    Cool. Finally a Robin Hood backstory episode? I hope so. Robin was not surprised in this sneak peek when Rumple showed up so I think this is after the events of "Lacey" in the FTL timeline.

    He certainly was noble. But he chose to live in the woods and steal from the rich. In a way the status and the rebellion is something he and Regina have in common.

    I think that Rume is going to try to feed Regina's pain and then show her the elixir which gets rid of it and not give it to her until she helps him! In the last episode he says to Mal "Pain goes away unless u feed it" so I think he might try to feed Regina's! Idk it's just a thought!

    I'm guessing that Mr. Gold had a heart attack in our realm and he's been told he's dying. He needs the author to rewrite his story so he never left Storybrooke because once he lost it's magic time started to kill him. I'm guessing his plan has something to do with Zelena's time spell, and how it could be used to both turn Emma evil and cause Belle to never have kicked Gold out.

    I wonder when this flashback narrative takes place in relation to "Lacey"; if it was after, then Robin would already be familiar with Rumple... maybe if they DO explain how his face changed (due to the recast; they've hinted this I believe) then that could explain it... because "Lacey" definitely seems like the first time Rumple's encountered Robin (but not necessarily the other way around). Maybe it's because he has a new face, due to some spell (Zelena?), and then he uses the wand he steals to save Marian to change his face back? ~ Of course, if they DO explain why his face changed, this makes it questionable how Belle recognized him in "New York City Serenade" (3x12). I personally don't think it even needs an explanation - actors get recast sometimes - but whatever. Still curious about this episode. I believe the Elixir Rumple wants Robin to steal is the same potion he gave to Snow White in "7:15 A.M." (1x10) to help her forget about Charming.

    Maybe what Gold knows and we have been told all along in the first three seasons is that you can't re- write the book. There is. It way you can re- write one story and not have it affect everyone else. The characters are too closely connected. If he re-writes his ending or beginning then he wnt be with a Belle unless he

    Leia and Charles were before the author got trapped. Remember, Emma and Hook traveled back in time to when Snow White and Price Charming first met. The author didn't get trapped until Snow was pregnant with Emma. Marian - I'm not sure. Is she even in the book?
    The bigger question is the page with Regina's and Robin's happy ending - who made that?

    I guess the confusing part for me is that when Emma was talking to Hook at the end of 3b she said "Im in the book now" so that to me feels like the story was somehow changed but you are right it was around the time Snow was pregnant. Marian is in the book as we saw the flashback of her being taken by the evil queen. I guess what I dint understand is that this season has been all about the only one that is able t,change the book is the author,but Emma was able to as Marian was meant to die.
