"Spacewalker"
AN EYE FOR AN EYE — Clarke (Eliza Taylor) returns to Camp Jaha with devastating news. Finn (Thomas McDonell) struggles with the aftermath of his actions. Abby (Paige Turco) gathers information from an unlikely source and prepares for a fight. Meanwhile, flashbacks reveal Finn and Raven’s (Lindsey Morgan) relationship on the Ark. Isaiah Washington, Henry Ian Cusick, Marie Avgeropoulos, Devon Bostick, Ricky Whittle and Chris Larkin also star. John F. Showalter directed the episode written by Bruce Miller (#208).

  1. I still hope Finn does not die eventhough they are taking him. Did the grounders pay for every kid they killed? Since when are the grounders considered the Brady family? I hope at the end they have a bigger fish to fry than Finn. At least we get the spacewalker story which I am excited about. I also think that he took the fall for Raven because she was over 18 at that time and would have gotten floated. For me The 100 is a package deal, meaning I like the group of characters they have created and I will be very disappointed if they take Finn out.

  2. Wow!! Great pics.

In the last two pics, I wonder where Clarke is going or is being taken.

  3. Can't wait! I think Raven and Clarke will do whatever they can to try save Finn, but in the end they won't succeed.

  4. I have mixed feelings on this. I hope they give an explanation for why Finn changed so drastically. His behavior hasn't made sense for his character. I do understand the Grounders wanting him. That's why I'm so mixed on it. He fired on unarmed people. Technically, he should pay for it. But I also don't want him dead. So I'm really mixed on this.

    Great theory!

  6. Finn needs tro show remorse for his actions than have everyone save him or take the fall for him. This character has no balls. For once do the right thing Finn and take responsibility. Don't let others die for you. The grounders are not going to kill Finn eventually but I feel Finn will kill himself! I can't say I will miss this character one bit!

  7. I hope Finn doesn't die, but only because I want to be surprised. His death will make the most sense at the moment, and the episode is called "Spacewalker" after all, but it's too predictable. But with this writers, who knows? Maybe it won't be Finn.

  8. You know, I actually had mixed feelings before the episode where he kills them, mostly because of everyones reaction, I even put off watching it, but after seeing it, I must say I agree with what Abby said, he was sure Clarke was there, he was sure they were lying, so yes it was wrong, but at the same time I understand why he did it and I can't really blame him for it. I also think it would be much more interesting to see him struggling with what he did, than for him to just die for shock value (although it wouldn't really be a shock since everyone seems to believe that's where he's headed)

  9. That theory has been going around for awhile, since Raven ages has been revealed. Why would she be 19 years old, when Clarke and Finn are still 17? I don't want Raven to die either, but maybe she is saving him for a change. J.R. tweeted that it is not about what Finn did but how he is handling the the aftermath, so that explains why Finn is turning himself in. I just hope there is an redemption arc for him without him being killed. I would hate to see that character go.

  10. I don't agree. I think's he showed exactly how terrible he feels when they where at the art suply store with Clarke. What is he supposed to do? go crawl in a corner and cry? I wonde if people would be this hard on Bellamy had it been him instead of Finn...

  11. I totally agree. J.R. wrote in an tweet that Finn thought the grounders had their friends or killed them. And it is about Finn's journey to handle what he has done. If the 47 had been taking by the grounders, he would have been a hero. Or what if the grounders had not moved before Finn and Murphy had left? Probably nothing would have happened. Unfortunately that still can mean that he is sacrificing himself at the end...which I would hate to see.

  12. You have a right to your opinion and I have mine. What Finn has shown is self pity. He has not taken an ounce of responsibility. When he was trying to cry. I was like? Please boy! There cannot be so much passion for one woman that you go kill children and women and walk off unscathed. The only way I will respect this character is if he gives himself up.

  13. Finn is showing remorse, and what about the kids who were killed by grounders. Every death by the grounders goes unpunished now? The term of truce is the death of someone, where is the logic in that? I really hope the writers give us something more realistic.

  14. But he has showed remorse, you know that's the problem with you haters, you don't even think about the things you say, he's the one who has no balls??, he's been the most brave character of all, (after Clarke of course) he went among a bunch of grounders ready to kill, just to bring help for Raven and then risked his life to provoked the reapers to distract the grounders, and he's the one who doesn't have balls?? besides how do you know, what's going on in this images??, how do you know he's shielding on other people's backs??, you have no idea but still you talk.

  15. Of course you are, which why I say "I think", you can think what ever you want, we just have to agree to disagree.

    ReplyDelete
  16. Oh, Finn will give himself up that is not the question. The question is if he will live after that. Finn snapped because he thought the grounders had their friends or killed them. He was desperate, passion had nothing to do with it.

  17. Now that's exactly how I feel! I don't know why people are so negative about him, I know he was a bit vanilla last season, but he's been anything but boring this one. Some people won't be happy with anything.

    ReplyDelete
  18. Exactly!!! Finn haters seem to forget that the grounders had no problem in killing them when they were defenseless, they even sent a virus to make it easier. I don't know why they don't factor that into the equasion.

    ReplyDelete
  19. I think Finns personality change is just,
some people break and change drastically it doesn't have to happen overtime, the trigger was losing Clarke.

    ReplyDelete
  20. Im not saying what Finn did was right but the grounders also murdered some of the 100 mercilessly when they were defenceless, this seems more like karma for killing all those innocent kids.

    ReplyDelete
  21. The more that I think on this, I don't think Finn is going to die. Who knows with this shows death toll but I think we have a twist coming. Either way, I'm impartial to Finn. I don't hate him or love him. I just want whatever happened to him to make sense at the end of the day.
As for the pics, Badass Raven is back and punching Grumpy Guard in the face. I'm happy with that.

    ReplyDelete
  22. Exactly -- grounders were merciless. They slaughtered the 100 without hesitation, any chance they had, and were trying to eradicate the 100 in the series 1 finale. I'm not saying killing unarmed people is right but the grounders had no problem doing it. At least with Finn it could be said that he'd been pushed to the edge and beyond by the grounders. They'd attacked the 100, killed them, and in his eyes had taken Clarke and the others and had killed them as well. That wasn't a pretty scene when Finn opened up on the grounders but murdering innocents? Hardly.

  23. I really like your theory! it would make much more sense why she was so desperate to get to him after they were sent to the ground, not only did she love him but she also felt guilty.
And I know exactly what you mean by package deal. In my mind there are :Clarke, Finn, Bellamy and Octavia, and Raven too, unless it came down between Finn and her, then I'd rather Finn stick around since he's part of the core four for me. I'm so going to avoid this episode, lol! I'm not sure I'm ready to deal with the real possibility of Finn dying...

    ReplyDelete
  24. I think I've said in another post, but I avoided episode 5 for over a week because I'd read everyones reaction to Finn's actions and I was afraid I was going to hate him afterwards. You see, senseless killing is a deal breaker for me, unless it's a vampire show of course. So I avoided it, and when I finally saw it, I didn't get why people reacted the way they did, it was so obvious to me that he had some sort of PTSD and he just reacted, which was reinforced by his delusional "I found you" to Clarke. I mean, the guy was not in his right mind, and whose fault was that? The crazy grounders who infected his friends to anihilate them, that's who. So, yes, what he did was very wrong, but his reaction was completely justified, it was a direct result from what he went through combined with the thought that they had and were mostlikely torturing the woman he loves. This is not a black and white show, isn't that why many complained about him in season 1? because he was too idealistic and believed they could negotiate peace? This is a story about survival and how everything we believe and we stand for can get blured when it comes down to life and death. I think people forget that most of the time and they judge the characters through pink coloured glasses. Ok this is turning into a rant, so I'm going to stop now, lol.

  25. We know Finn is not going to die but a least beat him a lot. I hope with the kids seing Harper missing they start to suspect what is going on and find a way to get out fast!

    ReplyDelete
  26. Me too, I need to know his background. I can almost certainly say that he's not going to die, but I'm pretty sure also, that they would let us hanging the whole hiatus with that doubt... AGAIN!! (it's like they enjoy making us wonder if he lives or dies), and about Raven's theory, I don't think so, because she had the chance of going out the ark every time this needed a reparation, he saved her from starvation when they were little, but I don't believe he saved her from that too, he's an explorer, and he took his chance.

    ReplyDelete
  27. Exactly!!, and just for kicks, in Finn's case he thought they had murdered his friends and that got him upset, then he didn't know if that guy (the first who tried to escape) was going to take a weapon when he started running, and the same with the others, I mean, he opened fire once they started running around, it wasn't exactly a cold blood execution, at some level, it was self defense, yeah, they weren't attacking him, but in a war you don't know if they're just running or if they trying to reach a weapon to kill you.
