UNDER THE DOME, based on Stephen King’s bestselling novel, tells the story of a small town that is suddenly and inexplicably sealed off from the rest of the world by an enormous transparent dome. In the weeks following the Dome’s descent on the sleepy town of Chester’s Mill, the inhabitants have been forced to adapt. Combating Dome- and man-made threats daily, the community rises to new heights of ingenuity, courage and, for some, darkness, in order to survive their post-apocalyptic isolation. Just as the town’s quest for answers reveals a seemingly viable path to freedom, everything the residents think they know about the Dome and its motivations is turned upside down. Sounds decent. Let's see what they make of this season, it can't be much worse than season 2. Apparently Ben is the next death. It also looks like they will all be back under the dome.

ReplyDeleteDid the previous season get any better after the first few episodes? I dropped it 5 episodes in but thinking about giving it another go since I don't have much to watch during the summer.

ReplyDeleteI hate how Norries Mom was big character in season 1, and was only in like 2 episodes of season 2. I bet she only appears in 1 or 2 eps this season aswell. Or else gets killed in the premiere
ReplyDeleteIf anything, it got worse. It seems like maybe episode 6 or 7 wasn't half bad, but the writing and dialogue was all just complete crap. If I tune in again this summer it will just be so I can complain about how terrible it is.
ReplyDeleteThe last ones, especially the last 2, were by far the best of the season imo. The middle of the season was the weakest.
