  2. OMG! I have not had a Castle episode rate an "awesome" in a long time. Good, and great, yes, but "awesome" ...it's been a while. This truly was a classic episode. Loved it!

  3. There are so many things in this episode to like over Kate's concern for Martha. Rick's pep talk to his Mother. The skits on the fake show which leaves Kate a bit bemused while Rick finds it humorous. I loved how a kidnapping is involved and the way they found the victim was unique. I loved the perfect pasty in Chad too. I loved the toast at the precinct over Martha's triumphant return to the Broadway stage. There are so many parts that hearken back to my favorite Castle episodes.

A very entertaining episode, just the right dose of Caskett after the separation of them last week, Castle's pep talk to his mom because the genuine concern from Kate, just more proof this show still got it, looking so forward to more great shows to come!!!!!

  5. Great - pretty simple episode with a good amount of what they say Caskett? yea that. Carly Ray was a surprise, I remember some time back she would guest star, while here she was with another catchy song.

Oh and I noticed that they changed their IT personal at the precinct. Sure more people can work there if the office is based on who's shift it is. But we clearly know why. Last IT girl, I forget her name was/is on SHIELD now so.

It was okay. Nothing to great about it. It had some funny moments At least the writers know that this season was not all that great.

Castle: Except this season these guys sucked. If you missed it, the photo was of all the writers of Castle.

  8. same here Rhiann, how they keep referring to past seasons and keeping it flowing through is great. I especially liked the bit where comedy Beckett tried too kick down the door and got her heel stuck, if I remember rightly in the season 1 commentary for the pilot Stana said they had to retake that scene because that's what she herself did. I so love this show

  13. She did? That happened? (the s1 scene, and Stana talking about re-takes of "kicking down the door" scene). I did not know that. See...even better! It really is a nod to the makers and viewers of the show, who know all the details. The more you know about the show, the more details you noticed, and the more things you recognized in this episode. And that is what I personally love, among some other things, in the tv series I watch.
    ...and DITTO!
