  1. I loved it! It kept me on the edge of my seat. I love Mills, and I'm so glad he's okay. I couldn't take another tragedy. Next week looks like an emotional episode- hope we find out more about what happened to Shay.

  2. This episode made me like Brett even more! She and Mills make a great team. Casey didn't stop Dawson because in opinion she doesn't fight for him enough! Hopefully they can one day figure it out eventually.

  3. I tune in to see Chicago Fire, not Chicago PD. Don't get me wrong, I don't mind an occasional cross-over but this season they are doing it too much. It looks like next weeks episode with the arson investigation will once again bring in the PD. I
watch both shows but feel the constant need to promote PD is causing
CFD to lose the feel of the show from the first two seasons.

  4. Atwater will guest on next weeks ep.

  5. To be quite honest, I am sick of Gabby and Matt. They need to get it together. They knew it was going to be hard being together and him being her boss. She shouldn't expect him to fight for her. If she wanted to be with him then she wouldn't leave.

I know that Gabby went and saw someone about her guilt about Shay dying, but is that over? It seems like that would be something that we would see again. Especially in the next episode.

  6. I personally love the way they "crossover". I use that term loosely because it goes beyond just crossovers. It's a shared universe and that's what you have to wrap your mind around in order to truly enjoy it. The firehouse and the police station live in the same universe, in the same city and respond to a lot of the same calls. To have that exist yet not have them always bumping in to each other just wouldn't make sense. They're taking the most realistic approach. From time to time there will be huge crossover events, but for the rest of the episodes you might see a CPD officer in CF, you might see a CFD in CPD. Just like how in CPD at the start of the season you would randomly see Brett hanging at Mollys. They didn't make a big deal of it, heck they didn't even call attention to it. But it's there because it makes sense. :)

  7. I'm with you on this. I feel like if they wouldn't have used Halstead for last night some people would have said, 'Where is Chicago PD?' I think the way they do it is pretty well done. They haven't had Casey and Voight interact like nothing happened either which stats true to the storyline that started in season 1 :).
