April faces a series of "lasts" as her wedding date gets closer in "The Domino Effect," an all-new episode of "Chasing Life," airing Monday, August 3 at 9:00 p.m. ET/PT on ABC Family.
As the wedding date draws near, April is forced to face a list of "lasts," such as her last week of living at home and her last time being a single girl. While her natural instincts are to have a classy and low-key bachelorette party, Vanessa (Krysta Rodriguez) helps April realize that this might be her last time to live it up. Another possible "last" opportunity presents itself for April when Dominic sets up a meeting for April with his book agent. With her health still in question, this opportunity may be April's first (and last) chance to get a book published.
Meanwhile, Leo tries to play nice with Dominic and Brenna reaches out to Finn.

ReplyDeleteYup...*LOL* Someone at the Post (Mallory, I think...?) called it in season one, and here we go! Hope she actually gets the deal and we get to see that book happen!
ReplyDeleteThere's definitely no love lost on Dominic's end, that's for sure! And this is just more proof that Leo's the bigger man and he's turned over a new leaf since we first met him. *LOL* Lapril forever!
ReplyDeleteHmmm...That bachelorette party. We know it ends with a night in jail for someone. And it all sort of goes back to Vanessa. I'm really not sure how to feel about her at this point. Yes, she's given April the impetus to live in the moment, do things she never thought she would, and re-prioritize. But so far, April's second guessed herself on everything, and the decisions she's making haven't been the best. The mess in Bermuda (More or less cheating on Leo, smoking pot, fighting with Beth...), the clinical trial (It scares the bejeezus out of me that she's not doing what Dr. Hamburg recommended...), and whatever goes wrong at that party. So yeah...Maybe she'll eventually grow on me the way Natalie kinda has, but the jury's still out with Vanessa as far as I'm concerned.
ReplyDeleteLeo can only do so much. but it will be up to April to cut Dominic out of her life if he continues to be a pest. I have seen this in real life so many times. It's ok to want to be cool with your ex, but your ex has to respect your current significant other. It is your job to make sure that your ex shows the respect and that your current bf/gf feels respected. If they do not, then maybe that ex cannot be friends with you and needs to go.
