  1. Okay...this is getting really repetitive! Sam and Callen get themselves into danger where they need to rely on each other to survive, and increase their bromance. This has been done multiple times this season and they keep doing it over and over again! Give Kensi and Deeks something to do! Although their relationship has been in the foreground a bit, they've been relegated to doing sidework while Sam and Callen keep getting into these situations and taking up most of the screen time.

  2. I gave up on H50 years ago (I think it was the Pro Bowl episode, specifically) because I finally came to terms with the fact that H50 doesn't give a rat's ass about supporting characters or competent writing.

  3. I used to love that show, then they started listening to the core four fans and the fans who throw a temper tantrum every time a character takes away time from their homosexual fantasy duo Steve and Danny.

  4. Seriously? More Sam and Callen? It's getting a bit monotonous.

  5. Yeah, that show's caustic fandom wasn't exactly adding to my enjoyment of the series either.

  6. Finally Callen And Sam are dominating the show again and about time Woo-Hoo ! I am bored with the predictable Densi drama and it is refreshing to see Callen and Sam back in action !

  7. In my opinion los angeles is by far the weakest link in the ncis trilogy of shows. Im close to giving up on it. Have always loved the original (i know it has its critics) and new orleans as been really enjoyable in its debut season so far. Has pretty much replaced la on my watch list

  8. I agree. I have nothing against those two main actors but they aren't the only characters on the show. Call me crazy but I get excited when Deek/Kensi get a cool storyline or I love the random Eric/Nell episode stories once or twice a season because it is just different from the same old 'Sam and Callen get in danger but they act all manly and kick ass to get out of the situation. They are heroes at the end of the day and they kick terrorist butt while the rest of the team, you know the people in the background, assisted them with technology and back up'. And Hawaii Five-O is soo guilty of doing that every episode pretty much minus the one episode a season that is dedicated to the others. And even then it's typically Danny and Steve who come charging in to save their team-mates lives at the end because it wouldn't be an episode without more bromance tacked on there lol.

  9. Definitely agree. Really need to see some of the other characters in danger/intense stories. Would really like to see an episode where Deeks and Kensi are in trouble and they have to work together to survive/solve the case/get to safety.

Still love this show, the cast and characters. It's also my favorite NCIS show out of the three.

  10. I actually believe this episode will be equally divided. In the other promo you see Densi looking for Cam, there are photos showing Deeks tackling a bad guy in the water. So I do think all the team will be seen, but this show is based on Callen then Sam and by extensions the rest of the team. At least in MHO.

  11. Hilarious description of the same old. And all too accurate, unfortunately.

  12. I so agree with you Rebecca. They are the main characters and all the characters are always included in every episode. It isn't just about one of them. If one is in trouble we get to see how the others react and respond to the situation and safe the ones that need saving. I love the heart and action in NCIS LA more so than the other two shows. The action is intense and it is only an hour long show (43min. usually) so i think they accomplish quite an exciting show each week. It isn't a movie theater segment where they can drag events out to make it more dramatic. They have great writers and actors every week.

  13. Yes, ITA with your comment about heart and action, that is what stands out about this show for me. Something I don't see in the others.

  14. I agree with Aydrian & JJ..they need to give the Sam & G are in trouble storylines a break and put the spotlight on Deeks & Kensi or Nell & Eric.

This is only episode 15 of S6...but it's the 4th time this season...that either Sam & G or both of them..are in some kind of trap

First we had the opening episode.."Deep Trouble 2"...the 2nd part of last season's cliff hanger....where the Bromance Twins.. were caught in the sub.

Then in episode 5 "Black Budget"..Sam & G were trapped in the house in Mexico...with the bad guys making swiss cheese of the place ....after that,,we had "Spiral"...with G being held hostage...,now in episode 15......their once again in danger & trapped!.

I don't wanna say..the writers are running out of ideas for Sam & G.....but...it sure is starting to look that way!

I think the show runners..made a mistake.& boxed themselves in...going with the one & done storylines for S6.

I enjoyed when they had storylines ( and characters.)....stretching over the course of an entire season..

  15. Have any of you watched all the episodes??? Spoils of war and previous episodes were based on Kensi (especially during her pregnancy) and Dekes with the support of Sam and G. Every member of the cast has their moments and story lines thru the episodes and the writers do a great job to make sure they do including giving Nell and Eric their own share. I watch every episode and enjoy Sam and Callen's more because they are the heart of the show...the leaders of the pack as it is. I trust in the writers and cast to surprize us and tease us as they have with Callen and his past and now a wonderful love interest (which is about time). We have seen Dekes and Kensi's romance throuout the series and Sam has a family plus Nell and Eric's sweet exchanges and romance too. I love the shows ability to have all that going on and to keep in all the action that they do. It is more than most the shows on tv now.

  16. I definitely agree with you about stricking the right balance. They are very at that.
Only one thing is an exception for me , the "wonderful love interest". I find nothing wonderful about their relationship.
