  1. Damn, I really like him. The recast could be just as good though if not better.

  2. I'm not really hot on this show UNTIL we see a first look at the entire Ghostface getup

  3. Haven't they already filmed quite a few episodes with him? If so,that seems a lot of time and money to recast and re-film.
I agree with Mac, I need to see the Ghostface ensemble.

I'm still wondering if the rumors are true that they're going full on supernatural and making him a ghost in a mask.

  6. wouldn't even surprise me, not even in a negative way.
But other than a ghost they could simply add a curse on the mask itself, making it even more creepy since you can buy it nearly everywhere

  7. They did say ages ago that the show would have supernatural elements which I don't have a problem with tbh.

  8. if they already did film some episodes he might be the first one to bite it

  9. good, I don't mind that. The problem with a show about a single psycho killer in the realm of reality will do what happened to the movies: make the reappearing characters look dumb. The fact that every single movie had someone dressed up as Ghostface hunt down Sidney felt dull at least at part 3.

They could even fix that by tying a curse to Sidneys family and the mask

  10. please tell me that's a really bad joke someone made up because that is ridiculous.

I believe they have only filmed the pilot (back in August last year). Production I believe resumes in March.

Kinda, it comes from an interview a German horror website did.

Harvey Weinstein was asked about the Scream TV Show about half a year ago and he mentioned it has no relation to the movies. It's going to be its own thing and have a supernatural direction.

The general rumor is that Ghostface will be an actual Ghost (thus the supernatural elements). Although it could be something else (like Mac's suggestion of the mask having a curse attached to it).

  13. Thank you. I went to his IMDB page and it had several episodes listed. I thought they had all been filmed.

  14. He probably read the script...

  15. I didn't get my hands on it, is it that bad?

  16. I like him, but I don't have high hopes for the show, so maybe it's best for him... maybe?

  17. See, for me, one of the things I liked about the "Scream" franchise was the mystery aspect of who the killer was.

I'm not sure how I'd feel about a more supernatural angle.
