New Girl - Preview - "Shark"

Hi everyone, I hope you all enjoyed your holidays and welcome back to New Girl. "Shark" finally sees Winston graduate from the police academy while Jess and the gang have to deal with new night construction across the street from the loft. Nick and Coach are also excited for Winston, but are a little afraid for him since they consider police work rough compared to how gentle Winston appears. (Also, an interesting gag involving Ferguson's food bowl that raises some questions.) Nick and Coach are reaffirmed in their beliefs when they meet Winston's training officer after his graduation, guest star Nasim Pedrad.

"In case you couldn't tell, the first thank you was sarcastic, but the second thank you was sincere because these flowers are glorious!" Winston must contend with Nick and Coach making fun of his training officer while Schmidt courts a city councilwoman, guest star Zoe Lister Jones, in charge of the construction around their loft. Luckily for Schmidt, she is just as much a player as he is that puts Schmidt in a state of elation. Meanwhile, Nick and Coach have a visit with Winston's TO and make matters worse for Winston. Tune in this Tuesday, January 6th at 9PM on FOX to see how it all plays out and check back after for my review.

  1. I'm loving all the Winston we've been getting this season. It's so nice to see him not being sidelined anymore.

  2. He finally had the bulk of an episode's arc haha. I think the producers finally took notice from the fans of what we wanted out of the show. Enjoy this week's new episode when it airs!

  3. I agree, Winston is probably one of the best thing about this show, I'm so happy that he's getting his own storyline.
