It's time for another SpoilerTV Giveaway. This time from our good friends at A&E.

For the upcoming 20th Annual Critics’ Choice Movie Awards - airing on January 15th at 9PM ET/6PM PT on A&E. This year’s show will be hosted by the one and only Michael Strahan and will honor the finest in cinematic achievement, as selected by the BFCA (Broadcast Film Critics Association).

This year for the first time, the award show will have Social Centerpieces℠, offering fans a digital seat at the tables filled with stars and critics alike. The tablets at the center of each table will be equipped with Twitter Mirror, allowing celebrities to share real time updates, selfies and even respond to fans. Celebrities and Tweet and Vine with their fans all-night long using #CriticsChoice, giving fans access like never before.

To celebrate the social centerpiece, we're offering one lucky fan a prize pack.

Prize Details
(1) iPad Air,
(1) $50 iTunes Giftcard to check out some award-nominated films
(1) and a popcorn & candy basket to complete the ultimate movie night.

2) The Competition will close on 15th Jan 2015 (15:00GMT) at which point one lucky winner will be selected and notified
