Agents of SHIELD - Season 3 - Luke Mitchell promoted to Series Regular

1 Jun 2015

Having brought a certain… electricity… to the proceedings on Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., Luke Mitchell has been promoted to series regular for Season 3, TVLine has learned.

The Aussie actor — who previously wielded mad skillz as one of The CW’s The Tomorrow People — made his S.H.I.E.L.D. debut this April as Lincoln, one of Skye’s first Inhuman allies at the Afterlife compound.

In the ABC drama’s sophomore finale, Lincoln juggled allegiances when Afterlife leader Jiaying launched attack on the S.H.I.E.L.D. carrier, but he last we seen helping Skye and May ward off a “ginger army” (i.e. a replicating Inhuman).

  1. Why? There's already too many regulars as is and the storylines suffered for it last season. There doesn't need to be another one.

And Lincoln's boring and he and Skye have absolutely no chemistry, tbh.

Plus, why the hell hasn't Henry Simmons been promoted? He was in every episode last season and deserves it.

    ReplyDelete
  2. oh yeah, please add more characters... so even more people can have no story arc

    ReplyDelete
  3. YES! YES!! Best news ever! Luke Mitchell has been such an awesome addition to the show and Lincoln is just the best. Can't wait to see what's next for him in season 3.

    ReplyDelete
  4. Yay!! I like his character and he's awesome :)

    ReplyDelete
  5. If he's meant to be just Lincoln, then yeah, it's a stupid addition. It's another thing entirely if he's actually Thomas Ward, the character's insanely important to Grant Ward's story so it'd be crazy for them to keep the actor as a guest.

    ReplyDelete
  6. Makes sense I suppose if the Secret Warriors are going to play a part in season 3.

and it nice that Skye will have a love interest that isn't a psychopath.

    ReplyDelete
  7. Knew this was coming! ;)

    ReplyDelete
  8. Saw this coming with Skye heading the Inhumans and all.

    ReplyDelete
  9. That theory's gaining traction and still don't know how I feel about it.

    ReplyDelete
  10. Makes sense with the inhumans team but they shouldn't be sharing the same show as SHIELD imo. That's too many characters and could just be messy, and if they plan on teaming up all the time then that defeats the purpose of it.

    ReplyDelete
  11. wut? 3 objections:

1.) didn't Tommy die in that well?
    2.) please...no brother-brother-girl triangle :o
3.) why would his brother be an Inhuman while Ward isn't one?

    ReplyDelete
  12. Where did that theory come from, anyway?

    ReplyDelete
  13. He's going to help Skye lead the Inhumans team.

    ReplyDelete
  14. 1) No, he didn't.
    3) Ward might be. We don't know!

    ReplyDelete
  15. 1) No, Christian specifically says so in "Thing We Bury".
    2) Sorry.
    3) Who says he isn't?

    ReplyDelete
  16. I compiled all my thoughts on the subject in a blog post in MCU Wiki, feel free to check out:

    http://marvelcinematicuniverse.wikia.com/wiki/User_blog:Demileto/Is_Lincoln_Campbell_really_an_alias_for_Thomas_Ward%3F

  17. ugh....pretty damn bad actor. Didn't like him on TTP either but whatever, his character is botheringme more. I really, REALLY dislike the Inhumans arc on this show and feel that it overstayed its welcome.

I get why they keep HYDRA around (polar opposite, ying-yang) but the Inhumans, to me, are merely a breed of people that over-estimate their powers on a constant basis and are more cocky than they are interesting.

    ReplyDelete
  18. I think that is Simmons 'decision. They probably asked him to get contracted but he rejected so he could have other options.

    ReplyDelete
  19. As klutzy_girl said, Thomas didn't die in the well. And we don't know that Ward isn't Inhuman, technically. But the Inhuman gene might be treated in the MCU like the mutations in the comics. Just because you're Inhuman/mutant doesn't necessarily mean all your relatives are too. Kamala Khan is an Inhuman, her brother isn't. And just look at all the mutants and their human siblings (Emma Frost and her brother? Jean Grey's sister? Magneto's sister?)

    ReplyDelete
  20. You can find an extensive explanation on how I theorized that in this blog I wrote, feel free to check out:
    http://marvelcinematicuniverse.wikia.com/wiki/User_blog:Demileto/Is_Lincoln_Campbell_really_an_alias_for_Thomas_Ward%3F

    :)

    ReplyDelete
  21. 1.) guess I'll have to rewatch that episode then. Guess it gives Ward something else to do than brooding over Kara, so that's cool

2.) darn it, it has been pretty obvious (sadly) that these ships will prevail. Turning it into a TVD-esque triangle might pull AoS on my target list the way Arrow made that happen in season 3.

3.) no one but I'd rather have Ward as Taskmaster than an Inhuman

    ReplyDelete
  22. Thank you very much, I'm off to read it now! :)

    ReplyDelete
  23. A win for Home & Away.

    ReplyDelete
  24. only difference is that the Inhumans are a race not another piece of evolution like the mutants are.
If you're an Inhuman and don't have any powers (you know of) you can be pretty certain that you're either adopted or are handicap...able

With mutants it's different, it requires certain passed down genetics to trigger the gene but look at the X-Mens kids, no human in a bunch

    ReplyDelete
  25. 1.) dang, season 2 really didn't leave much of an impression on me if I missed that

    3.) but but...Taskmaster :(

    ReplyDelete
  26. http://ak-hdl.buzzfed.com/static/2014-03/enhanced/webdr03/14/16/anigif_enhanced-buzz-25126-1394827424-18.gif

    This one made my day!Great actor,good looking too-What a combo :-)

    ReplyDelete
  27. good looking, maybe
    good actor? I disagree

    ReplyDelete
  28. You can't be serious. He was the best thing about TTP.

    ReplyDelete
  29. I hardly call 9 regulars "too many" while other ABC shows like OUAT, Castle, Grey's, and Scandal have 10 or more series regulars. And besides, I think we can all agree that SHIELD is an ENSEMBLE and now with the Secret Warriors coming up, Lincoln will be a vital part of that and Skye will need his help. You're just pissed off because you never liked Lincoln (or the Inhumans) ever since the beginning because it will get in the way of Skyeward.

    ReplyDelete
  30. Good point, Simmons has been a regular on enough shows to know how to strike deals that benefit him more.

    ReplyDelete
  31. About 2, that's the one aspect of Lincoln being Thomas I'm worried about, but I hope since this show hasn't focused all that much on romance that they won't starting pulling some stupid plot developments to service a potential Grant/Daisy/Thomas triangle. If anything this should be more about an extra problem keeping Grant and Thomas from mending their broken broship than which couple is better, Grant/Daisy or Thomas/Daisy, IMO.

    ReplyDelete
  32. IMO he and Amell were the worst actors on TTP

well, to be honest Mark Pellegrino was really the only good actor on that show

    ReplyDelete
  33. Oh come on...ensemble show? It's clearly about Skye while being pimped up by her pimp-daddy Coulson. The others are just decoration (at least season 2 was like that)

    ReplyDelete
  34. Because the show suffered for it last season, unlike the other shows. That's my problem.

And I don't care about Lincoln because he doesn't matter in the long run towards Skyeward when they kinda have other major problems keeping them apart at the moment.

    ReplyDelete
  35. 3) Hellfire!Ward please. I got attached to the idea and now I can't let it go.

    ReplyDelete
  36. That's true of season 2. I hope, though, that now that we're though Skye's origin that she won't be as prevalent as she has been so far.

    ReplyDelete
  37. I thought Peyton List was the worst actor on TTP, I could barely tolerate her.

    ReplyDelete
  38. Mark is always great. His portrayal of Lucifer on SPN was the best.As for Robbie,he was pretty mediocre in TTP but he has improved considerably in The Flash. He was pretty enjoyable in the movie DUFF too.
As for Luke,i'm completely disagree.Different strokes.
    BTW,you're saying he's good looking-Maybe? Come on!!

    ReplyDelete
  39. Oh I can see it happen oh-so-clearly now. Like the Arrow s2 DVD campaign "Relive all the Skyward/Skylink moments and buy #AoSseason2 on DVD/BluRay now"

plus the fangirl push would be immense...:KILL ME :O

    ReplyDelete
  40. I agree.She was awful.

    ReplyDelete
  41. But Hellfire dies in a fairly pussified way. Taskmaster is a freaking badass and due to his HYDRA/SHIELD affiliation the perfect character for Ward.

Hellfire would imply that he's gun bite it really soon

And since he's the only grey character on this show I don't want him to die, he's our Deadpool :(

    ReplyDelete
  42. Good luck with that, not a single couple in Buffy or Angel got a happy ending, why would it be any different in AoS? Because Joss is not involved anymore? His brother is, which is why the show still has Whedon influence all over it.

    ReplyDelete
  43. There goes my secret wish of Skye & Ward getting back together sometime down the line!

    ReplyDelete
  44. I love how the tomorrow people cast is being recognized by superhero shows. They did a great job on their show even though it didn't last. Congrats Luke

    ReplyDelete
  45. Hahahahahahaha! :)

  46. Beatriz Moreno1 June 2015 at 22:59

I'm very excited and all, but that's a lot of regulars to be juggling; Coulson, Skye, Ward, Fitz, Simmons, May, Hunter, Bobbi and now Lincoln, (not to mention Mack who is practically a regular), that's 10 characters. Makes me worried for them, somebody has to die or leave for a while or whatever because in the end it's less screen time for all of them. And I really don't want anybody to die :(

    ReplyDelete
  47. I love the guy, seeing him now in The Big Lebowski is always making me giggle knowing how big he turned out to become.

Mediocore? I don't think much about his cousins acting either but Robbie is levels below him as well (still is).

    ReplyDelete
  48. but she's hot

    ReplyDelete
  49. Well, they already changed Daisy Johnson's storyline to fit Skye so they could change Hellfire's to fit Ward too!

And ugh, this show doesn't know the meaning of grey and I want them to fix it but I'm losing hope by the day.

    ReplyDelete
  50. Beatriz Moreno1 June 2015 at 23:00

    Shhhhh, nooo, FitzSimmons!!! :(

    ReplyDelete
  51. ding ding goes the triangle

    ReplyDelete
  52. So that excuses her bad acting?

    ReplyDelete
  53. You've gotta be kidding me with this "theory".

    ReplyDelete
  54. I never liked Stephen's acting & never will.

    ReplyDelete
  55. no, it just gives her an excuse to stick around

    ReplyDelete
  56. Well, Mo did say "Skyeward is something that will never go away" so I'm going to (reluctantly) trust her there. It might take a while but maybe things will work out in the end even though I don't know how they'll fix this mess they got themselves into.

    ReplyDelete
  57. No, I'm not. Sorry if you hate the idea that Ward's story can lead to anything else other than death, but I actually think the show's given me enough clues to believe that's where it'll be going:

    http://marvelcinematicuniverse.wikia.com/wiki/User_blog:Demileto/Is_Lincoln_Campbell_really_an_alias_for_Thomas_Ward%3F

    ReplyDelete
  58. compared to Hartley he can't win IMO. Green Arrow was perfectly done by that guy, Stephen sadly had big footsteps to follow and didn't fill them properly (plus he wasn't given good enough material)

    ReplyDelete
  59. I didn't think so, her face annoyed me I just wanted to punch it lol

    ReplyDelete
  60. I'm a lawyer, not a geneticist or even a biologist, but - even if the Inhumans are a different race - wouldn't the thousands of years of intermarriage with regular humans have diluted the power genes somewhat? Perhaps in some people they are so latent by now that they do not end up triggered in some (see Kamala and Aamir). We don't really know all that much about MCU Inhumans at this point. I guess the Omega-3 pills will help clear it up a bit next season.

    ReplyDelete
  61. I can't believe the ridiculous theories people come up with.

    ReplyDelete
  62. It's a tough situation for me.The contenders are both my favorites unlike the other show's love triangle.I'm rooting for both sides here.LOL!

    ReplyDelete
  63. Then again we do have Fiona and Flynn, so who the fuck knows.

    ReplyDelete
  64. well, it's probably better to be a lawyer these days :P
We're talking comic-book genetics here. Every decendant of a hero is bound to become a hero or an anti-hero

    ReplyDelete
  65. Ward having or not having the brother doesn't stop that evil son-of-a-bitch from dying, which he deserves to.

    ReplyDelete
  66. He'll make a great addition to the team

    ReplyDelete
  67. I'll never understand the love for Stephen, can't stand his acting and from what I've seen of him when he isn't acting I really hate his personality too, the only thing I can think of is people think he's hot.

    ReplyDelete
  68. That I will agree, yes. But the writers specifically called 2B "The Birth of a Superhero" so that's why we got so much of Skye accepting her found powers and the Inhumans while 2A was more of destroying HYDRA. We have been waiting ever since we found out that Skye was an 0-8-4 to find out what the hell she was and now that we got that, we are ready for the next arc in S3 with hopefully bringing in more of the team into the spotlight.

    ReplyDelete
  69. Now we're talking.Justin portrayed the character so well,Stephen will never satisfy me no matter what.I'm biased for life!

    ReplyDelete
  70. You know...Deadpool slaughters his way through the Marvel Universe pretty recklessly, killing good-guys and bad guys all around. And yet he's considered grey.

Ward actually is harmless compared to him

    ReplyDelete
  71. He's extremely hot IMO and that's about it.

    ReplyDelete
  72. Buffy and Angel also never went away, they still mean the world to each other and had stories together in the comics, but they still aren't together even after 3 comic book seasons post-show.

    ReplyDelete
  73. Beatriz Moreno1 June 2015 at 23:06

I think Ward's story will lead him to be a villain from the comics, the writers did say to pay extra attention to Ward's story so yeah, it's leading to somewhere other than death.
As for your theory, it is kinda insane, but I won't cross it out, after all I thought Jaying still being alive was insane and well, there she was...

    ReplyDelete
  74. Well to each their own but I personally think it didn't suffer whatsoever while those shows that I mentioned above did tremendously.

    ReplyDelete
  75. The profession has become a bit more respected in the fandom after Daredevil, true. ;)
Ah yes, that is true, you're right. Comic book genetics do work like that, I keep forgetting they are nothing like real life genetics. :D Okay, they mostly work like that. Unless you're related to Magneto, then you're screwed.

    ReplyDelete
  76. No one beats the Arrow-theorists
season 1OMGZ Felicity is Malcolms daughter
season 2OMGZ Felicity is Slades daughter
season 3OMGZ Felicity is Ra's daughter
season 4OMGZ Felicity is Damien Darkhs daughter

    ReplyDelete
  77. I'm still pissed that Cal - comic supervillain got redeemed and everyone else gets second chances except for Ward. Like what is that about? I don't understand.

    ReplyDelete
  78. http://www.comicvine.com/taskmaster/4005-4578/

    ReplyDelete
  79. But then they should've ended his story in 2x10 with Skye shooting four bullets into him. If they kept him alive and a regular it's because there's more to his story than "what'll be the next horrible thing I'll be doing to Coulson and SHIELD?"

    ReplyDelete
  80. With Lincoln thrown into the mix I don't think that the focus will move to the SHIELD faction of the show.

In fact it seems to me like the Inhumans and Wards new HYDRA will be more of a focal point in s3

    ReplyDelete
  81. Agreed, that Skye is Daisy Johnson is so stupid! Oh, wait!

    ReplyDelete
  82. The writers are deliberately trying to destroy Ward's character.Urghh!

    ReplyDelete
  83. really? I totally couldn't listen to any of her lines of the Flash, I just sat there with my mouth wide open while staring at her face :P

    ReplyDelete
  84. Sure, he can. He deserves to.

    ReplyDelete
  85. Omggg yay I definitely need some more luke mitchell on my screen. :)

    ReplyDelete
  86. Ward's extensive story is season 3 material, simple as that.

    ReplyDelete
  87. Beatriz Moreno1 June 2015 at 23:10

I'm of the same opinion :) but I guess we'll see!

    ReplyDelete
  88. Keep dreaming.Ain't happening.

    ReplyDelete
  89. Like everyone got screwed over but he paid for it badly. Like that doesn't even make any sense. The Ward/Kara relationship (that no one wanted) took place over the span of a month and a half and mostly happened off-screen.

And why exactly would Grant "I was never loyal to Hydra only to Garrett" Ward head the organization that brainwashed and abused Kara in the first place? What.

    ReplyDelete
  90. Well the only living Inhumans are Lincoln and Alisha so I highly doubt that Inhumans will be the focus again in S3. I think we're done with them. Ward becoming the new head of Hydra will certainly be one of the side arcs.

    ReplyDelete
  91. Oh god please no love triangle ugh why do people even want sky and ward to get together. He's just terrible.

    ReplyDelete
  92. Yes, just because one theory came out to be through, you guys invent more ridiculous ones.

    ReplyDelete
  93. I was so excited about his grey arc this season in the beginning but what they did to his character is completely idiotic.Nothing makes sense when it comes to his actions.

    ReplyDelete
  94. I think he has a marvelous fan-interacting personality (there's a difference between an actors way to interact with fans and being in reality, I`ll never buy Jennifer Lawrence being so "likable and relatable"). But he's doing fine with his fans
I love the way he keeps pointing out his own fandoms flaws when they get too touchy (like editing out his wife out of a family picture and inserting Emily).

So I appreciate him at least trying to calm down his insane fans, plus he appears to be dedicated to the role (a bit too attatched given his comments about Ezra Miller being cast as the Flash)

    ReplyDelete
  95. *rolling eyes at ridiculous theories*

    ReplyDelete
  96. I don't want anyone together on that show.

I do like Ward though, beautifully twisted and insane, how's the old saying? A story is just as good as the villains it creates.

    ReplyDelete
  97. Lol I thought she looked really different on The Flash, and not cos of her hair, I couldn't really tell why, maybe it was just her make-up.

    ReplyDelete
  98. Beatriz Moreno1 June 2015 at 23:14

You're looking at it through an emotional stand point, we're looking at it story wise. Of course I dislike Ward, but story-wise having a regular cast member in the ensemble being a villain is extremely beneficial. Plus Ward is a great wild card and adds to the unpredictability of the show.

    ReplyDelete
  99. many characters deserve to die but most of them get spin-offs (Klaus)

    ReplyDelete
  100. Coulson and SHIELD have no emotional investment whatsoever on Ward to actually think of giving him a chance, and the only one who did, Fitz, got backstabbed pretty hard by him, it's no surprise that they aren't rushing to help poor abused Ward. Hell, Skye wasn't even giving Cal a minute of her day at first, it took her getting to know him to soften her stance towards her father.

Bottom line, don't expect redemption for Ward to come from anyone from SHIELD. Thomas and only Thomas can help him at this point.

    ReplyDelete
  101. Shippers are crazy like that. The ship started when Ward was believed to be good, and even though he is an evil son-of-a-bitch now, the ship continues. Makes me sick, actually.
Skye shot Ward three times, she must love him.

    ReplyDelete
  102. He's grossly misunderstood IMO.I'm loving him even more with each passing episode.I need a metal check up ASAP.LOL!

    ReplyDelete
  103. lol
    you're a completely badass avocado then ;)

Comic books-bending sience ever since the 30s

    ReplyDelete
  104. I don;t want any character to die as much as Ward. Also don't watch TVD (thankfully).

    ReplyDelete
  105. I didn't like her in Flash too.Waving her guns and over the top acting, trying to be sexy.Just NO.

    ReplyDelete
  106. Very well said.

    ReplyDelete
  107. There was so much I hated about The Flash she actually wasn't even towards the top of the list. Although that stupid gold gun was so ridiculous! I thought it was anyway.

    ReplyDelete
  108. I don't think that Cal is done, IMO they should use him as a villain in Daredevils second season.

Mr Hyde is a pretty big DD villain so having him fake his amnesia and be the night-nurse equivalent for bad guys on Daredevil would be great (plus: it'd count as a crossover)

    ReplyDelete
  109. Really? There're so many characters that just have terrible writing behind them, these are the ones I want to be written off. Ward is on the complete opposite spectrum. He might be a backstabbing, twisted son of a b....h but he's REALLY well written. And let's not forget that Brett absolutely blew me away with his performance. He was somewhat bland as "the good guy" but he totally pulls of the psycho.

Fitz, Simmons, Hunter, May and even Coulson are all characters that don't have nearly as impressive work behind them

    ReplyDelete
  110. I stopped following him and the fans when I dropped the show, but back in season 1 when I saw his videos I always I thought he came across as completely up himself. Although I guess with TV shows there are people that others like and dislike as well!

    ReplyDelete
  111. I was already expecting, but it's great that now it's official! Lincoln will for sure stay in the Secret Warriors, along with others! It will be very interesting!

    ReplyDelete
  112. Lol. Knowing Arrow's writers, one of them is bound to be true.

    ReplyDelete
  113. I agree 100%.Brett is a great actor.

    ReplyDelete
  114. thehe, you would have had fun with Klaroline and other insane ships

Trust me, I feel you. I dislike pretty much every ship there is simply because most "ships" (not romantic plots, big difference) take over their shows

    ReplyDelete
  115. So your hard-on stance against Ward is because of SkyeWard skipping. Figures.

I could care less about that shipping. I actually think Ward's relationship with his family is far more intriguing to watch than a stupid love story. What I'm actually waiting to see since season 1 is Grant's relationship with his brother Thomas and the trials and tribulations they face in the road to mend their broken relationship, like an all-out war against mom, dad, Christian and sister, the first three of which I highly doubt will remain dead given the lengths they went to bring Jiaying back to life. Christian, in fact, I see as a much better potential villain than Grant, since unlike his brother he actually is power hungry, no one becomes a senator otherwise.

    ReplyDelete
  116. As someone said below, IT IS based on emotional stand point. I hate Ward and want him to die. Don't really care how well they write him.

    ReplyDelete
  117. I didn't start to like Ward until he went bad and even then, I still dropped the show. Too much Skye for me.

    ReplyDelete
  118. lmao, Ward stans are the joke of this fanfom..Skye will never be with that monster..she would rather die before

    ReplyDelete
  119. Well, the Skye centricness of last season annoyed the hell out of me, doesn't mean I'll be calling for her head because of that.

    ReplyDelete
  120. Klaroline shippers actually made me feel sorry for Julie Plec and I wanted to slap myself.
If it wasn't mean or against the rules, I'd put names to ships that PLUCK MY NERVES.

    ReplyDelete
  121. I'm always careful with thinking anything about the actors behind characters. I usually ignore their potential personality as we'll never know.

For example: I'm a MAJOR Daniel Gillies fan, why? Because the man created this amazing insight into movie making and is probably the only person on earth that really gets what film is about

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Zmb-nryJo-s

but how is he personally? I don't know, he could be a total jerk for all I care

    ReplyDelete
  122. I only felt this type of hatred for Tyler of TVD and now he's gone for good.

    ReplyDelete
  123. No, my stand against Ward is because he's plain evil.

    ReplyDelete
  124. Nice I was intrigued because he didn't have any closure on the season finale, It's cool he's staying.

    ReplyDelete
  125. We'll agree to disagree in this regard. And even so, you say that like being evil in a show about spy action is a bad thing.

    ReplyDelete
  126. I do, I HATE the Olicity, Klaroline, Delena, Destiel (and many many many many more) with all my heart.

From editing spouses out of pictures with kids to actually sending death threats to actors that "stand in the way", these fandoms (and horribly written romantic arcs) destroy shows to me

    ReplyDelete
  127. Don't forget felicity being olivers dads daughter or felicity being that scientist on the boats daughter lol.

    ReplyDelete
  128. So you really think after all this that Ward is not evil?

    ReplyDelete
  129. But he's still alive and kicking :P

    ReplyDelete
  130. okay, I get that. I used to have that for Klaus on TO but that changed a bit these days.

    ReplyDelete
  131. Wow. I always felt so alone in thinking that way. He's very arrogant, IMO and I can't stand to see him smirk. His acting is better but he's still not great. He has a nice body but everything else is mediocre. As a matter of fact, he doesn't even have the hottest body of the CW actors.

    ReplyDelete
  132. I dropped Arrow after this season's disastrous finale. It must be really hard for you to watch Arrow since Olicity has taken over every aspect of the show.

    ReplyDelete
  133. I still want it to be Robert Queen, the look Oliver and Felicity would have then would be priceless

    ReplyDelete
  134. Who has the hottest body in CW? May i ask?

    ReplyDelete
  135. LMFAO. The shippers will still be able to justify it, though.

    ReplyDelete
  136. it is but the worst thing is the fandom being so oblivious to it.

Luckily a lot of fans have started calling the writers out but shippers still overpower them

  138. Either Jared Padalecki or David Ramsey. I don't think I've ever seen Robbie with his shirt off to know what he looks like.

  139. I normally ignore it as well since we usually have no idea what their lives are like or what's going on, but I just kept getting the same vibe off Stephen and it stuck with me. The only actor I ever started to really like based off personality was Tyler Posey, he shares almost everything with his fans and is always interacting with them, such a nice guy too.
