I really loved this 150th episode of FBI. I have been waiting for a long time to get to know a bit more about Eva and this episode delivered.
I found it so interesting to learn why Eva chose to move towards being an FBI agent, although after her going rogue this episode shows that she still has a lot to learn. After the way this episode ended, I definitely think that Scola will help her in that department.
I liked that we got to see Scola open up more this episode, he has been different with Eva than how he has been with his previous partners. Since Dani died he’s kept his bond with his partner more closed off but after Eva opened up in this episode, it allowed Scola to also open up.
As always I love when we get a storyline that spans over more than one episode and after Vega managed to escape at the end of this episode, I am sure that we will be seeing more of him. It is also nice that we get a villain allocated specifically to Eva, it allows for a number of different scenarios to unfold in the future.
I do wish that we got to see a little bit more conversation about how the team were feeling about Maggie, we got the small comment that she was on bereavement leave but other than that we didn’t get to see anything else.
I did love that Isabel was the one in the interrogation room, we don’t always get to see that side of her so when we do it makes that all the more great.
Overall this was a great milestone episode, we got character growth and development and an extended storyline which is a perfect trio for this type of episode!
