  1. The son is now in Wayward Pines Academy, the promo for Episode 3 made it look like they arrived there but now the adapting to society... Interesting, no idea where his mother is though and if Ethan knows there here. Really looking forward to more Wayward Pines though :)

  2. You didn't expect them to stay?? Did you not get the pilot? Lol

  3. Wow. This is like Wayward Pines Private school for the kids. That sucks!! I hope Ben and Theresa reunited with Ethan first at least. But being that they're from "his past" i'm not sure if the Sheriff made that possible. Then again this is the 5th episode and they show in the third episode this Thursday so THIS could just be them "following the rules" until Ethan is ready to break out with his family. Hmmmm the mind wanders....(cue daydreaming music)

  4. Ha :) I did, I just thought maybe they'd be put into the hospital or killed possibly or something? lol I expected Ethan to be the only one there, self aware, at least for now.

  5. What??? Hahahahaha. Ok so you expected Theresa and Ben to NOT be "self aware" this whole time (by this episode)from the moment they stepped foot in WP?? lol how would they not be? Everyone in WP is self aware, only thing is most have grown accustom to the rules while others are just "following the rules". As for "why so easy to get in" They went looking for Ethan in the last place they thought he'd be BUT they weren't headed to WP, just the state. (b/cthey still have no clue where he is) it's not easy for them to "get in" the wholething is a set up. Whoever goes in that direction will be collected sorta speak. As for why Ben is in this position now, i guess it's just him following the rules til they can get out of there.

  6. For some reason, no, not really, I don't know why lol. I haven't read the books or anything so I have some crazy ideas lol. I know what the show is trying to say, don't talk about the past, I just assumed that Ethan would always be the one in his type of situation.

Haha, my bad, I just saw I wrote trail lol, I meant trial. Like some kind of experiment. I assumed those two would get a medical procedure or something.

    Me too :)

  7. I didn't read the books either. (I actually don't plan on it) I'm just going off the tv show. What do you mean you thought Ethan would be the only one in his situation? Like what? Like you didn't think anyone else would go into the town after Ethan got there?

You meant trial?? Lmaoooo omg. Trail actally made more sense. hahahaha!!! Why do you think they'd get a medical procedure? They're already being experimented on. Unless you have a theory that they'd have one based on how they "entered" WP?

No worries we all have those annoying auto correct moments. I know i can't STAND them. Sometimes i wish it were never created, like ummm, i know how to spell...computer!

  8. Yeah kinda and also no one in his situation that wants to leave, besides Beverly. They all seem happy in Wayward Pines, content at least, which is why I think Ethan is the only one besides that guy who died. I like to be surprised though instead of seeing something coming so this is good :)

I know, I feel so silly for that typo lol. Yeah, I have several theories including the one you just wrote.

I know right, the computers just live to annoy us sometimes! :)

  9. "No one in his situation that wants to leave, besides Beverly. They all seem happy in WP, content at least, which is why i think Ethan is the only one, besides that guy who died."

Are you being serious right now?? I'm honestly asking. I can't tell if you're being serious. Did you not watch the second episode last week? I like to be surprised too, but i still speculate. (not too much though, b/c i have a tedency to be right a lot).

Don't feel silly. I don't think it was silly at all. If you hadn't corrected your word, i wouldn't have known. Usually you can tell a typo, you know? I didn't mind the "trail" theory. Even though it was wrong to what you wanted to say, it was still interesting. = )

  10. Yeah.. Why? they seemed fine didn't they? Maybe I should rewatch, Maybe I missed something. Maybe its something over time that just snaps, the constant perfection getting to them? Was someone else unhappy?

    It was :)

  11. Yeah, i'd say you missed something. You should watch it again. B/c not everyone in there is "fine" or "Content". You could actually tell, not just Ethan or Beverly, but you could definitely tell that a lot of the people don't want to be there at all. The second episode played a lot on fear with the characters. They show it. Watch again, there's a few scenes that point it out. And one really big one.

  12. It would make sense. You would want to indoctrinate the kids fairly early on (a.. so they think this is the only life there is) and B) Because kids are generally very inquisitive about things they dont know but want so there is that too.

I think the more interesting thing is why did Ethan's superior send the agents into Wayward Pines when he knows full well what the place is all about and thus would have known the disposition of the 2 agents already there. Ethan is obviously important to the people of Wayward pines (or the people behind the town) for some reason as his fellow agent died in the crash.. if there was indeed a crash. The conspiracy seems to have definetly gone up to a high level in the US government if they can fake Ethan never being in the car to begin with.

  13. Well that looks effectively disturbing...

  14. My "WP Private school for kids" was a theory not a question. LOL I know what it's for, i just didn't actually think there was one, only b/c we've been so focused on Ethan and the town (which is fulll of adults), i didn't even bother thinking about children. lol

Maybe his Superior was set up? I think there was a crash. (well a set up crash to lead them into town) But i don't think it was intended for Ethan's partner to get killed, i think that was an accident. (the only actually accident).

  15. It's no prob. Glad i could help. And good thing you caught it before tomorrow, depending on how tomorrows episode turns out, i wouldn't have wanted you to be confused on anything. So it's all good now. = )

  16. THats a possibility. The fact that more Alarm bells arnt ringing for the FBI/Secret Service is more alarming which means there are people in both organisations keeping a lid on things.

I think it was intended for his partner to die as they only needed Ethan. Why they need him we dont know, but I think the partner agent was always expendable. Perhaps the fact he had a breakdown (which both his superiors and Kate would have known) contributed to the fact he had been picked.

As for his wife and son, well thats a complication obviously they thought would blow over or be able to be managed. Whats more interesting though when you follow this angle is why there havnt been people looking for ALL the other people who have gone missing over the years ie tv missing person adverts, newpspaper stuff etc. A LOT of people have gone missing. There would be literally hundreds maybe thousands of people wanting to know where their son/ daughter/father/mother has disappeared to.

  17. Just finished the new episode tonight so i'll skip ahead. Lol

Addressing your last paragraph. You have a very good point, but at the same time who says there wasn't?? All the people that knew of the Townspeople, in the "real world" could've reported them missing, there could've been a search, hell they could've searched themselves and finally gave up (Or ended up with them) You have to keep in mind, all those people got there at different times, and most have been there longer than others, so with that, there could've been their loved ones looking for them, people wanting to know where they are. But it could've been dealt with already... over time.
