to focus on.

  8. I didn't like Hayley charging off. She thinks that just because Klaus knocked her up she's invincible and nobody will kill her in fear of the wrath of Elijah. She could have just waited for Klaus (who knew Marcel wasn't behind the bombing) but instead she endangered her life and the life of her child by picking a fight with Diego (a vampire) and then walked into Marcel's place ready to kill him. I also didn't like how she flat out lied to Klaus about Elijah being with her. I liked Hayley going around trying to help the wounded.

I like Jackson more now, and Oliver less. I think Klaus wants to unite the werewolves and stop the in-fighting judging by what he told Oliver last week. I think Jackson may be on board with that as well - it seems like he just really wants better. Oliver on the other hand made things worse and people died because of him. It sounded like Oliver made a deal with the humans to me.

Cami was good in this episode, although I wish Klaus had left her after Kieran died and they were waiting for him to wake up and went to focus on Hayley and her situation instead. I think I would like Marcel/Cami a lot better if they had stuck with it after they introduced in in the pilot - I think going the Marcel/Rebekah route was a big mistake and takes away for all three characters.

  9. How exactly is Hayley being shoved down your throat? She's been a full-time, twenty-two episode character on this show from the beginning alongside Klaus, Elijah, & Marcel and is allotted screen time proportionate to that status on the show. Additionally, she's the only full-time wolf on the show in the midst of a season-long arc about wolves. How does any of that qualify as being shoved down one's throat? That's just being a lead character.

  10. I disagree with all the Hayley hate here, she's been doing great as a leader, a pregnant one for that. When she does nothing, she's awful, when she takes charge, she's awful. Give her a break. You're probably too biased or just determined to hate her no matter what happens.

  15. There was a sec there when she was taking care of the kid and helped the lady with her leg wound but then she had to charge off like an IDIOT. Hayley could have gotten her baby killed doing that crap, it's cringe worthy to watch. Her place was there, taking care of her people, not marching off to what should have been her death. Jackson and Oliver seemed to understand their people needed them there.

  16. after this ep I star more like Jackson and Marcel....... and Oliver seriously???

    ReplyDelete
  17. Me too!!!
I am team Marcel now.He loves his people and he is trying to protect them. They love him too.He doesn't kill kids.
City was more safe with Marcel as a leader.

  18. Yeah but he did destroy the lives of all werewolves and suppress all witches.

    ReplyDelete
  19. it also means some people just don't like her... its as simple as that lead or no lead

    ReplyDelete
  20. I think the lives of all werewolves were already destroyed. He mentioned that Hayley's father had a lot of enemies.Baybe between the packs. He protected Hayley as a little child. If he is honest as i think.Of course he is not perfect.Nobody is,especially at NOLA.
Maybe i am just sick of the witches and i am not interesting about the werewolves.Maybe i don't like Klaus and Elaija so much anymore. But i've noticed that he loves Davina also.

  21. so we don't know exactly who game ollie the order? could be the human or the witches.

    ReplyDelete
  22. That, I have no problem with. I only wish people would just say that instead of trying to frame it like the show is somehow doing something wrong. Some viewers just aren't going to like a character. That's just the way it is. There's no fault and no fingers to be pointed.

  23. Marcel said the bomber had a lot of gambling debts and Francesca (the leader of the human Faction) owns the casino so I thought it was implied it was probably her.

  24. I've never cared about Kieran and this episode didn't change that fact one bit.

  25. It was really interesting to see Klaus choosing to help Cami over Hayley. And seeing his "good side" once again really brought some relief after all the "jerkness" we had to put up with in the last episodes before the break. I feel like the series is finally heading back to its first episodes quality.

  27. i wonder how he gets to go to the other side and not Katherine...

    ReplyDelete
  28. well according to Caroline Dries Katherine was 'dragged to hell'. Meaning that she's gone for real.
Mikael on the other hand would probably overthrow whoever was in charge of hell

    ReplyDelete
  29. That's what my problem is, Katherine went to "hell" cause of what she had done and still Mikael that had done lot worse than Katherine get to go to the other side i just see it like it's out of place.... I just see it that the "Hell" is a pathetic excuse just to not bring her back once the Travelers destroyed the veil there... cause Katherine being well her, was gonna be the first in line having travelers blood and all to come back.

Oh, but I don't think she went to "hell" because of what she had done... I might have to bite my tongue later, but I can almost bet that the hell was recruiting her. It would be a bless to see Kath come back as an actual demon.

So, I'm the only one who realized Marcel let slip he was involved in it?
See, Hayler told Diego "someone" attacked her pack, and never said anything to Marcel, he had already "all the info", but he mentioned the guy, the BOMBER, was a BIKER! How would he know that?
Diego told Hayley that Marcel used to have a place, and Marcel said "it's temporary, a friend hooked me up". So, Diego intentionally directed Hayley to where Marcel was, while trying to imply he wasn't his ally. Marcel clearly used the attack on the Bayou to attract Hayley to that chat (he even said she didn't have to work Diego out, cause he wanted to chat wit her), to cast a doubt in her mind, to make her see him as her savior, and Kieran couldn't say otherwise while hexed/dying. And such a coincidence he had a bag of cash around for her, right?
And, yes, Ollie wouldn't trust on him, but we have to remember, Marcel has a secret pact with Genevieve, so, Ollie went to the witches, which he did once, already, on the plantation. And Marcel and Genevieve decided to use it to try to get rid of the bby and/or get Hayley to trust Marcel so he could get near enough. Cause, right now, I honestly think he would kill that baby if he could.

  32. I voted "good" for this episode. I wasn't feeling the Kiernan storyline. Poor guy/character deserved better. His death felt really unecessarily drawn out. I also find the werewolves to be the least interesting faction/storyline --- seriously, you are supernatural creatures and NONE of you sensed that someone was placing multiple bombs around the campsite! --- so I pretty much just want Elijah to rip Oliver's head off and be done with it. That being said, I like how Hayley has stepped up as the Mother of the Bayou wolves. I'll say it: I like Hayley, and I like how Phoebe portrays her. I'm still leery of the baby storyline but Hayley has definitely grown on me as a character. Now, ask me about a character that I really don't like, and that's easy: Marcel. I can't tell if it's how he's written or how he is portrayed but the longer the show goes on, the less I like the character. Diego was right to call him out...now all of a sudden when Thierry dies (because Marcel made a stupid move that he couldn't back up), all the vamps are again backing Marcel. Note to the vampires: stick with Elijah and Klaus if you want to live; Marcel might offer more fun and games but he is not a true leader. As for the witches...although I don't like Monique, I don't like her because I'm SUPPOSED to not like her. She's a mean girl. She's killed her Aunt Sophie. Unlike Marcel, she's interesting. Now, the character I really want to know more about: Francesca. Her onscreen presence is like watching a snake before it strikes its prey. She doesn't seem the least bit intimidated by 1000-year-old-heart-snatching Elijah despite the fact that she's the human head of the by-far-least-intimidating, most-dispensable faction. Another way to put it: that girl has the biggest balls of any character on TO. And I want to know why that is.

  33. The city was much safer...for VAMPIRES. Remember: Marcel openly killed witches if they did magic without his permission and he put a spell on the werewolves that made them remain wolves except during the full moon. I'm actually surprised a witch or wolf hasn't just offed Marcel...because he deserves it.

  34. I think Marcel WANTED to imply that it was the human faction/Francesca. That doesn't mean he is telling the truth.
