Dave convinces Calvin to hold a yard sale, but when longtime neighborhood resident Miss Simpson (guest star Marla Gibbs) makes a purchase Calvin quickly regrets, he enlists Dave to help him get the valuable object back.

It's trash day in the neighborhood! Have you ever had something you haven't used for a very long time? Have you ever hold a yard sale? Well apparently Dave thinks it's a good idea to make one so you can sell and gain money in an easy way. Or does he?
The first minutes of The Neighborhood 1x14 are enjoyable; I like how Dave and Calvin are getting along in those last episodes. Dave has a good entusiasm in everything he does; Calvin put a pragmatic spirit. They're like the odd couple. To complete the picture, Calvin's sons who are hilarious: Marty and Malcolm.

The yard sale is way better than they expected until Miss Simpson appears. Calvin manages to sell a precious porcelain angel to the old lady, who's the longtime neighborhood but Dave finds out the artefact is actually a valuable one. Calvin regrets what he did and asks him to help him get the angel figurine back.
Too bad the old lady is a tough one! And Dave isn't there to listen Calvin's fake stories. The moment he convinces Calvin to do the right thing, the old lady proves to be smarter. Our heroes run away.

Meanwhile, the girls are having fun with some of Tina's old stuff like two teenagers. Also, can we talk about little Grover? That smart child can eve manipulate (in a positive way of course) Marty and Malcolm to get paid for his help.
