  1. Yeah ... i tuned out after he used the word epic again.

  2. Good to see there will be humor in this episode. I only hope that the some total of it isn't all in this one preview.

    ReplyDelete
  3. I loved the Roy/Oliver interaction - Oliver looks so bewildered by this, it's so fun. And at any rate, Diggle and Lyla are getting married, so I'm happy.

Ray, dude, you took so long to get to actually trying to be a hero, and first time out, you go after the wrong person, and second time out, hospital, plus you don't even shrink yet. I'm holding off final judgment until the episodes, but you may be the worst hero of the Arrow/Flash universe. Work on that, please.

What about when he said the Arrow v Atom face off is being crammed into the episode!!!! Somebody else please do these reviews

  5. "And at any rate, Diggle and Lyla are getting married, so I'm happy."

The short exchange at the beginning of the preview was funny.

    ReplyDelete
  6. It's funny how Ray skipped over all the criminals he could help take down (robbers, murders, etc.) and guns straight for the arrow. He must have a lot of faith in that suit of his.

    ReplyDelete
  7. Yup. :D I like that they sort of gave each other a little side eye about the fact that it's the second time they're trying this without dissolving into angst about it. I also love that a couple that has already been married to each other before and broke up because they are such adrenaline junkies they can't be happily married unless they also are risking their lives on a regular basis are the most stable couple on either show.

  8. Omggg I need to be seeing this episode, like NOW! I can't get enough of Deadshot. Diggs/Lyla are so freaking cute, and Oliver seriously needs to beat Ray's ass. Roy do not praise this!

    ReplyDelete
  9. Lmaoooo, right?

    ReplyDelete
  10. Hahahaha that was so them. I liked it.

    ReplyDelete
  11. yes praise, VERY loudly!

    ReplyDelete
  12. LOL Roy and Deadshot HA!

    ReplyDelete
  13. well if he wants an arrow in his knee ...

    ReplyDelete
  14. Yeah, faith ... or hubris and stupidity. Either way. I'm sorry, I tried to pull for Ray, I did, but this is the height of dumbass. It's not even that he's trying to take on someone that's better than him - all heroes do that at some point - it's that after all the Arrow has done, apparently the word of one criminal is enough to have Ray cowboying up and trying to take over as hero. Maybe they give a better reason, but as of right now, it looks like he's going off all kinds of half-cocked. I hope Oliver kicks his ass.

    ReplyDelete
  15. That would be the upside. I still say Felicity disabled Ray's suit while flying in the air.

    ReplyDelete
  16. Wait. How do you know it's at the word of one criminal? Quentin basically told Arrow he was coming for him. It's not hard to believe that Quentin puts out a ABP on The Arrow and Ray finds out.

    ReplyDelete
  17. I'm looking forward to the interactions between Cupid and Deadshot! It's bound to be hilarious!

I hope Ray gets his ass kicked.

The Suicide Squad is more epic than Atom Vs. Arrow at this point so I don't know what MG is smoakin.

I don´t really like Ray but the suit and the idea behind this whole thing is kinda cool.
He is trying to make a difference just like Oliver, simple without the experience (Which he can learn!!!!!).
And i bet Oliver is trying to take away his choice like ..."It´s to dangerous, you can´t do that!"
I´m really exited about this episode, especially his reaction about Filicitiy knowing about all of it. :-)

    ReplyDelete
  19. i don't care about you naysayers, The Atom is freaking AWESOME and Palmer's a great character

    ReplyDelete
  20. Deadshot taking a poke at Cupid and her reaction gave me a good chuckle.

    ReplyDelete
  21. I'm 100% certain that Carrie will be totally in love and obsessed with Floyd by the end of the episode :p

    ReplyDelete
  22. Now that would be funny.

    ReplyDelete
  23. Help me out guys. Should I watch?

    ReplyDelete
  24. It's more humorous than spoilery but it is somewhat informative as well. It's more chuckles than anything so I say go ahead.

    ReplyDelete
  25. Nooooooo. I trusted you :(
I didn't want to see anything wedding related. Thankfully I forgot to turn up the volume so I didn't hear anything Dig and Lyla said before I turned off the video. I guess it's time for me to avoid half the Internet until Wednesday :(

He really needs to stop using the word epic, he uses it so much, it's lost it's meaning.

    ReplyDelete
  27. It was three lines. You should have been more specific.

    ReplyDelete
  28. That's fair. I didn't specify what I don't want to know about this episode in particular since I usually read and see every spoiler there is.

    ReplyDelete
  29. Well, at any rate, sorry you were spoiled.

    ReplyDelete
  30. I am most excited for Deadshot and cupid. It is going to be hilarious. He is going to be so annoyed. So wedding happens in first 15 mins. Then its all action through out. How beautiful is Audrey Marie Anderson as Lyla?

Oh Ray! Honey I love you. But if "Barry freaking Flash Allen" could not put down Oliver you are no match. But it will be fun to see Oliver facing a tech suit and how innovative he gets to beat Ray.

Uh oh. Felicity!!! You are in trouble on both sides. Loved Roy's reaction. Please don't kill him.

MG please stop using the words epic. Please just NO..

    ReplyDelete
  31. I like him too. But I have to point out he's basically power wise and background wise Ted Kord the blue Beatle (which was intentional as he was Kord until DC flipped out and made them switch the name to Palmer).

    ReplyDelete
  32. To me this fight does not feel earned. Ray has been in over ten episodes I think? And he and oliver have had less then a minute of screen-time together. Take him out for anyone else trying to take down the arrow and the only thing that would change is Felicity. The last thing I want this fight to be about is Felicity. Plus has he even tested that suit in a fight besides clowns?

    ReplyDelete
  33. It could be that there is a spree of killing in the last week in Arrow costume. Remember the show is in real time so Ra's could do much damage in one week.

    ReplyDelete
  34. No it's OK I'm not mad, honest. I was just joking and I didn't hear anything anway so I wasn't spoiled.

    ReplyDelete
  35. That would be hysterical.

    ReplyDelete
  36. i don't like agreeing with that, but yeah those words should be used sparingly

    ReplyDelete
  37. it just makes no sense that people hate him for ABSOLUTELY no reason

    ReplyDelete
  38. Well that's good. Glad you dodged the bullet.

    ReplyDelete
  39. It would. I would love to see an episode of just the two of them on an ARGUS mission. Deadshot would probably be fighting the urge to shoot her the whole time.

    ReplyDelete
  40. I like Ray a lot. But I get where people are coming from when they hate Ray. Some things are triggers for certain people. His actions in the first two episodes where he hassles Felicity even when she says no and buying the company where she works in so that she could work for him has put off people against this character. Also the buying of dress and necklace didn't help either.

I don't put stock to such things as i don't take Arrow's moral code seriously and ignore such stuff especially because he is just a guest character who is destined to go away. But for some people especially women it is difficult to get behind such a character. And it is not just here or shippers. I have seen lot of reviewers male and female comment on this. So *shrugs*. I don't like it either but I get it.

    ReplyDelete
  41. the first time i saw Deadshot on the Arrow i wasn't very excited because i didn't know a lot of things about comics, but now i do so i'm Exciiiiiiited for this episode.

baby vigilante known as the ATOM! you're so cute. :)))))))

OK! tell me is it ArrowWednesday?!

    ReplyDelete
  42. Orrrrr as I said the other day, (maybe yesterday, idk) he might just get off on her craziness. I can definitely see it. And he's telling Diggs about it. Lol

    ReplyDelete
  43. I don't know. Cupid is all about crazy love and Deadshot just told Diggle that love is a bullet in the brain. Lol. I'm definitely seeing an Odd Couple situation here.

    ReplyDelete
  44. He could pull a complete Vince Vaughn Wedding Crashers style. We'll see. It'll be fun either way. I'll actually be more satisfied if he's annoyed by her wanting to kill her, than if he starts liking her at the end of the episode.

    ReplyDelete
  45. Well, Barry was quite a newbie when fighting oliver... I think the next battle among The Flash and the arrow will/would be ridicolous because it would last only a minute :D but I don't want to see that because The Flash would make Arrow look bad :D

    ReplyDelete
  46. Cupid slowly wearing him down would be funny to see.

    ReplyDelete
  47. Hahahaha. Is it Wednesday yet? On another note, what is this "epic battle" bullshit? There is no epic battle. There's two hits. Oliver hitting Ray, Ray hitting the floor. Bam. Boom. Done. Next.

    ReplyDelete
  48. Guggenheim should be banned from using those kind of adjectives and if Ray gets more than one lucky shot in on Oliver I'm calling bullsh*t on the whole thing.

    ReplyDelete
  49. So true. Unless Oliver gets time to plan for a few weeks. Then he will make all sorts of trick Arrows to give him a fair fight. If Batman can take on Superman our Batman lite should be able to atleast give a fair fight to The Flash. Don't you agree?

    ReplyDelete
  50. Word!!!! I'm so with you. I swear if that happens, you'll hear me scream Wed. Night.

    ReplyDelete
  51. Speaking of Odd Couple, have you tuned into the show?

    ReplyDelete
  52. I watched a couple episodes just for Yvette Nicole Brown but I didn't enjoy it.

    ReplyDelete
  53. Aww really? I like it. Bummer. So you're over it huh?

    ReplyDelete
  54. I'm totally with Roy on this, it's cool. Period

Not sure Barry not being able to beat GA is telling. Oliver was beat by non superpowered guys in the past as well

    ReplyDelete
  55. Agreed. It is very cool. I am more excited to see Ray in the new show without Arrow drama.

It doesn't matter if Oliver was beaten by some guys before. Pshhh. It happens. We are not supposed to remember that plot convenience and all that. But when it comes to Hero vs Hero there is a hierarchy. Barry Allen tops with his speed. Oliver is on par with him because of tactics and trick Arrows. The Flash and ATOM might beat him in later years but right now Oliver is on top.

Someone needs to provide him with a well written spiel when he's doing these reviews - otherwise he gets a little annoying!!!

    ReplyDelete
  57. Not watching, not really add in, not watching not reading. 🙈🙉🙊

    ReplyDelete
  58. He is like a teenager who repeatedly use certain words. MG would benefit a lot from distancing himself from the fandom. His vocabulary during these previews and interviews reflect social media nowadays.

    ReplyDelete
  59. It wasn't terrible. I just didn't like it enough to keep watching.

    ReplyDelete
  60. "How would you describe episode 3x17?" MG: "Epic."
"How would you describe episode 3x18?" MG: "Epic."
"How would you describe episode 3x22?" MG: "Epic."
"How would you describe episode 3x23?" MG: "It's an epic season finale."

    ReplyDelete
  61. I find myself once again focussing more on Guggenheim's choice of words than on the review itself. I agree that he needs to stop using the word 'epic' to describe every single episode. If his reviews were true, Arrow would be getting Emmys for its epic and game-changing episodes.

    ReplyDelete
  62. Taking down the flash is not that hard the joker took down flash and wonder woman in the cartoons in same episode

    ReplyDelete
  63. Well Oliver is better at tactics than Ray the people that have beaten Oliver use tactics
Ray is like Barry dont use tactics

    ReplyDelete
  64. I'm so scared for how this Ray/Oliver confrontation is going to go. I'm ready for the good guys to start fighting the bad guys not keep tearing down the wrong path being their own worst enemies. It's time for the villain to show up.

    ReplyDelete
  65. Eh, I'm a pretty big fan of BR and I don't like Ray Palmer.

For one, he is basically in his own little bubble with Felicity. He has had almost zero impact on the show at large and could be completely removed without losing anything.

Another thing is that he constantly talks about how rich he is. We got it, guy, you're rich. We don't need to hear it for the billionth time.

Throw in that he came off a bit creepy early on, and still might have an ulterior motive, and he is an easy character to dislike.

    ReplyDelete
  66. he is like a fandom pleaser in season 3.

    ReplyDelete
  67. i think EP nowadays make too much of a fuss about a normal ep by saying the word "epic".i think they should leave that word to fans .

    ReplyDelete
  68. I am kinda sick of Oliver's know it all attitude most day, but who the hell does Ray think he is? I mean, I even kinda like him, but that bitca needs to be slapped down,

    ReplyDelete
  69. The Joker is crazy :D he is unpredictable and has plans.

    ReplyDelete
  70. Ray should lose to Oliver unless he fights dirty with his gadgets.

    ReplyDelete
  71. Hand-to-hand or Ray using his flying/laser advantage?

I think hand-to-hand he gets killed. I think if he stays distant and flies they have a bit of a standoff. Neither is going to go for a kill shot, they'll be feeling each other out trying to try to restrain each other. Plus, I think Oliver is going to be surprised and caught off guard and not want to fight Ray.

I'm guessing we end up with an equipment malfunction (possibly caused by an arrow).

    ReplyDelete
  72. He didnt have plans that time he just throw marbles that blows up

    ReplyDelete
  73. I don't think Oliver will be caught off guard. There's already a sneak peek out there where Felicity tells Oliver about Ray and his ATOM suit and I'm just guessing but likely his anti-Arrow agenda as well.

    ReplyDelete
  74. "Ray built a super suit? That's kind of awesome" *brief pause as oil glares at Roy a bit* "and reckless"

    Lol

    ReplyDelete
  75. Really? You think he's gonna know first? I just immediately envisioned Oliver being surprised by a dude flying around in a metal suit and that's how he ended up on the ground. And then he has the fallout with Felicity at the end of the episode. Hmmm. I'm gonna think on that idea.

    ReplyDelete
  76. I just don't see Felicity letting Oliver get completely blindsided by Ray when she seems to know Ray's intentions beforehand.
