  1. I hope he is not someone's long lost relative.

  2. He was sweet in Reign. Interested for who he is there.

  3. I thought that too but he's way too good looking to be shoved with some random character.Amelia, maybe?

  4. Amelia I think is older than Mer! Should be at least.
Maybe a friend/ex flame of Jo? Coming to make some trouble.

  5. Jo?I was hoping she would get off the show somehow, she's way too annoying & naive for me along Stepanie.

  6. As Alex's "soulmate" Jo isn't heading anywhere. And honestly from all the "new" interns Jo is a bit enjoyable but all of them are pretty much rip offs from the Originals and it is quite tough for them to be original.
I don't see either of them leaving, but I heard Shonda is casting a bunch of potential recurring characters for next season.

  8. i think it will be a apatient and he will die at teh end of teh season and give some drama to Jo or Stephanie.

  9. Yeah not a fan of them either. Both seem to destructive and compatible. The beauty of Alex and Izzie was that they were complete opposites.

  10. At least Ale-Jo are a better couple than Izzie-George!!

  11. Truth to be told that isn't hard at all.
And I don't see Derek dying. He'll do another season and both he and Mer will leave.

  12. That last conversation amelia had with meredith was foreshadowing on derek's death.I have a bad feeling on this one.

  13. The cast is already way too big.

  14. Who said anything about Derek dying?

  15. I was also having it, but after this "he is missing" episode and recent synopsis about him saving some people from a car crash doubt they will really kill him after so many teases.
My bad feeling moves more towards Richard leaving or Miranda or Callie dying.

  16. No one said anything,i'm speculating. What's why the question mark.

  17. Richard is another potential candidate. He's a great character but recently he hasn't had much to do.

  18. He went through so much and it is quite hard for them to write good fresh stuff for him. I don't want him to die, but that is probably the only way he would leave cause of Maggie.

  19. Oh! Yes please!

  20. Shonda is probably going to do what she always does despite having an insanely bloated cast already... write off one character at the end of the season then introduce 3 more. George and Izzie leave, we get the Mercy West crew, Lexie and Mark leave, we get 5 new interns, Cristina leaves, we get Maggie and Amelia.. so assume we lost one actor this season, I'm sure that means we'll have a cast the size of a cruise ship in season 12.

  21. I hope not. The cast is already way too big with some of the older cast *Cough* Alex having barely anything to do all season.

  22. Well the next episode is called "One Flight Down" so it's not a far fetched theory for all we know.

    ReplyDelete
  23. I think he's dying too, after all the next episodes title "One Flight Down" doesn't raise any hopes of him not dying either.

  24. And the synopsis for the episode after the one says that Derek is helping the people in a car accident.

  25. I totally agree. It's been my biggest issue with the show for a long time - the cast is so big that characters literally disappear for episodes at time, stories get cut off, and even when they continue on they feel disjointed because everyone is getting 1 minute of screentime a week except for Amelia who is shoe-horned into every scene. Alex has been my favorite character on the series for years and he's literally had no storyline all season.

  26. Where did you hear/read that? Do you have a link maybe?

  27. Yeah, that might be it. They may try to pull-off another Denny/Izzie / Henry/Teddy here with Steph...but maybe this one will actually survive and they'll drive off into the sunset :P

  28. Grey's is not known for doing that; but Shonda is. For instance in PP there was a 4-6 months time-jump IN THE MIDDLE (not by the end; though it had a pretty unusual structure due to a time-consuming extended patient-case as far as I recall) of the episode. And I'm not sure if this was the biggest one she pulled. Of course there was a 1-year one by the end of one or two finales. Would have to check it though.

  29. The thing about the bunch of new recurring characters?

I don't know probably EW or TVline. Besides STV those are the sites I visit for scoop.
