    i loved the ep, the ending was super sad tho, I don't want Liz to die so soon, I hoped she'd be around for a few more eps..

    I only saw the last half hour of this ep. The ending was excellent and scary. Will they let Caroline's mom live? I was hoping Kai had given Elena back her memories. What a shame he didn't. But she is getting back with Damon. I still want the writer's to give her memories back.

    I could have done without the Delena drama.


    Why didn't Caroline just stay at the hospital longer and wait to see if there were any long-term effects? I don't get that at all. She only waited like a hour and then just left and now that guy is probably a vampire.


    I hope Elena never gets a new daylight ring. We need less daywalkers on this show.


    I also don't see why Stefan couldn't have stayed with Sarah and sent Enzo to help Caroline or whatever - since Enzo is into her

    that's what i said, they should've kept watch on him and that was a horrible death i mean aren't doctors and nurses there it's not an abandoned hospital for goodness sakes, so that was little hard to believe, and Stefa and should've taken Enzo with him

    So Liz possible transformation into a vampire. Few Steroline-thank you God! Elena laugh, really ?? I was afraid that it is something. Deleny can not stand, but the scene as saved Elene, pretty charming. I like that Alarick and Jeremy helped Damon and Jo. I have not seen such a collaboration. Episode pretty cool. I really liked the scene Elena and Kai !! Kai is great.

    Is Elena not the biggest bitch for making Damon think she was about to die with a splinter in her heart?! This girl is twisted.
    I'm glad Stefan and Caroline can have normal sweet interactions again instead of angst filled ones.
    I really hope its not Caroline's blood that is the cause of Mama Forbes demise. It will destroy her!

    great episode, Kai is so sadistically evil, Caroline what did you just do? this going to hurt so much, Elena that was such a mean joke but it was cute the way Damon and Elena looked at each other, Damon and the Doc talking about Alaric was hilarious, so now we have a mini-Big Bad and a super Big Bad in Enzo and Kai

    Steroline is one of the slowest moving ships this show has ever had, and people STILL claim they're being forced. For any other ship on this show, that porch scene would have ended in a kiss. Stefan and Caroline hold hands for about five seconds. And Steroline is being forced? Seriously?

    Because for years they were just friends. The romance is just out of nowhere. Caroline always saw Stefan as Elena's epic love/soulmate. She never wanted to be with him herself.

    Yo mean relationships EVOLVE? Whoa! Who knew that your feelings could change? That someone who you saw as a friend before, you can start seeing as someone more than that with changing circumstances?


    And it's not like this suddenly happened. They started making it pretty obvious that Caroline was slowly getting feelings for Stefan last season. It happened over the span of the entire final half of that season.


    Every single other ship on this show developed FAR faster. And just for the record, they haven't had any romance yet! I know in this show the fans define romance as threatening to kill each other, but Stefan holding Caroline's hand like that is the most romantic thing that's happened between them so far.


    And the first half of this season has been about Caroline hating him, so no romance there. The thought that this is going too fast is all in your hands. It's still in the development stages, but you guys are acting like they're already in a relationship.

    Do you remember the fist few episodes of season 1? Caroline liked Stefan back when Stefan first moved into town and Caroline was the 'mean self-centered girl', she actually got upset after being turned down. So it's clear that there was an attraction on Caroline's behalf.

    There was like no Delena drama whatsoever. Delena was much more sweet than 'firey' this episode.

    But they were talking about going on a date and being sappy instead of FINDING BONNIE. Their romance should not be taking prescience over trying to get Bonnie back - that's what they should be doing, not going on dates.

    I agree. I'd rather the actor used his talents in a different role rather than hang around in season 7. I wouldn't be surprised if the producers tried to keep him, but I hope he resists. He could easily carry his own show.

    Someone please give whoever Damon talks to a hug or something. Seriously, first Liz and Caroline, then Alaric. Damon's being extra blunt this season. I like his brutal honesty but...seriously, I feel bad for his friends.
    Kai FTW!!!! He was brilliant.
    Enzo WTF? I like Enzo's character, but could he be more pathetic? C'mon, you're wasting this dude.
    I think Liz's death is inevitable. They're not gonna be able to save her. Such a shame. She's such a good character. Not to mention the only parent left.

    Brilliant direction by paul wesley!
    This episode was so well-written & acted,i was really surprised.I liked all the scenes-especially those between dalaric,even delena,wonder twins & kai-elena conversation.Kai is a fantastic villain,probably the best they've brought o this show after kat & klaus.Although i don't enzo's stalker-ish behaviour,i have to say i want to see what is plan here in the long-term.The caroline-liz moments were so well portrayed & emotional.That final 2 mins was really gut-wrenching & heartbreaking!
    Can't wait for the next episode-The merger event is happening!!

    But he's done nothing to earn love. I liked him in five and even the beginning of six (his loyalty to Damon for a while was admirable as was his love for Maggie). All he does now is kill innocents and try to f*ck with Stefan out of some weird loyalty to Damon (yet fails to understand Stefan's pod or how his actions will hurt Damon). But you're right hopefully learning about his past will help change that. But Im really sick of his vendetta at this point.

    Enzo is a good character personality-wise. One thing I really loved about him is his loyalty towards the people he cares about like Maggie, Damon and Caroline. (Who am I kidding I'm a big Denzo fan) but the thing is what he's doing makes...no sense. I'm not the kind of person to hate a character blindly, I have my reasons and I even defend the characters I hate, god knows how many times I defended Elena. But when it comes to Enzo, a character that I like, I really have nothing to defend. He's not making sense. He's been whining about Damon the entire time he was gone, and when he's back, they've got like a total of two minutes screen time together. And he's obsessed with hurting Stefan somebody who is very close to the only people Enzo cares about in his life -Damon and Caroline-. I take it he might not be a bit brain-damaged and mentally unstable because of being physically tortured for 70 years as an experimental lab rat but he did make a bit sense in season 5. He wasn't that big of a crazy pants. He's obsession with hurting Stefan made sense once, the dude tried to kill him. But haven't Enzo got his revenge like...a hundred times? I mean even Damon stopped after a while. I like him but I get why others don't.

    Yeah there's a lot of spoilers I stay away from.Especially with my big, most important shows, (aka all my CW shows). I love to stay in the dark, keeps me on my toes, and iI just love that i can have a whole bunch on theories and see if i'I'm right or wrong. Makes me feel good when I can "read the writers" Been doing it like that for years. (And I love to be surprised)

    Elena teasing Damon - I thought that was strange at first but I wonder if that had anything to do with her memories - similar to how she put fangs on the pancakes, instinctively put her arms around him when they danced, remembering his phone #, holding hands, even their conversations at times are like an old married couple. She is drawn to him w/o even trying. Damon told her their are something you cannot erase...and she could be slowly getting her memories back and this was just another sign of that. I think the flashback scenes will provide a lot of explanation.

    if they're going for "it takes one to know one" kind of deal and Stefan turns out to have a ton of dark secrets which Enzo will uncover like some people suggested, then having to bear this stupid arc will be worth it. otherwise Enzo needs to die asap! preferably by Stefan.

    Monica and Chandler were just friends for years too.. and they ended up being perfect for eachother. And nobody thought that was forced.. I know Friends and TVD are two COMPLETLY different shows .. but still.. sometimes a friendship can grow into an epic love. Sometimes you have no idea that the person who is perfect for who is right in front of you.. Things like that happen! In real life too.. So i don't think Steroline is forced.
