I wonder if Luke Cage will be the 3rd series produced rather then the 4th?
They already have some casting and an EP who is writing the first 2 episodes...

Seems to further along then Iron Fist is at least.

  2. Luke Cage is better known that Iron Fist, I wouldn't be surprised if they drop Iron Fist rather quietly on Netflix

They've been pretty heavily pushing Iron Fist in other mediums though compared to Luke Cage. He's gotten a lot more focus then Luke Cage in Ultimate Spider-Man. Disney Infinity also pushed him a fair bit, while Luke Cage is pretty much a non-entity (didn't even get a figurine).

  4. I never got around to watching Ray Donovan, so I can't say I have much of an opinion.
So what do other people think? Does the guy have the chops to do this justice?

  5. It probably makes more sense to do Luke Cage after Jessica Jones because he will be in that show and then its makes sense to introduce Iron Fist in the Luke Cage series.

  6. Ooo he wrote some episodes and was producer of Southland, now I'm excited! Nice to see some diversity with the Showrunners of the Netflix shows.
