    He's supposed to come back in episode 13. Though some are saying the end of episode 12. But you might as well say episode 13.

    No it's because Dig is much more muscular than Oliver. And he wore the suit again in episode 22 when "the hood" kidnapped Moira and Oliver.

    I know you didn't say that but I think I read somewhere that the suit thing will be during Oliver's absence, maybe my spoilers got mixed up lol. But really I can't watch him get married without Oliver. He HAS to be there and he HAS to be the best man.
