Wilmer Valderrama has closed a new deal to continue with NCIS as Special Agent Nick Torres per Deadline's exclusive. In returning to NCIS he has also signed a two-year first-look deal with CBS TV Studios as part of his WV Entertainment to develop and create new projects with a strong emphasis on diversity. Valderrama's contract was to end after Season 15 but after signing this new deal he's set to return as part of the series regular cast in CBS' upcoming 16th season of the long-running procedural as well as a potential 17th season.
