    As I was expecting: too much AB George foreshadowing and too much Lemon/Lavon and their blegh-y angst. Still it managed to be fun! I gave it a great.

    Zoe being hormonal and Lavon being cranky were the highlights of the episode.

    Again so so so so refreshing to see Zoe and Wade being in such a good place. Freak out included!
    That "Come on mama" in the end was too cute for words!

    HA! At Brick refusing Zoe a raise (though I thought they were partners not that he was her boss. Did I miss that happening last season? I wouldn't be surprised... a huge chuck of last year just went right over my head... it was that big of a mess...)

    I'm glad AB stood up to Lemon! And I'm glad that Lemon acknowledged she always makes it about herself. I'm also glad even Brick and Lavon called her out on it.

    As I said I'm not on board with this AB/George route, but I will acknowledge that at least it was handled better than I expected it to be.

    As usual the Lemon/Lavon stuff leave me utterly unmoved. But the hoedown scenes with Lemon and her partners were funny!

    AB looked like a freaking carrot in some scenes and then normal in others.


    Zoe and Lavon are the sweetest together as BFFs. I'm glad her and Wade are staying at Lavon's.


    Not here for AB/George and Lemon/Lavon. I don't get these pairings.


    This season is such an improvement from the previous one.

    Not happy with Zoe's crying jags. Did like Zoe and Wade teaming up to help Rammer Jammer's bottom line. Surprised at musical abilities of Truitts and Rocket's handling of diva. Glad George and Annabeth saw through Lemon's scheme and hope it works anyway.

    I love the episode. Lavon was the funniest. I enjoyed all the scenes at the singles hoedown. When I first heard of AB/George pairing I wasn't thrilled about it but watching them last night makes me think that maybe it isn't such a bad idea

    I remember the color having an almost sepia effect in the pilot.
    Now, I think they're trying to make it look as cheerful as possible. Sometimes, it works(when they're using it on Lemon because she doesn't tan) but it looks awful when they're showing AB, Zoe and Wanda.

    I remember that feel too, though I think they gave up on that pallet in S2.

    And honestly, I actually noticed the show has had techie issues since S1... but specifically, the colour grading lately has reached almost distracting levels!

    Zoe gave up her share of the practice when she decided to stay in NY. When she came back and then decided to stay in BB she couldn't practice medicine in BB because she had a non-compete clause in the agreement with Brick so she was treating people on the down low. They talked about it if not in 03x01 then certainly in the next couple of episodes. Eventually, I think maybe 03x03 or 03x04, Brick agrees to bring her back as an Associate.


    I enjoyed AB calling Lemon out on her selfishness too. Lemon has changed and grown up a lot over the last couple years but you get the feeling (they have actually brought past incidents up from time to time) that Lemon has been walking all over AB since they were kids.


    I love, love, love Wade and Zoe being in such a good place. I thought the way Wade handled her hormonal freak outs was cute.


    We're stuck with the Lavon/Lemon stuff I'm afraid. The EP loves that relationship, for some reason, so I don't think it's going away.


    I don't like the AB/George pairing either. If this is the last season, which I obviously hope it's not, I would have rather seen both of them single but happy instead of forcing them together just so all of the main characters are "together", it's too forced!

    Good Ep. So glad Wade and Zoe are finally happy!! I hope they keep them that way, I hate contrived drama. Break-up-get-back-together....Agh! Not for me!! :)

    Personally, I like AB & George. I have been hoping for them for a while now. I think they are really well matched. And AB is one of my favs so I want to see her happy and have someone pick her for a change.
