    Here is hoping come season five or six there is a Birds of Prey spin-off ( CW style ) staring Laurel aka Black Canary, Thea aka Speedy/Red Arrow, Helena aka Huntress, Nyssa, Felicity aka Arrow's version of Oracle ... maybe ... the Seer/Sage, even Sara aka White Canary, and McKenna Hall as the Chief of Police.

    With guest visits from Mei, Cindy aka Sin, Tatsu aka Katana, Carrie aka Cupid, and Chief Na Wa aka China White.

    NO he is not allowed to miss any episodes. 3x10, 3x11 and 3x12 sucked AND he was in them! Seriously his absence was heavily felt. Stop marginalizing him, one season was enough. It's his show.
    (BTW I'm mostly talking about Oliver not Stephen.)

    Hopefully we will get some major news ( July 9th - 12th ) for all of the DC comic based shows ( Arrow, The Flash, Legends of Tomorrow, Supergirl, Gotham, and iZombie ) during Comic-Con in July.
    ( like the casing for Damien Darhk and Vandall Savage )

    Our beloved actors work 16 hour days a times, especially in a high action drama like Arrow so I'm cool with Oliver being off vacationing in the sun somewhere with Felicity for 3 or 4 episodes during the season well Thea and Laurel take up the major crime fighting.

    Personally I'd like it a lot more if Thea just stayed on Team Arrow as Speedy, also because I don't think she'd really fit in with the whole Birds of Prey thing... There's enough that could fit in there. But seriously, we've been waiting almost 3 entire seasons for Thea to finally become Speedy, so I'm sorry, but I'd personally hate it a lot if they'd just ship her off to yet another spin-off instead of finally focussing on her being a badass next to her brother.

    I think that is mostly due to Stephens busy schedule before the upfronts. He was filming TMNT on that day and also had to catch a flight to London for a con. He did an interview with a magazine during his "forced" hiatus and let me tell you he wasnt exactly pleased having reduced filming schedule.
