Per Hollywood Reporter, the show will not be going forward.

Show Description: Jess Fisher is an Assistant U.S. Attorney on the fast track to becoming the youngest U.S. Attorney in the country. From a prominent family of litigators, she’s taken a very different path from her father, noted activist and renowned public interest lawyer, Charlie Fisher. However, when her father is arrested for perpetrating a con for his own enrichment, Jess knows in her heart of hearts, it can’t be true. Rather than see her dad go down for crimes he didn’t commit, she leaves her job with the government to take his case. Thanks to Jess, Charlie is found innocent. Though Charlie would like to see his daughter stay on at the family firm, Jess is determined to blaze her own trail, even if it means they may be adversaries in the futur
