    This episode was awesome. I used to watch Supernatural, but it has turned into a teen soap opera and now Constantine is the best show on TV. I loved hearing Don't Fear The Reaper which is my favorite Blue Oyster Cult song. It was nice to see an episode that focused on Chas and his family. Loved the final scene between John and Zed as well. It sucks that there are only a few episodes left to enjoy.

    Another awesome episode, to bad it hasn't caught on with the rest of America, just as it's finding it's way and getting better and better, it was great getting a background on Chaz and how he has so many lives, nice seeing his family as well, nice ending scene with John and Zed, missed Manny tho!!

    I liked this one a lot. Chas' back story was nice.
    That was a neat spell Constantine cast on him while trying his luck.



    Speaking of that Legendary Spell, Say your going up against an evil organization fight all the way to the end of the castle or the boss lair, along the way you are killing people with spells as its a life or death situation the boss is trying to take over the world or damn it. Would it be morally ok to have the Legendary Spell active during that>?
    Personally for me yea.


    Nice bit at the end too, with Zed giving John a bit of sigh or guilt relief.

    really enoyed the ep as it was finally nice to get the backstory on Chaz and why he's temporarily immortal-ish and the reason why he fights alongside with John

    loved the episode completely, i loved that we finally got an answer on Chas and how and why he comes back to life and that last scene with Constatine was great and it's good that he doesn't have to blame himself

    Loved the episode and enjoyed Chas' backstory, it hr\elped to better establish the character. Somehow I had the feeling that John might have not been entirely honest with Chas when he told him he tried to reverse the spell and it's absolutely impossible. I have no doubt he cares for Chas but it would be so John to do it.
    I agree the last scene of John and Zed was fantastic. Beautifuly shot, which is regular thing on this show.

    I agree, I wouldn't put it past John to have lied to Chas about not being able to reverse the spell, because it keeps Chas with him, which helps a lot. I also really liked the finale John-Zed scene.

    I agree with what their mission is, that it would seem that Chaz's soul tank could run out fairly quickly... I got the sense that the spell working was completely an accident as JC said that he tried recasting/undoing the spell to no success. It's good to know that Chaz has a failsafe, but I hope that they don't make his character reckless knowing that he does have that temporary failsafe.

    You don't need a romantic relationship for it to be like a soap. Who wants to see some stupid teen like that Claire talking about her stupid feelings. Or Dean who acts more like a teen girl whining and sniveling all the time about how he feels. Supernatural is no longer about Sam and Dean fighting evil and saving people, where Constantine is. Supernatural is mostly talk and zero action, unless it's Dean killing or punching people or monsters.

    I've watched every season. At least in the earlier seasons the show was still about Sam and Dean saving people and fighting evil. Yeah, they talked about how they felt, but it wasn't the whole show. I guess I don't really give a crap about Castiel and his boring story or some stupid teen that was his vessels daughter. Supernatural is supposed to be about something supernatural, not some teen girls drama.

    This episode was great. It was nice finding out that the guy only has 30 lives. I thought it was unlimited. If he wasn't working with Constantine and had a normal life he could probably live hundreds of years

    And it's not? Demons, Crowley's witch mother Rowena, the Mark of Cain, The First Blade.....none of this is supernatural anymore?


    I understand if someone doesn't like the latter seasons, but I really don't understand a complaint about Dean's feelings being out in the open when that has always been the case. Hell, S5 was probably the highest point when it came to focusing on Sam and Dean's feelings other than actually 'hunters vs anything supernatural'.
