    I resent that. Don't speak for the entire WA fandom. I for one have done nothing of the sort, and am disgusted that my fellow shippers are going around saying such things. Glad I stay away from this trash sites. I don't care for Snowbarry at all. Never will, don't see it in the least bit. I like them as friends, and IF (that's a big if) they ever had a romantic scene, I wouldn't throw the race card into it. It's just downright ridiculous. And FTR, I ship her and Ronnie.

    I've really lost patience with the WA fandom, so I'm sorry I'm going to generalize them. I'll respect their right to individuality when they respect mine.


    Being labeled as a racist because I ship Snowbarry is ridiculous. They've been hating on my entire fandom since before the show began based on the actions of a few idiots.


    If the WA fandom doesn't want to be generalized, they should stop doing so in return.

    I didn't pay attention to the pictures that much. I was too upset i looked at them. Idk if i can get mad at that fact though. For one thing, it could be something they agreed on. Something could've happened to his pants to the point where he had to wear jeans, it could be a theme thing. We don't know. so i can't really have an opinion on that. But then again i didn't study the pictures, so it doesn't bother me. But Caitlin was glowing. That i remember. She loves Ronnie so much it's adorable. I'm excited for them. Cutest Snowstorm wedding ever. I wish he could fly her seperately to wherever they'll have their honeymoon.

    I don't think it will be real or that he will recirpcate it. It will be a funny moment for sure. The show is too young to tackle that.
    Especially since up until today they're still on Barry/Iris and Cait/Ronnie(who will get married in 1x23).
    Going forward? Who knows what's gonna happen. I'm not that invested in Flash's couple(you could say i'm more into SnowStorm than the other 2 or 3 ships on the show, idk).
    Right now in Season 1 it would come out of nowhere. If SnowBarry were to happen it would be a slow burn(S3 or S4).

    I was kidding, actually he looked very handsome. They were all wearing casual clothes so maybe it wasn't planned and that's the dress she bought before he died. That would be a nice touch. They look so happy and in love, it's so beautiful, makes my heart grow 5 sizes lol. They can fly and Stein can take the train back lol

    1)The show will change at the end of season three, never be the same again. Etc. etc. (you heard it before)
    2) Oliver will have to give in to Ra’s offer because Ra’s is more seasoned in psychological warfare.
    3)Who would win in a fight Arrow with Suicide Squad or TMNT with Casey Jones? “You got me stumped man.”
    4) The flashbacks on Arrow are going to get darker, towards the end of the season.
    5) Diggle is not going to have a costume this season.
    6) What Roy did at the end of 3x18 pales in comparison to what happens at the end of 3x19.
    7) “I just came so close to spoiling something…” (Re: Thea)
    8) The Flash Time travel will affect Arrow too because they’re in the same universe.
    9) Stephen knows who the villain for S04 is.
    10) Stephen will be on all 3 shows. Arrow, Flash, and Atom spinoff.
    11) There will be a lot of connectivity between Arrow, The Flash and the new spin-off next year.
    12)You should emotionally prepare yourself for the next episode (ep 3x19)
    13) Stephen's Favorite scene is still in 3x20.
    14) There is NO Olicity wedding.

If it bothers you fine, i get it, but there has been minimal "race card" subject thrown on this site. I'd appreciate it if you kept it that way. You of all people should know how bothersome generalization can be. (as you and i do share a ship). I wouldn't think you'd do the same. And as a black females, throwing out the race card, does indeed bother me. And honeslty there were Snowbarry fans before this show started and i didn't like that they were dismissing Iris b/c she was black. But i didn't go around lingering about it and i surely didn't pin it on all the Snowbarry fans.

    I don't want to sound like a douch... But you need to dial down on seeing romance everywhere.
    It's too soon. They have a road map that will end with a Cait/Ronnie wedding this season. She didn't move on and neither Barry with Iris.
    I hug my friends, that doesn't mean i have feeling for them.
    Maybe in Season 3 or 4... But not now, i wouldn't make sense and it would ruin your ship. If it were gonna happen, let them grow with time.

    The fact that you didn't doesn't discount the fact that a lot of people did.


    I can understand why it's irritating, but pretending something isn't a problem doesn't make it go away.


    The fact of the matter is that Snowbarry shippers are constantly put down EVERYWHERE by the WestAllen fandom. They send multiple messages to the actors and creators painting us as a massive hate group.


    Each time Snowbarry gets a seen, WestAllen shippers put us down for it. We can't even post a single bad opinion about WA without the entire fandom saying we only have that opinion because we're racists.


    I don't ship WA, I just don't see the chemistry there. I have my reasons, none of which have anything to do with skin color, yet my reasons don't matter to almost every WA shipper I've spoken to. Every single time, no matter what my opinion is, I'm accused of being a racist, and it's baffling how few WA shippers understand why that accusation is so insulting.


    So I'm sorry for not seeing the good people within the WA fandom when 90% of the ones I've come across has treated me like crap. I'm not naive enough to believe the entire fandom is bad, but the good people in the fandom aren't doing anything to stop the bad ones from making these accusations.


    And yes, there are some people who made really terrible remarks about Iris being black, but I don't give a damn about people who spread messages of hate and intolerance.


    The fact of the matter is that the SB fandom is constantly accused of being racist, but if you go to a place like tumblr and went through every single post on our tag, you wouldn't see one single racist thing said about Iris. Not one. I actually personally did that myself a month ago.


    I know there's some racist comments on twitter, but to be fair there is also a startling amount of hate towards Danielle Panabaker from the WA fandom as well.


    Refusing to talk about it ANYWHERE is causing this to keep going on.

    Some WA shipper use the "racist" as a weapon to stop an argument. Some SB shippers say disgusting things about the skin color.


    Both of those poor and childish little groups are idiots. Those persons aren't here in this website. We are very polite between people who ship WA, SB or SS in Flash and Olicity and Lauriver on Arrow.


    Please don't bring the racist thing here, where it isn't an issue.

    The funny thing is that most websites make the claim that it's "not an issue" these days. You can't actually have open discussion anymore about serious issues unless it's on twitter and tumblr, because websites don't want to deal with it and start deleting any discussion that comes up.


    I have fond memories of a time when the internet was used for open discussion, but these days so many websites are concerned with being free from any drama that they actually start banning things.

    It's not that. Here we are the same small group of people week after week and none of us have problems. Here it's not an issue.


    Both fandoms have childish people. I've seen a lot of SB shippers call Iris a monkey, LIKE A LOT. And i saw a lot of WA shipper use the "racist" card to win an argument.


    If you want to trash a ship, please go somewhere else. That "drama" you said it's unnecessary.


    My advice? Ignore those people. Block them so you don't have to see what they say.

    If I blocked everyone I didn't agree with sometimes then I wouldn't see any messages on this website at all.     Kids saying bad things about fictional characters shouldn't be a warfare(even if they attack the actress, they're actually atacking the character). You know what's a problem? Yesterday at work a 1800 HP Electro Pump broke because of a voltage variation and i had to fix it because if not, people don't get water in the house. That's a problem, ship wars are silly issues at most.


    You don't like the hate? Well, come join us here. We don't have these problems. That's why i like this site. Tumblr and Twitter are some of the worst places to try to chat about a tv show. But if you do, please fon't start with the whole "WA shippers called me racist". If someone here calls you that, be sure that user will most likely be banned.

    Wasn't that before she got him back? When he was still Stein's suit? Maybe Ronnie and Stein will find a way to permanently separate and when she's faced with the chance to have the life they'd dreamt of, she decides she still wants it.
    TBH I'm fine either way, I happen to ship Caitlin with Ronnie, Barry and Wells. So whatever comes, I'm happy, LOL!

And you know what? I'm still standing. And when i talk about it. It's actually a topic of discussion. Not brought up randomly to make someone uncomfortable. (Not that you did, you were venting, but now you're dragging it out, which is making me uncomfortable).

    Look, i don't want to drag this out any further. I usually agree with every thing you say. But tonight, different issue. Yes it's sad and unfair, and believe me it bothers me like no other.     I don't know you well enough to say that I wish the rest of the fandom were more like you. To me, that's making a huge assumption about your personality that I don't have enough information to make assumptions on.

    I'd rather be honest than disingenuous. I'm sorry, but it's not in my nature to say things to make people feel better, no matter how well I know them or how often we've spoken.



    All of my opinions are based on information that I have collected. I'm not exaggerating at all when I say that you're the first reasonable WA shipper I've met since the show started.


    All of my experience with them up to this point has been extremely negative and hostile for no good reason towards the fandom I'm a part of. I have no issues with you not shipping Snowbarry, you have your reasons, but almost all of my experience with the fandom you're a part of has involved them constantly insulting me.


    As I mentioned, I'm not naive enough to believe the entire fandom is bad, but I've experienced only the bad ones. I've never once met one of the good ones, nor have those good ones ever taken the time to get those bad ones to stop being so hateful towards us.


    I apologize if you feel insulted, but if most of your interaction with a fandom includes them hurling insults at you, then your opinion of them is going to be rather low in general.


    Several times now I've tried to solve this ridiculous argument between the fandoms, and every single time WA shippers throw it back in my face and mock me. I have simply lost patience with them, and I don't think that's going to change.

    The first don't know. The second well that's partially why I know it could never happen. That's a paradox. Wait maybe. Since DC operates on the multiverse theory it could happen. But it won't. Probably because he must have left the timeline and gone back to his own. Which means when Barry went back in time he created a new timeline. Which also means... f*ck. If any of that confirms to multiverse theory the timeline where Joe died still exists. Which means damn a lot of people could be dead. Wow I rambled a lot there. Or I could be way off. So I might as well give the generic answer: Speed Force.

    Oh Aydrian give me a break with the "idk you well enough crap" Don't do the shy thing, "it's just the internet card." It's not a "big assumption". It's called being able to have a sense of a good judge of character, or at least trust your freaking gut. I'm pretty sure as much as YOU and I talk, or as much as you talk with everyone else on this site, for as long, day after day, week after week, month after month, year after freaking year, you can't tell me that you can't at least feel out AT LEAST a little bit, the ones you'd rather talk to then the ones you wouldn't. It's the same freaking thing. And if that's the way you feel, then maybe being on this site is a moot point altogether and every conversation you ever have with someone on here is moot.

    I'm all for honesty. I'm as honest as they come, (and can be very blunt as many have seen if need be) I'm not asking you to hold my hand, and I'm not one to do so for anybody else on this site. BUT I will support you if I think you're in the right. And right now I don't feel you are. And who the hell said anything about exaggeration? Did i say that? No. I said the hate comes from both sides, BUT i don't dismiss the good ones. And they're actually some out there. (I'm not talking about me).

    You know what's sad, you're so busy pointing out the hate of the ships, you've completely become blind to the good ones. You can't even see them, you put them all in one group. I feel like i'm being insulted, for NOT insulting you. And that's f*cked up, that's what i think. So would you feel better, if i became some "hateful black bitch" and joined the rest of my fandom, just to prove your point? Just so you can say "yup I met another one" I'm confused are you annoyed by the fact that I'm against that, or that I'm against half my fandom?

    Your experience? Your negative experience is NOT on this site. In fact you're turning a positive experience into a negative one, with your opinion. And the lack of respect for others. I'm actually having patience here and you can't even see that! You say you've never met a good one, yet here we stand and you're dismissing it to soothe your ego.

    I never said most of my interactions with fandoms came along b/c they "hurled insults." I simply said I've come across a lot of negative. But that doesn't mean i go around generalizing every single one of them. And the fact that I don't, shows that my opinion of them is not "low" that's clearly your way of thinking, not mine.

    Chemistry is subjective(remember Amell was asked to play a stoic character with Laurel and his scene with Felicity was a break of character. When they ask you to play that it's hard to have chemistry with someone). Olicity happened because they made Lauriver a relationship according to theCW standards(aiming to an audience like Gossip Girl's) and Arrow's audience turned out to be quite different.
    Olicity happened out of necessity. Even now that thye have drama going on, it's not the same toxic drama Lauriver has(a relationship that resembles Blair and Chuck, that unrealistic toxic ship that teens seemed to like).
    My mother and sister and two female friends that watch the show are grown ups and said the same thing "at the moment he cheated with her sister, that relationship turned into a no-no".


    Right now, even if some people like SB, Barry and Iris are working just fine. Caitlin and Ronnie are also working well. All of them are pretty small right now and it's not the same as with Olicity that buried the other ships.


    What's more, by the time Arrow's 1x03 was aired, they were filming 1x09 or 1x10. They don't have time to change the show according to 150,000 people on the internet. They look at ratings and the enterteiment media(TVLine, EW, E!, THR, etc).


    Arrow and Flash's ships are two very different things.

    I'm sorry for making you feel so insulted. That wasn't my intention although it was apparently the result.


    The ways that I go about explaining myself are rarely...nice? When I made my original comment, I had recently been in an argument with a group of WestAllen shippers, and instead of keeping it where it should have been, I let out my frustrations here where I shouldn't have.


    It was wrong of me, and I'm sorry. However, I'm not going to lie, I don't know a lot of you that well. I know YOU through the ships we share and that's it. If I remember correctly our first ever discussion involved me criticizing you.


    One of my biggest irritations is when people think they know me, and draw conclusions about me based on what little information they have. That's why I don't presume to to truly know anyone I've spoken to over the internet. So I try, and usually fail, to not make assumptions on them based on incomplete information because I consider that rude.


    When people respond to me and criticize my opinion, although I respect their ability to give one, I often see it as an insult to my intelligence. As if they believe I haven't done my research and I'm an idiot or something. I'm aware that's ridiculous, but the side effect of being a very opinionated person means I often encounter people with a "I'm right, you're wrong, so there" attitude and I've lost the ability to tell the difference.


    Even now I'm struggling not to respond harshly to everything you said above. Yes, I do have hatred for the WA fandom because that's all they have shown me. You seem to be different, but the fact that you are doesn't change the fact that I've been dealing with far less reasonable people for months now.


    I know a lot of people in the SB fandom. They're good people who like the ship because of various reasons, but since this show began those people have been constantly insulted by the WA fandom. Is that generalizing? Yes. Because I haven't met enough people in that fandom to give the good ones any individuality.


    When Sleepy Hollow was renewed, I went to tumblr and congratulated them. I don't really watch the show, but it seemed like the nice thing to do because it had been on the chopping block.


    Someone from the WA fandom, who was also a fan of SH, told me to stay away from the SH tag because of me being a SB shipper. Well actually he used certain words that shouldn't be repeated on a family friendly website like this. It was COMPLETELY unnecessary.


    I've had a lot of messages from people in the SB fandom thanking me for defending them from the constant insults. I kinda feel responsible for them. This is a big deal and the fact that it's being treated like it's not just infuriates me. Even now I have to resist going on a fury-induced tangent about it.


    But I shouldn't have taken that out on people who didn't deserve it, especially not here where it doesn't belong. I'm not telling you all of this as an excuse, because although I do believe I shouldn't have brought it here and should be more sensitive to those who are just caught up in it and don't deserve the blame, I never say anything I don't mean.


    Either take the apology or not. It is sincere, I am sorry, but it's not in my nature to wait or even hope for forgiveness for my actions. My anger definitely gets the better of me, and I've always been the first to admit I'm an arrogant ass when stating my opinion. It's just who I am.


    I'll be a lot more careful about sharing my opinion on this website from now on.

    I think comparing the two shows ship wise is ridiculous. I just meant that Rickards was apparently given a larger role because of her chemistry with Amell or at least that's what I've heard- and yeah it happened because Laurel and Oliver were a shitstorm of awful (that some people are starting to want to revisit). I do find it oddly sad though when people ship snowbarry because if it does happen (very well could) it probably won't last, given this show doesn't seem to be letting up on Barry's feelings for Iris, a lot of people actually like them, and comics wise Iris is given pretty big importance to Barry's ability as a hero by being his "lightning rod". And the whole Bart Allen, Don and Dawn Allen stuff.

    Well, Barry and Iris are one of the most iconic(if not the best with Dick and Babs, imo). They're Lois and CLark level.
    I honestly don't see this "romantic scenes" people claim. They take thing out of context to make them seem shippy. She's like his "Diggle", but since she is a woman they "must be in love".
    I'm not saying it won't happen, but right now the show never hinted at that. As of right now, the show is doing Westallen and Snowstorm. I'm crazy about them? Nope(I like Snowstorm the better, thou).
    But they seem to work as of now, so there's no need to change it.
