  1. Regardless of what characters show up where, I do enjoy how intertwined The Flash and Arrow are.

    Felicity <3

  5. Barry and Felicity are such besties. I love Cisco's reaction to the ATOM suit. The way Felicity and Ray says problem LOL. *Performance issues* LMAO. I love these crossovers. Poor Barry he is so conflicted.

    ReplyDelete
  6. What was the rewrite Kreisberg if you managed to screw up the Arrow timeline anyway.

    ReplyDelete
  7. He said they rewrote to correct the time line. My guess is it is for the next episode may be. In next wednesday Arrow episode Oliver and co will leave for Nanda Parbat. The very next Tuesday Joe and Cisco will visit Starling City when Oliver, Felicity and co are not there. So that kind of lines up.

    ReplyDelete
  8. So let me get this straight. All hell is breaking loose in Starling, Roy is in jail, Quentin is launching a war against Oliver and TA and they didn't think of deleting the scene with Felicity saying "I left Starling to get away from the mood and brood" No one thought that it would make her look insensitive and abandoning her friends and partners in their time of need. Meanwhile in CC Barry is spiraling, he knows he's working with the man who killed his mother and he doesn't know if he can trust anyone so the producers thought what's a better time than the present to make them go on a double date and take Barry with them as a fifth wheel, he's already in pain so might as well add emotional pain and make him uncomfortable.

    ReplyDelete
  9. Where is Felicity saying that?

    ReplyDelete
  10. but if this take place before 3x18. When exactly did this visit take place? 3x18 starts after 3x17 ended.

    ReplyDelete
  11. I saw it in a gifset on Tumblr. Probably in the Canadian promo since it's the only one I haven't watched.

    ReplyDelete
  12. you do realize this episode takes place before what happened on 1x18 of Arrow, yes?

    ReplyDelete
  13. I watched the canadian promo. I didn't see that. I am going to recheck.

    ReplyDelete
  14. Yeah because the way 3x17 ended makes total sense for them to be leaving town on vacation. Also since the timing was messed up, common sense dictates that they should reedit the episode.

    ReplyDelete
  15. That must be a manip Koky. Because no video posted here has that dialogue in it. That being said it is true that the time line is hinky here and we just have to accept they came to CC before all the drama started in Starling City and just enjoy this episode. If we go on being bothered by the time line screw up we as well not watch this episode.

    ReplyDelete
  16. I am not saying they didn't fuck up in this episode. I was speculating maybe the adjustment was done after shooting this episode so that the further episodes align up. We just have to accept this episode as an individual episode and don't think about it in the grand scheme of Arrow time line. What is done is done.

    ReplyDelete
  17. right, because they can on a whim spend hundreds of dollars to reedit due to a minor scheduling hiccup.

and also there would probably never be a good or convenient time to leave.

also, not really a vacation but a house call/repair.

    ReplyDelete
  18. Nope, this is just the last straw with these Eps.

    ReplyDelete
  19. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=u0Rab-HWORE

    ReplyDelete
  20. they were filming 3x17 & 1x18 at the same time they could have fix things.

    ReplyDelete
  21. I mean with Flash, not Arrow. Its really not that big of a deal and the fact that people are loosing their shit over is ridiculous.

    ReplyDelete
  22. Yeah, the timeline doesn't make sense even if this aired before 3x18, since 3x18 picked up right where 3x17 left off. At best this ep should've come after 3x16.

    ReplyDelete
  23. No one is forcing you to reply to "ridiculous" comments.

    ReplyDelete
  24. This is something they're going to have learn how to deal with if they're going to do crossovers across three different shows next season.

    ReplyDelete
  25. Okay I might be biased, but does the way Felicity clings to Palmer seem kinda weird to anyone else on this scene? I should just wait until the episode. Looks awesome though.

    ReplyDelete
  26. So what you are not going to watch the episode. Cmon! The screw up was made by CW. We don't know how ep. 17 was supposed to end before everything turned upside down. May be it wouldn't have made sense even if the episodes aired properly. We just don't know. There is no point to go on worrying about the timeline in this episode when MG repeatedly said there is a time line issue in this one.

    ReplyDelete
  27. Honestly it wasn't the worst time. Plus the more interconnectivity the better. I'm so pumped for Firestorm, Al Sah-him and The Flash working together though. Different episode but still.

    ReplyDelete
  28. Nope this was all AK. He went to do the re-write because of the changing schedule and he produced this crap. He already has this crappy attitude towards Arrow. He went even so far to admit that they were developing a story for Flash but then they decided to save that one for Arrow because it was all angsty. Thanks a lot AK.

    ReplyDelete
  29. and I wasn't replying to you and no one is forcing you likewise.

    ReplyDelete
  30. This episode takes place before Arrow 1.18 so this was before the talk that Felicity and her mother had.

    ReplyDelete
  31. ................................

    ReplyDelete
  32. CW also should support these shows if the time line has to work straight. They are the main culprits here. If they go on rearranging scheduling to accomodate and support new shows things will always be hinky.

    ReplyDelete
  33. This originally was my comment so any reply here is indirectly a reply to me.

    ReplyDelete
  34. Not that, I just thought it seemed kinda out of place. Meh I'll get used to it.

    ReplyDelete
  35. oh good grief, I'll go back to avoiding you like I normally do then and you can do the same for me. thanks, bye!

    ReplyDelete
  36. Don't bother. It'll be over before too long.

    ReplyDelete
  37. It did seem out of place and rather awkwardly clingy.

    ReplyDelete
  38. Okay. I saw that comment. Its not that bad as I feared. It's just Felicity being Felicity to pick Barry's mood up. My belief for this episode is this happens after Felicity and Ray makeup in ep. 17 and before the shoot out at the Mayor's office. I know it doesn't make sense. But I am going to accept that and enjoy this episode. It will be fun.

    ReplyDelete
  39. See that's what I was getting at. Thank you for properly putting my sleep deprived thoughts to words.

    ReplyDelete
  40. Yes, it's the second time she's done it, and both times he looks like he couldn't be less interested in her. The needy girlfriendness of it bugs a bit.

    ReplyDelete
  41. It was a little disgusting and not because I hate Ray or this "relationship" it's because it's stupid; they're not walking on the beach or strolling in the botanical gardens!!! When you do that in front of people (who Ray is meeting for the first time) while talking about something very serious there could be two possible explanations: 1. "look look, everybody, I have a boyfriend." 2. making someone jealous.

    ReplyDelete
  42. it was the visual equivalent of "look, see , see I have a boyfriend, he is real and tall and super amazing!!"

    ReplyDelete
  43. Woah okay, okay. I don't think she was going for jelly. I think it's more random clinginess to sell the romance. It does seem really out of place for the scene but I should wait for context.

    ReplyDelete
  44. Why on earth did he accept he did a re write if the scheduling and time line conflicts still persist? MG at least from the get go has been saying the time line will be screwed up this episode and he has stood fast on his comments.

I always disliked AK. IMO he is the one who screwed up Laurel's arc on Arrow in season 2 just like his stint in comics. Marc for all his trolling and ship baiting sounds more earnest to me.

    ReplyDelete
  45. I already do. When have I lately post a reply to one of your comments? you're the one always writing these annoying replies to my comments. You're welcome, bye!

    ReplyDelete
  46. The first time was quite alright in my opinion. He was once again amazed by her brilliance and was looking at how she solved the problem. And they were alone in the cabin.

This time it is a bit on the nose I agree.

    ReplyDelete
  47. He wasn't amazed by her brilliance, he was doubting she was brilliant enough to solve the issue before he did and do it correctly.

    ReplyDelete
  48. " He was once again amazed by her brilliance " sure that's why he didn't believe her and said that condescending comment about how it's impossible that she did because he couldn't then wanted to check it our for himself.

    ReplyDelete
  49. I will never agree to you with that. Have you never felt amazed by a person who is able to solve a math problem way faster than you even when you know they are brilliant? I have. In my engineering college during labs we used to do same problems together and there will be some one smart who finishes in record time and we are surprised every time by their brilliance.

    ReplyDelete
  50. I didn't say it was bad but in light of what's happening in Starling it makes her sound insensitive and annoyed that her friend is going through a hell of a season!!

    ReplyDelete
  51. I think this visit just happened after 3x18 and before 3x19. We'll have to wait and see if they will make a 2-3 day time jump between the Arrow eps for this visit to happen.

    ReplyDelete
  52. Look at my comment to Ohlisa. Honestly I don't want to defend Ray anymore. No one will change their minds by what I say.

    ReplyDelete
  53. He is fanboy. And thinks if everything is like the comics we will love it.

    ReplyDelete
  54. Nope its before 3x18. Marc was clear on that.

    ReplyDelete
  55. Yes, I have. And when they tell me they've solved a problem that I can't figure out I don't reply with, "You only think you have because I've been trying to figure that out for over two weeks. I just want to make sure you did it right."

That's not amazement, that's douchebag behavior.

    ReplyDelete
  56. So she went to CC while Roy is in jail and Oliver is being hunted by the police and the league?

    ReplyDelete
  57. You can look at it which ever way you want. Either you can see it as she being insensitive or you can accept that this episode happens before the situation escalated there and she does not mean any insult to Oliver or what he is facing. I choose to accept the second option.

    ReplyDelete
  58. sure, sure, but thanks for all the laughs!

    ReplyDelete
  59. Okay but for the record you won't change your mind either.

    ReplyDelete
  60. I am not going to change your opinion. So agree to disagree. I will say we guys used to be competitive during labs and used to look at each others work with disbelief. These kind of teasing happens between friends. At least my friends. LOL. :)

    ReplyDelete
  61. Pretty much, it is very unlikely and would a bit degrade her character. But I don't see them making it work any other way.

    ReplyDelete
  62. It can never be after 3x18. That means this lovey dovey stuff happens after the hospital awkwardness.

    ReplyDelete
  63. It doesn't make sense either way.

    ReplyDelete
  64. Exactly. I didn't mean that as a negative thing. That was acceptance on my part LOL.

    ReplyDelete
  65. Wow acceptance changed a lot hahaha

    ReplyDelete
  66. And Daredevil time tomorrow on Netflix will keep me company till next episode of Arrow.

    ReplyDelete
  67. LOL. We can only beat the same dead horse for so long. We feel what we feel. I shouldn't have even started this same argument again.

    ReplyDelete
  68. Yay!! Daredevil. *Clapping in glee* I can't watch it tomorrow. Birthday celebrations for little one. But day after tomorrow on wards I am going to binge watch it in 3 episode blocks. So cool.

    ReplyDelete
  69. It happens when there is a break between the episodes. They release the producer preview and one sneak peek during the week before.

    ReplyDelete
  70. because it is a very good show :)

    ReplyDelete
  71. The 4 promos wasnt enough lol?

    ReplyDelete
  72. Covering it up. Practically what all pre-break up couples do. *_*

    ReplyDelete
  73. Promos was too much. But he was talking about producer's preview. We might get Arrow one tomorrow.

    ReplyDelete
  74. I dont even care. Just give me the Arrow episode.

    ReplyDelete
  75. Nope. I can't digest that Felicity would leave Starling City when Roy ends up in jail and Lance hunting Oliver.

I am going to believe this episode happens after Ray/Felicity makes up in episode 17 before the Mayor death scene. I will just believe Felicity decided to wear the same dress both those days even if it does not add up.

Honestly I am going to take this one as an independent episode as not much of what happens in Arrow will be discussed in this episode from the looks of it. It will be all about ATOM suit and Barry's suspicion on Wells and Eddie's constipated face.

    ReplyDelete
  76. We Arrow fans are so needy. LOL. Is it possible to get the last 5 episodes of Arrow together. I want to binge watch.

    ReplyDelete
  77. I know it is awful. The best way is to look at it as an individual episode and enjoy the development. CW made quite the mess here.

    ReplyDelete
  78. I still like Ray Palmer, but I just wish he wasn't so cocky when he's suited up as The Atom. My only complaint about the character.

And I still long to see Felicity Smoak in the same scene with Ronnie Raymond, haha.

    ReplyDelete
  79. Where did my reply go? I am excited for the Real Steel type of fighting by oliver too.

    ReplyDelete
  80. You're welcome sweetie :*

    ReplyDelete
  81. Do you think Gideon has the future season of Arrow?

    ReplyDelete
  82. I envy Gideon. She must have within her at least 3 or 4 different versions of future seasons of Arrow.

    ReplyDelete
  83. Does Oliver smile in any of them? Does Dig have a big SL? Is Tommy alive? Is Malcolm dead?

    ReplyDelete
  84. At least one time line would have our dream version wouldn't it?

    ReplyDelete
  85. Palmer and Felicity are so cute!!!!!! please PLEASE get The Flash and Arrow in sync

    ReplyDelete
  86. why? because he's an Amell?

    ReplyDelete
  87. This is going to be adorable.

    ReplyDelete
  88. Lol. I've never known that. Being a history major and all.

    ReplyDelete
  89. Because it'd be funny. Someone has to notice the similarities.

    ReplyDelete
  90. Felicity Smoak was originally written as Ronnie Raymond's step-mother in the comics.

    ReplyDelete
  91. Well the first one has happened. And the others yeah probably (though Diggle got some really good focus in season one).

    ReplyDelete
  92. Wait we can say now? Thought we have to censor the f word?

    ReplyDelete
  93. Well to fair Flash lore is cool.

    ReplyDelete
  94. That's the timeline I'm going with. I do so want to see Eobard just be himself.

    ReplyDelete
  95. if we lucky we get one but I we probably get a comic preview first

    ReplyDelete
  96. A bit on the nose? No honey, it's up all IN the nose. Just right in there. LOL it's gross. Lol

    ReplyDelete
  97. Lol!! Isn't she adorable? Smh = )

    ReplyDelete
  98. Because of CW scheduling my brain has to think of this episode as a prequel to Arrow 3.18 when Felicity realizes she doesn't feel the same way about Ray as she does Oliver and as Ray feels about her.

    ReplyDelete
  99. She's introduced in New 52 as the version you pretty much see in the Arrowverse, but yah....she's a computer software CEO and Ronnie's step-mother when she was first created.

    ReplyDelete
  100. Me or Felicity? Lol

    ReplyDelete
  101. With AK you have to be careful because he will choose fancy toys from people instead of character development.

    ReplyDelete
  102. Lol. Cmon.... Its a little cute.... Are you barfing now? ;)

    ReplyDelete
  103. Recently I realized that swearing does not get censored here. What fun!!!

    ReplyDelete
  104. We used to have so much fun during our lab and projects. When you have this problem solving task you naturally become competitive but in a fun way.

    ReplyDelete
  105. I'm just sick of Andrew trying to sell every relationship under the sun; he's worse than Marc. smh I'm even pretty sure he'll throw in a jealous Caitlin so we would have Westallen, Snowbarry, Barricity and Raylicity all in one episode, and maybe throw in an Olicity reference as well.

    ReplyDelete
  106. Stahp you're making me blush lol

    ReplyDelete
  107. He's done well so far.

    ReplyDelete
  108. I dont know the way they are handling Iris is quite problematic for me. I get flashes of Laurel in S1. And i thought they learn their mistakes.

    ReplyDelete
  109. I'm not a fan of her being in the dark. But Laurel comparisons. I disagree with. She's far more likeable than season one Laurel, actually had chemistry with Barry, and isn't going through torn between the two of them stuff so far.

    ReplyDelete
  110. ?? (can i talk now?)

    ReplyDelete
  111. I don't care I'm going to talk :P and what does ITA mean?

    ReplyDelete
  112. I totally agree.

    ReplyDelete
  113. Oh its nowhere near the problem that they had with Laurel. The issue i am having is that the writers are using the same beats they used for Laurel in S1. And i cant unsee the comparison to the triangle we saw on Arrow to Iris/Barry/Eddie.
