This week's guests were Hanako and Jocelyn, and this is arguably my favourite podcast episode so far. I laughed for essentially the entirety of the episode. I loved that we got to find out more about the behind the scenes of them both starting the show and who has helped them the most.
It was so intriguing to learn how they filmed the C-section scene. It felt so real when I first watched it and the fact that they clearly filmed it like it was a real emergency (jam and yogurt on a baby) is why it felt so life like. Their recall for scenes is incredible, it’s warming to see how much they care and remember intricate details.
I completely agree with Hanako about Hawkins being the ‘disney’ love interest for her, and Jocelyn teasing that she has a love interest this season was so funny. She has two current possible options of love interests, and I am looking forward to finding out which one comes to fruition.
I laughed so much when Hanako said that she immediately got on with Jocelyn after she said ‘shitballs’ during a chemistry read. I think it sums up their friendship so much. I am so glad that we are getting to see more of Lizzie’s backstory and her future this season! I would 100% love to see a crossover between FBI and Chicago Fire, Maggie would be such a good fit with the fire crew.
