  1. I really liked Rabbit Sister in this episode as well as Rosalee punching Evil Receptionist. Not a bad fan of much else this episode.

  2. I'm with you. I liked both of those moments although I picked the Adalind / Renard conversation. Adalind trying to work an angle with Sean is the only scene I enjoyed from beginning to end in the entire episode.

  3. I wonder how Renard is going to play it off, given he knows she's telling the Royals everything. I think he's going to do the double spy thing.

  4. I hope that's the way it plays out. I'd like him to be a little more forthcoming with Nick but I can understand why he's not and it's not like he doesn't have a history of keeping things close to the vest.

  5. Well, I don't like Juliette in drama queen mode (tbh I don't like her at all), Adalind's pregnancy has already been revealed in promo, so I pick Monroe and Rosalie in fertility clinic.

  6. 1.Nick visits Henrietta to know there's only two way now to deal with the current problem-Kill juliette or accept her for who she is. &
    2.Nick and Juliette's final confrontation.

  7. I loved Rabbit Sister fighting back with the pole, but I had to pick that moment where she refused to Woge.

  8. Not a big fan of Juliette myself and Adalind's pregnancy has already been done before. Once was more than enough. I don't knwo why they didn't kill her off a few seasons ago.

  9. That was a toss up for me too. She rocked the episode.

  10. I like Adalind and I hope they keep her as long as they can, because this show simply needs at least one bitchy female character. They can get rid off Juliette. I was shocked when I found out that Bitsie and David are real life couple because on screen there's no chemistry between them.

  11. They are? I'm shocked too. Plus dating your co-worker could have annoying consequences down the road. I think Grimm has an abundance of witchy females it can choose from. Bring back HexenMama and Mama Grimm and them be at odds. That's a battle I'd love to see. Adalind has been played out since she first lost her powers. Ever since then they've tried jsut about anything to keep her connected to the plot which has lead to one bad story after another. Characters need to serve the plot not the plot serve the characters.

  12. 1. Juliette tries to get Nick to kiss her Hexenbiest form
    2. Nick visits Henrietta demanding a solution and she gives him a mini-demonstration of her powers of persuasion. The Henrietta visits are always entertaining.
    3. Adalind finds out she's pregnant. Adalind's reactions are always the best. They really don't use this character enough.

  13. Mama Grimm has been recently cast in one of new shows, so I'm afraid that she'll that big death Tvline(or guide) mentioned.
That's how you feel. I choose to disagree. For me she's always been the one who pushed the storyline forward. I would rather say that they've seem to have problems with ideas for Renard. At the beginnig he was the most interesting character and now we just see how he drinks coffee.

  14. 3. Claire coffee does so much with so little. Plus her chemsitry with David G is off the charts - not just sexual - their scenes are always entertaining. I expect the cure for Juliette lies with the blood from this baby. Comes full circle with how and why Juliette changed.

  15. I agree 100% about Claire Coffee. She always make the most of her small screen time and her chemistry with David G is hard to ignore. I wonder if the writers will eventually explore that. I guess it would be kind of refreshing for the (male) hero to fall for a female villain. It happens a lot the other way around, so why not?

The baby as a cure is interesting, but my prediction is that it might take away Adalind's powers (the same way carrying a Hexenbiest baby helped restore her powers). I wouldn't be surprised if the blood did nothing for Juliette.

  16. Her mother was so fierce running out the house with the gun and telling her daughter to lock the door after her. This was a great mum and daughter duo. They showed real strength of character and were bad-ass.

  17. Seriously? They're dating in real life? I would never have guessed that. Nick has more chemistry with practically every other female in the cast. Heck...even that brief scene with Henrietta was hotter than anything that had happened between him and Juliette.

I like Adalind too. They don't use her half as much as they should. She brings out an interesting side in Nick that you don't see with anyone else and I like the actress too.

  18. I was really sad to read that Mama Grimm had been cast on another show but a girl has to eat!!

  19. Voted for Adalind finding out she was pregnant. That face... priceless!

  20. But carrying a descendant didn't bring her powers back. It was that whole other disgusting ritual she underwent.

I think there are two "pay offs" coming that are inevitable:

    1) Juliette and Renard are going to hook up for real. No spells, curses or dreams. Hexen and Zauberbiest getting it on. We could all see it coming.

    2) Nick and Adalind will also hook up for real in some way. Those two have been crashing into each other since the beginning. The circumstances will be such that they'll be forced to be together. A pregnancy with both as parents is one way to make that come about.

As to either of these two pairings sticking emotionally: where Juliette and Renard and/or Nick and Adalind fall in love is anybody's guess. But the hook ups are definitely coming.

  22. I agree. I think they are both inevitable.

  23. If either happen, I am out. Completely out.

I voted for when Henrietta tells Adalind that she's pregnant with her second child and Adalind realizes who the baby father is and her reaction is priceless!

  25. I haven't watched the episode yet as I was waiting for confirmation that Adalind is yet again pregnant. There was only one thing the writers could have done to make me drop the show and they did it. I may come back depending on how the rest of the season plays out but for now, I have no interest in the pregnant Adalind show.

  26. I don't blame you. If #Grimmchat wasn't so much fun, I would do the same. However not even #Grimmchat can save it if Nick and Adalind hook up.

Then you should probably buy your bus ticket out of town now because both of these are coming. Logically Juliette and Renard will happen first. It only makes sense. The writers wouldn't go through the trouble of having them become obsessive about each other, turn Juliette into a Hexenbiest and then have her crash at his place unless they were going to "go there" even if it was just one time. The two of them hooking up is the logical resolution and then lets see where the story and consequences go from there. I personally think its great. Throw a ripple in the pond every once in a while.

As for Nick and Adalind: their's has always been the primary antagonistic relationship. We've been watching them hate each other from the start, and the writers have been using ever escalating means to throw these two together. Ultimately what's it all been about? Nothing really. They've just always been at odds.

I think it would be both funny and useful to the show if they both came to that realization and did something about it: "you know this doesn't mean we're best friends...shut up and help me take this off".

  28. I thought Juliette confronting Nick on not being able to look at her hexenbiest form after he promised to learn to accept who she is now showed surprising maturity on the part of the writers towards Juliette, continuing a good run of quality plotlines surrounding her.

  29. Depending on how this season goes, I may drop Grimm at the end for both Last Week in TV and the favorite scene polls. It's really pushing it so now I only watch to mock with the rest of the live tweeters and for glimpses of when it didn't all feel so tired and soap opera-ish. They might as well just have Maury Povitch guest star these days. I miss Trubel and Mama Grimm and HexenMom so much. Let's just send Grimm on permanent hiatus and have a spin-off with these kick butt women.

    ReplyDelete
  30. Agreed. The show is called Grimm but it seems to be all about the Hexenbiests/Royals now. When Renard and HexenMom were working with Team Grimm at the beginning of the season it was great but all this relationship drama needs to stop. I want a spin-off with Truble, MamaGrimm, HexenMom, Wu, Monroe and Rosalee. The rest can play Desperate Housewives off screen.
