  1. Glad that Coulson and Gonzales will be teaming up. Takes them long enough to realise that Hydra is the enemy, not each other.

  2. mmmh interesting Chloe Bennet is listed as "Agent Skye" again and not just "Skye".

Coulson and Gonzales teaming up with Ward looks very promising.

    ReplyDelete
  3. Kevin Tancharoen is directing again. And that promises great fight scenes.

  4. No dirty half dozen road trip with Coulson's ragtag team in this episode? I mean, I'm still pretty sure they're all together but it probably happens in 2.18, not 2.19 like we thought.

And yes to Mike (still think the spin-off's going to be about him) and Kara!

Skye's going to be learning the Inhumans are shady as hell.

Gonzales is disgusting but I'm glad the SHIELDs realized they had to team up to take down Hydra.

Ward and Skye are so back on the team by 2.19 and laksdjfalksdjfalksdjfaksdjfasdf.

Rats! I was hoping for another ragtag crew episode with Coulson and his little band. Oh well, he and Gonzales fighting hydra and not each other anymore should be interesting if the old man finally humbles himself.

  6. Damn. I figured something like this would happen but I was hoping it wouldn't. I really wanted everyone associated with "real" SHIELD kicked to the curb.

    ReplyDelete
  7. HYDRA's BACK?!!!!!!!!! DAMN IT!!!!!!!!!! Ward still better be with the team!!!!!!

    ReplyDelete
  8. i NEED Skyeward scenes!!!!!!!!

    ReplyDelete
  9. An extra posted pictures on Instagram a few weeks ago with Brett and Chloe on set in tac gear and it was for this episode so...

    ReplyDelete
  10. Yeah, Kara and Mike are there and Ward's definitely with the team. Things are finally looking up!

    ReplyDelete
  11. It's Gonzales I have a problem with after he referred to Skye as "it" and a "thing". Please never be in charge of anything ever.

    ReplyDelete
  12. Cosigned. Anyone that narrow-minded has no business being in any position of authority at SHIELD.

    ReplyDelete
  13. This is the last episode of AoS before Age of Ultron. They'll probably track down Dr. List and get the location of Baron von Strucker (the European Hydra big boss that has imprisoned Scarlet Witch and Quicksilver). I bet Tony Stark will cameo and Coulson gives him the location and then Avengers get the twins like we'll see in the movie.

  14. It will be interesting to see Gonzalez and Coulson put their differences aside to team up and take down HYDRA (the true enemy). Yay to J. August Richards still being on the show! Here's hoping he becomes a regular (or gets that spinoff) because Mike is awesome.

yea i notice them maybe they finally came to terms with what happen to skye

    ReplyDelete
  16. I agree with you, but more likely is a Hawkeye cameo, considering what Clarg Gregg and Jeremy Renner teased a few months ago. But they probably gave us the run-around. And Coulson revealing himself to the Avengers (or just one of them) would fill half of a movie, according to Joss Whedon.

    ReplyDelete
  17. Maybe. I just want Gonzales and Co to stop calling Skye an "it" and wanting her locked up.

    ReplyDelete
  18. Stephen S. Bowman11 April 2015 at 02:44

yea that really pisted me off when that was said also i did like how bobbi defended her though

    ReplyDelete
  19. Yeah, I hope she can get through to Gonzales and the other racist agents, who are just afraid of everything/everyone that's/who's different. Good example: Agent "shoot-first-ask-questions-later" Calderon. I hate him guts.

    ReplyDelete
  20. HYDRA is the big threat and they have a chance to cripple them more.... I am guessing this will end the "real shield" storyline

    ReplyDelete
  21. Stephen S. Bowman11 April 2015 at 03:26

yea pretty much specially considering she never ask for what happen to her well when it first happen at least

    ReplyDelete
  22. Yep, I hope she'll has the last laugh. I can visualize it. Can't wait to see Mark Kolpack's magic.

    ReplyDelete
  23. Sounds interesting. Nice to see Mike is still around and Skye is listed as Agent Skye again.

    ReplyDelete
  24. I'm glad to see Coulson listed as Director and not Agent, the last few weeks have been rough, lol. I hope we have a Hawkeye cameo, the most likely Avenger to show up on the show at this stage. Although seeing Tony (or Cap) would be niiiiice.

  25. Stephen S. Bowman11 April 2015 at 04:44

yea i do think she will have the last laugh like you said

    ReplyDelete
  26. This makes me sure fitz isn't reuniting with team coulson anytime soon and that the real shield is spinning off into a possible a vengers academy which would be ratings gold since the a vengers academy is heavily featured in age of ultron

    ReplyDelete
  27. This episode looks awesome!! Can't wait for the promo! This war about Shield and Real Shield was getting annoying pretty fast. Now they will work together against the rel enemy here: Hydra. I really deslike Gonzales but we will see..

    ReplyDelete
  28. I read somewhere that Fitz meets with familiar faces, I think that means he joins up with Coulson.

    ReplyDelete
  29. I hope not the poor guy would be crushed seeing ward and if he accepts working with him then the fitz fans will be pissed off (me!!)
I agree but I think they will come to see that powered people cannot fully be eradicated and they are going to have to control them where the a vengers academy may come to play.
People are say I g deathlok but I don't see it I have always found Mike boring and mopey he can't carry a show sure he's a half cyborg but i see him better in an ensemble than a solo hero (not to mention i feel it would bomb badly)

    ReplyDelete
  30. I believe in this episode we will see a more badass Skye

    ReplyDelete
  31. but why is Hydra back?!!!!! Coulson cut off the heads, couldn't it have been longer break from them?!!!!!!!

    ReplyDelete
  32. please tell you're not messing with me?!!!!!! i tac gear?!!! as in a mission TOGETHER?!

    ReplyDelete
  33. same, the cabal should've been DESTROYED!

    ReplyDelete
  34. that's what i'm talking about!!!!! Kara, hmm that's going to get some get some getting used to a "Kara" in Marvel, it's still weird having a "Bruce" in Marvel

    ReplyDelete
  35. it is? huh so maybe you're right. I forgot List is the last Head of Hydra, well aside from Strucker

    ReplyDelete
  36. i wonder how the inhumans fit into this?

    ReplyDelete
  37. Can't wait to see his reaction (and the rest of the team) whe n Skye shows with the full control of her powers(promising a great moment) I would love her to say "What up bitch I'm back" lol

    ReplyDelete
  38. I'm glad tha Skye got her "Agent" status back, I was kinda scared.

    ReplyDelete
  39. Me neither. It will be glorious. It will be probably my favourite moment of the entire show. She' ll likely say something like that. ;)

    ReplyDelete
  40. To line up with AoU. This is the last episode before the movie comes out in the United States.

    ReplyDelete
  41. Hydra is messing with power people most likely inhumans.

    ReplyDelete
  42. Nope. Here it is http://fuckyeahmarveltvcast.tumblr.com/post/112873437931/an-extra-on-set-with-brett-and-chloe-on-march-4

    ReplyDelete
  43. Hum, Skye won't be with the inhuman long, just 3 episodes then back to agent Skye. Looks like Jiaying can't convince her to stay. The actress is teasing a lot of stunts and badass moments i can't wait to see it.

    ReplyDelete
  44. Lmao yeah me too. This the first tv show where I love all the characters and the actors (so this is big). I think it's because they are doing this in family.

    ReplyDelete
  45. Yeah that, and the actors are into marvel stuff as well and they love to interact with the fans. I love them. In my opinion no other show/cast can compete against it. I'm totally addicted. It's really scary. I never felt like this. ;)

    ReplyDelete
  46. My guess is that Coulson's SHIELD will become the avengers academy, and the Real SHIELD will bee absorbed into Coulson's or will become against powered people, leading to a nice season 3 around the civil war.

    ReplyDelete
  47. Tbh one of these episodes I feel will say Chloe bennet as agent Daisy johnson

    ReplyDelete
  48. OMG I feel the same lmao. Did we just became best friends lol I'm kidding I just had to say it lol.

    ReplyDelete
  49. Damn, Hydra didn't stay down long, did they?

I'm sure Coulson enlisting a known murderer and traitor to the organization will endear him to Gonzales even more.

    ReplyDelete
  50. Gonzales referred to a person (Skye) as "it" and a "thing" so no one should give a shit what that man thinks.

    ReplyDelete
  51. She's 100% Skye and unless/until she says otherwise, she'll stay Skye (although I'm sure she'll eventually start using Quake as her superhero name). Daisy is just the name she was born with.

    ReplyDelete
  52. Yeah but the director said CURRENTLY she considers herself Skye but her opinion may change

    ReplyDelete
  53. LOL seems like that :)

    ReplyDelete
  54. It's more than just him, wha's Bobbi, Mack, Fitz going to think? Hell May, Jemma and Skye aren't going to bethroughin a Party either abot Ward being back. Though I'd love to see a scene with Skye demonstrating her powers on Ward just to make sure he knows where he stands.

    ReplyDelete
  55. It might depend on how the relationship with her mom turns out, I could see her maybe being willing to let her call her Daisy. I wonder if it's next week that she finds out.

    ReplyDelete
  56. I wonder how they rank those Agents. I mean isn't Hunter an Agent now since he "signed on" with Coulson.

    ReplyDelete
  57. Some of the heads, we do know that a couple of them survived.

    ReplyDelete
  58. Hope there's a scene with Mike and Skye, with both now superpowered it would be a nice tie-in with the first episode.

    ReplyDelete
  59. I wonder wil they slow the blurbs on the rest of the episodes until after Ulton is out. Otherwise won't they risk spoiling Ulton a bit?

    ReplyDelete
  60. And everyone else that Ward has betrayed/kidnapped/tried to kill. Since Bobbi made a point of saying that Shield members know the "story" of what happened to FitzSimmon's then I could see everyone being "unhappy" that Ward is back in the picture. Kara has an excuse for the actions she did and could be welcomed back to a degree. Ward not so much.

    ReplyDelete
  61. Depends on how they intend to interweave the show's storyline with Age of Ultron, if the movie's events are a direct consequence of the season finale then there'll be nothing really to spoil.

    ReplyDelete
  62. Well won't we have about 3 episodes that are only going to be shown after Ultron? If they put out the press releases for them before Ultron's is released that's going to at least flag something of the fallout of having an AI go nuts with drones...

    ReplyDelete
  63. They're grown up spies, not children, they may be uncomfortable with it but they're not going to be holding a grudge when Coulson explains very clearly that it's for the greater good. Besides, I wouldn't be surprised if Coulson betrays Ward first as a preventive measure, provided it doesn't put Ward's life at risk.

    ReplyDelete
  64. A couple of problems I see here. While it was amazing to see AoS react to CA:TWS's events right after it was released it's undeniable that 1.17, "Turn, Turn, Turn", spoiled the movie's main twist in a time where not many had seen it, so you either had to suck it up and get spoiled or skip the episode altogether. Not surprisingly, ABC felt compelled to air it again the following week an hour before 1.18, "Providence".

It sucked for ratings, but not only they couldn't very well ignore it - the show was about the very organization that was going to be destroyed - but there were also going to be 6 episodes left to air after the movie was released, too long a time to postpone the acknowledgement of SHIELD's fall. This time, however, is different: the remaining episodes to air are half of what they had last year (3), airing in 2 different dates for a 2-hour season finale, and there are technical and narrative problems with having team Coulson doing their part in fighting Ultron. The technical comes from the extensive CGI required to give life to Ultron's bots, which the show has neither the budget nor the time to do it well, and the narrative one is because since Ultron Prime is for the Avengers to defeat the show would be relegated to deal with his minions and it's not very satisfying to see one hour of them destroying robots when they're incapable of putting a definite stop to them. It is, thus, hard to have the season be impacted by the movie like it was last year, but they can have the season lead directly to the movie if they want, even if only minimally.

    ReplyDelete
  65. Yeah the agent that told him flat out that she'd kill him, or the one that demonstrated what it feels like to run out of air are sure going to just simle and hug it out. The chances of them accepting a "greater good" argument when Shield has an entire CVN now available to them is unlikely. They don't need Ward (if it's just for intel stick him back in the chair and make him talk), they have other combat agents now that are far more trustworthy (even Bobbi) than Ward.

    ReplyDelete
  66. There is no such thing as a single SHIELD here, there is SHIELD I, Coulson's, and SHIELD II, Gonzales's, and they're not very good at talking to each other, so FitzSimmons rejecting Coulson's justification on the basis of SHIELD having an entire CVN available is stupid because I) he'll be getting Ward's help much before Gonzales even agrees with joining his cause and II) there's no reason to believe the arrangement between the two of them in this episode is permanent, it might just be a temporary truce that Gonzales'll be breaking in the following one.

    ReplyDelete
  67. I wonder if in the show they will ever mention her code name quake and if that happens I would want to see who gave her that name

    ReplyDelete
  68. Even Bobbi isn't listed as "Agent", but I'm kind glad that EVERYONE no exception (including Ward) is working together instead of chassing each other.

    ReplyDelete
  69. Yeah, the storyline of Other Shield hasn't really convinced me it's anything other than a plot device to be honest. With the questions ranging from what they've been doing, whose funding them, how does nobody including the USN notice a full up CVN floating around (NRO officer "Hey, Navy what's your carrier doing there?, Navy officer "WTF!?").

    ReplyDelete
  70. Could you tell me what USN and CVN means please?

    ReplyDelete
  71. USN = US Navy, CVN= Nuclear Aircraft carrier, NRO = National Reconsence (I know I spelt that wrong) Office (spy satellites) In other words even expanding things for the the Marvel universe, there would only be about 12-15 of these carriers in existence (at 10 billion a piece), (there's not that many currently in service). Every World Power takes notice of where they are and what they are doing.

Hidden bases like Providence or the Playground are one thing to think about hiding from people, building a Carrier and keeping it in service after the Fall is something else entirely.

    ReplyDelete
  72. Thank you :-) and you're so right in Agents Of SHIELD it's really hard to keep (his/her) a job, people always will come to steal it (yeah because for me Gonzales is only interested in Coulson's place).

    ReplyDelete
  73. If you think for one second that Ward is back with the team and everybody embraces him with loving arms and Skye and Ward end up together again, then you got another thing coming. It would be character assassination of the worst degree. They can't just forget about everything that has happened before.

    ReplyDelete
  74. I know that's not going to happen (yet). Redemption isn't supposed to be easy. It's supposed to be long and hard and painful and he's going to need to apologize a lot before he can be forgiven.

But Ward's definitely back with the team/at least helping them by this episode.

    ReplyDelete
  75. AWESOME!!!!! thank you

    ReplyDelete
  76. no there's one head left: List, Mike was watching him

    ReplyDelete
  77. oh, but The Avengers are dealing with Ultron not Hydra, why would it need to line up?

    ReplyDelete
  78. The movie begins with the Avengers dealing with Hydra, particularly Wolfgang von Strucker. Ultron is created initially to help deal with that, but things go badly. Right now the only character who knows about Wolfgang von Strucker is a Grant Ward. There is a very good chance that he may be the key to capturing the real Hydra head.

    ReplyDelete
  79. You're welcome!

    ReplyDelete
  80. And Van Strucker (or however you spell it) as well.

    ReplyDelete
  81. Wheres the tac gear? doesn't show them together as well :(

    ReplyDelete
  82. It's hard to tell since we're only seeing parts of both of them but it's definitely tac gear. And they were clearly on the same set with the extra so it means Skyeward scenes. Yay!
