Killjoys “The Lion, the Witch & the Warlord” was directed by Paolo Barzman and was written by Julian Doucet. While this is Doucet’s first writing credit, he has been a story editor on the show for two seasons now.

Dutch (Hannah John-Kamen) steps in to save Johnny (Aaron Ashmore) from Turin. John gets good news and bad news at the same party. Pree (Thom Allison) may or may not have a new love interest in Gared (Gavin Fox). We meet another group of RAC agents lead by Filk (Saamer Usmani). Pree jumps into the action and reveals more surprising details about his past. We get to see Pree with hair – and it seems …. Weird!

Aneela teaches Delle (Mayko Nguyen) a new skill. D’Avin (Luke Macfarlane) isn’t the only one to insult Turin’s hair. D’Avin makes a new friend who helps him try to solve a problem. Pree is reunited with an old “friend” (Mac Fyfe). Dutch fights for honor. D’Avin chooses the personal option. Dutch pokes the bear and training for Level 6 comes in handy.

Dutch and Johnny end up going from the frying pan into the fire. Zeph (Kelly Armstrong) surprises herself with her current project. D’Avin manages to work with Zeph.

And some dialogue teasers – because this show really does have some terrific and witty banter!

Pree definitely has a type.
Family forgives.
Do not poke the bear.
You poked the bear.
That’s really violent imagery.
I don’t blush, I glow.
Leaving you burned a hole in my heart.
Someone’s got the urge to purge.
It’s all sunsets and fireworks until it isn’t.
What if I can work a little two for one special?
Me and my nipples are off limits until you can do some more research.

Don’t forget to tune in to Syfy at 8/7c on Friday, July 21!
