  2. Roger Cross! Alcoholic Quentin disapproving of Tommy. Slade making an entrance. Looks good, can't wait.

  3. Sladeeee!!! The man is back. That punch should have knocked out Thea for some time.

Oh poor poor Oliver. All the hair on Quentin and Thea's head. I really liked school girl Thea.

  4. For anyone to say the writers would have Thea put up a challenge to Slade...she got knocked the F out.

  5. Can't wait for this episode

  6. Big episode for the wig person lol

  7. LOL I just realized they even got detective hilton back lol

  8. Slade's epic return (Damn, Thea got knocked out cold) AND flashbacks of Tommy, Quentin, Thea, and Laurel? I seriously can't wait for tonight.

    ReplyDelete
  9. Yeah never doubted that. People really need to stop reacting based off promos like that.

  10. Seconded. Writers are not that stupid.

  11. I wonder will they keep retconing Lauriver in this episode and pretend like it never happened.

    ReplyDelete
  12. Hmm. I can't see the second sneak peek?? Well that's annoying. But i saw the first one, and got really excited.

  13. This will be awkward scene given Tommy/Thea are brother/sister....as the audience

    ReplyDelete
  14. I always knew that Thea would lose to Slade........

    ReplyDelete
  15. Quentin (with hair) bitter and yelling at Tommy, Thea and Laurel while Oliver watching from afar then Maseo put a gun to his side and told him that they're leaving.

    ReplyDelete
  16. I expected the scene at Robert's grave to be more emotional than that. Slade looks crazier than ever! Can't wait for this episode.

So happy to see Tommy again, not so thrilled to see old bitter and probably drunk Quentin (it's weird seeing Paul with hair again lol). Poor Oliver hearing all about all the horrible things that happened because he decided to go on the boat and take Sara with him, and not being able to talk to them. I guess he knew about Laurel and Tommy before the Pilot. Why is Maseo threatening him with a gun? and in public while police officers standing everywhere mind you!

  17. AWESOME!!!!!!!!! and wow is Lance drunk

    ReplyDelete
  18. oh my God! i completely forgot they're siblings LOL thanks for reminding

    ReplyDelete
  19. i had to double check if it WAS Lance LOL and yeah i figured he knew already when Thea told him in that episode, i'm guessing Oliver sneaked off for a while and Maseo didn't know and i think Lance is a little too busy being drunk to notice a man pointing a gun at a future hooded suoerhero

  20. I knew that he found out about them before Thea told him but I thought he found out when he heard them talking in the alley in the Pilot but apparently he already knew for years.

  21. lol? really? The man is dead. I was kinda sad to see him.

  22. We should get Malcolm a mug that says "World's greatest dad/teacher"
"It's like there are no more secrets between us anymore" oh honey
"When you were here did you ever think you'll see us again?" cue a flashback

I'm curious to know, what were they eating?

    ReplyDelete
  23. I hate to say it but Quentin, you are out of line, sir. Not with Laurel and Tommy so much - I don't approve, but I least understand it - but Thea is what, fifteen? And she's lost her dad and her brother and she just saw someone die, presumably, and you're yelling at her, in public no less? For the first time, I kinda get why Laurel kept Sara's death from her dad. She's still wrong, but if this is Lance two and half years after Sara died, yelling at a kid like that ... I can't imagine dealing with your own grief, not to mention your own sobriety, and then adding worrying about your dad's health and sobriety, as well as him behaving like this. It's not an excuse, but I think I get her side now.

  24. To be honest, they could also promote Arrow as 'Hit Series'.

    ReplyDelete
  25. God I have long hoped for a Thea, Oliver escrima sparring match.

    ReplyDelete
  26. I think Oliver will tell Thea about his secret as a government agent and was in Starling....but force not to reveal his identity for safety reasons of his family.

    ReplyDelete
  27. I also waiting to see Thea "archery" skills.....the island would be a great place to display this

    ReplyDelete
  28. Maybe. I don't care if he tells her about that I just want him to be the one to tell her about Sara.

    ReplyDelete
  29. Nah, according to the season 1 tie in comics. Which I admit gets a little shaky with all the stuff that has happend since but should still be considered canon for background stuff. Tommy and Laurel first hooked up post-Oliver and Sara going on the boat.

    ReplyDelete
  30. I know that. I meant years as in the years between this flashback and his return to Starling in the Pilot.
I hated the season 1 tie in comics. They felt disjointed.

    ReplyDelete
  31. That was nice. I enjoyed that. Immensely! Especially since i've been wanting to see it since we first heard Oliver call her Speedy!

    ReplyDelete
  32. Yeah, I think what you meant kinda dawned on me after I had already clicked "Post"

Agree 100% that they felt disjointed, only a few issues with pure backstory information were worthwhile.

    ReplyDelete
  33. that's what they're called escrimas? i thought they were just bamboo sticks

    ReplyDelete
  34. you really want know? LOL

    ReplyDelete
  35. i thought he would tell her right then in the sneak peek actually

    ReplyDelete
  36. well Lance is obviously drunk in the sneak peek

    ReplyDelete
  37. Guess they're saving it for the actual episode. Can't wait.

    ReplyDelete
  38. Yes. I especially hated the one when Oliver was racing to save Tommy and had to stop to save someone. There was something off about it.

    ReplyDelete
  39. I actually liked that one. The one's I didn't like were the one-shot take down of random people on the list that didn't feel like they added any new information.

    ReplyDelete
  40. Yeah. That's why I'm enjoying season 2.5. It's a long continuous multi-chapter story.

    ReplyDelete
  41. Question is, will they finish season 2.5 before it's time for 3.5?

    ReplyDelete
  42. there is enough time there is 11 chapters left x 2 =22 weeks so late July/August......Arrow 3.5 will likely start in September

    ReplyDelete
  43. Which is part of why I mentioned her worrying about his sobriety. Lance isn't just drunk, he's a mean drunk. Not enough she has to worry about him losing his job or doing something stupid or dangerous or something that will embarrass himself, she has to worry about how cruel he can be to someone like Thea, too. Finding out Sara is dead a second time could send him back to drinking, and if this is what that was like (possibly worse than Laurel's own substance abuse phase, which was pretty damn bad), I wouldn't want to invite that version of my dad back if I could help it, not while I'm in the middle of losing my sister all over again.

    ReplyDelete
  44. They probably have a time frame.

    ReplyDelete
  45. Yeah that's the discipline they're practicing Kali escrima.

    ReplyDelete
  46. Well she supposedly has had them since pre-season one (archery trophey) so I have no problem (especially if she was trained even off screen by Malcolm).
