  1. Definitely funny

  2. This crossover is beyond awesome!

I loved how self aware Oliver was during this episode, "Sometimes Bravery isnt enough, sometimes the world requires us to be bold", brilliant quote and title reference. I really liked how Barry talked to Oliver telling him that he had a light inside of him which helped him become a hero :)

Barry on the Salmon Ladder was so cool! And when he came into Starling City and wooshed in front of Oliver was awesome, incredible Special Effects!!

Diggle is getting married!! Cisco is too awesome, wanting to see the Arrow Cave :)

How cool was Reverse Flash in the promo airing during Arrow :)

  3. That freaking ending though Uggh.

  4. They should do crossovers more often
    cause that was amaaaaaazing ...
    best week ever .

    ReplyDelete
  5. IMO is definitely the best episode of Arrow ever. I want multiple crossovers. I want Barry giving inspirational speechs so Oliver can stop blaming himself. I want Cisco fangirling and representing the fandom every week and Caitilin and Felicity being BFFs. And a beutiful Dyla wedding.

  6. Love it episode that was more light then dark

DAT PROMO FOR NEXT WEEK'S FINALE! :O

  8. So GOOD! I think i want these flarrow crossovers every season!

  9. Anyway awesome episode. Love it. Love all interactions that characters had with each other. Captain Boomerang despite being very bunny was very badass. Love how all the team worked together in the end. I loved the Barry Oliver relationship highlighted. When Barry said Oliver inspired people as "Oliver Queen" I got a little misty eyed. o glad Lyla didn't die. Dyla wedding coming!!! Can't wait for next week!

how much of a costume upgrade did Oliver get?

    ReplyDelete
  11. I wish they would combine both shows and make it 2 hour episodes each week ! They all have great chemistry together.

    ReplyDelete
  12. not bad, not fantastic but fun :)
Made me like Barry again and actually utilized the team members.
Also almost every cast member was present....minus one.
loved the Boomerang shots, quick and stylish

But certainly not the series best episode or the seasons best.

but the promo for the next episode was awesome :D

For a technical perspective, yes, Flash was better. But storywise was bad. It's like the episode was missing the third act, and that killed it for me.

If they want Flash to work on Arrow, they need to start making Oliver fight some meta-humans using very cool sci-fi tech

    ReplyDelete
  14. I preferred Flash's too but I LOVED both episodes. I thought both were the best of the season! More crossover's please!

    ReplyDelete
  15. This crossover has been so much freaking fun! Can we have more of these, please?!

Oliver and Barry's interactions has been my most favorite part of this crossover. Loved seeing their long awaited heart to heart in the Foundry. They desperately needed to have that talk! "You wouldn't have survived, much less come out the other end a hero, somebody who wants to do good, if you didn't have a light inside of you." Loved that advice, Barry :)

Lyla and Diggle were so adorable in this episode. And my heart broke when Lyla got struck by the boomerang. Thank god she survived that. "You only call me sweetie when you want something" HA! Also yay to them getting married! Dyla forever!

Awww, Cisco gave Ollie a suit upgrade! Nice! And I still love how much Cisco was fangirling over the suits and arrows :) Also, I had a feeling that they weren't going to give us an answer to the question: Who would win, The Flash or Arrow? But that final scene was still pretty great.

Ra's al Ghul is coming! Next week's mindseason finale is going to be unforgettable.

    ReplyDelete
  16. IMO they should've seperated the "rules" for both shows. Oliver comes to the Flash and pulls insane stunts he couldn't on Arrow. Barry comes to Arrow and all he has is his speed.

Like having the Flash be this overly cartoon-ish sci fi series and Arrow the more gritty heroic tale

    ReplyDelete
  17. I preferred Flash's episode too, althought i loved both. But The Flash was more fun, and not so dark..it's funny because i liked Arrow more than The Flash, but The Flash's episode yesterday was better ;)

    ReplyDelete
  18. It's hard not to compare. Frankly, the Flash worked better. This was so heavy-handed. Especially, Amanda ex machina who still makes no sense in any decision she makes. She exists to force Oliver's hand to make a play he otherwise wouldn't. Frustratingly illogical. Not just evil or willing to sacrifice for her goals, but mind-boggling asinine. And we've already had the "I don't kill not because I'm weak but because I'm trying to be a hero" didn't need it again. Now, it is just starting to make Oliver seem toothless.

And I'd the idea of Barry trying to give pep talks, but 5 minutes before he was demonstrating how he fundamentally doesn't understand the world Oliver lives in, Oliver's past, Oliver's experience/knowledge of actual bad guys, or actual danger. Instead of joyful, it felt hypocritical. When he comes up against the person who killed his mom, he's going to be willing to do anything to get justice. And he's had one bad thing happen to him like ever. Oliver lived through constant conditioning of awful to make him what he is. And it doesn't stop because he could fight back. In the end the "lightness" of the Flash played as childish on Arrow. Which was unfortunate, 'cause Flash worked so well.

    ReplyDelete
  19. I don't mind 1 funny episode in each season, but I don't think I like the idea of "funny half of each season"

    ReplyDelete
  20. That crossover was EPIC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I loved how Cisco was trying to flirt with Roy's ex-girlfriend (Oliver's sister). He has poor social skills.

I didn't expect Diggle to propose to Lyla! Thank goodness she is still alive. I totally can see Felicity and Caitlin be roommates!!!

When the crossover was first announced, I had HIGH HOPES for it and exceeded it. This was easily the best episode of the season and one of my favorites of the whole series!!!!!!!!!!!

    ReplyDelete
  21. it seems crossovers are better fit for The Flash as a show, the characters work together best there.

    ReplyDelete
  22. I totally agree Cisco just makes the Flash Better with his funny side and also in Arrow which Oliver doesn't laugh much not since Tommy died. It was great that Oliver has Barry as a friend that can give him advices and make him laugh too like he did at the end it was nice to hear him laugh which he so needed. Now Oliver has 3 new friends.

    ReplyDelete
  23. To be honest. I kinda miss when things were.. simpler. Season 1 Arrow. Im not normally a fan of them depicting super powers on tv shows... Its got its place but in a Show Like Arrow and is laughable as this sounds.. Ive always liked that its more grounded. The League of Assassins is a cool vehicle to introduce new characters and situations to the show. Also I think the music on Arrow is far superior :)

    ReplyDelete
  24. "When he comes up against the person who killed his mom, he's going to be willing to do anything to get justice." We haven't even seen the episode yet lol.

    ReplyDelete
  25. I feel the exact opposite. what is the point of having a comic book hero show and keeping it "grounded" in reality when its the opposite of what comic books are

    ReplyDelete
  26. Didn't you see the promo?

    ReplyDelete
  27. and a potential creepy enemy, don't forget Wells!

Who wasn't present? Thought I saw everyone in some capacity...

    ReplyDelete
  29. I'm am lost for words. Part 2 was just... EPIC!!!!!
I loved every second of this episode. Part 1 was about learning to work as a team and Part 2 was working as a team.
There were so much things I liked about this episode. From the two team acknowledging the difference between both cities to Barry bringing out the more human part of Oliver.
At the end of the Arrow would have won. Hands down.
    A++++ work across the bored.

Love your excitement for the episode....almost as much as I loved it!! Favorites were seeing all 5 of them diffuse the bombs at the same time. Barry and Oliver's talks that benefited both of them. Diggle and Lyla are getting married and I think they confirmed at the fan screening that there will be a wedding on the show!!! Cisco I just love...he is such a fanboy and his excitement is so infectious. Can't not smile at everything he says!! Barry getting his own case for his suit the next time he's in town...I'm pretty sure I got misty eyed when I saw that!! Just love these shows. I think Flash goes back to being a watch live show going forward even if it is to just hear what Cisco has to say!! Mid season finale next week....hope this lives up to expectations and I can get behind Ra's as a formidable bad guy for the rest of the season!!! Can't wait....After the West coast airs tonight's episode we get the extended promo - right??

That reference went over my head. What did she mean by the landmines??

    ReplyDelete
  33. Barry hasnt killed the first person yet, right?. I will not do good to him when he has to do it his first.
I liked that both parties understood a little bit more about the other and why they are so differrent.
    Great episode tbh

  34. "with John Barrowman and Paul Blackthorne"

one of both didn't show up ^^

I think the whole "a really sweaty Oliver on top of her" situation of 2x01 xD

    ReplyDelete
  36. Holy crap! this one was sooo much better than the last episode i.e. the previous one. I much prefer when Barry and Oliver find common ground and can learn from each other as opposed to Oliver thinking he knows everything because he was on an island for awhile. It was refreshing to see Oliver see himself the way Barry sees him and visa versa.

    ReplyDelete
  37. Awesome!
There should be a crossover event ever mid-season finale!

    Random thoughts:
    - I liked Thea being "Flash-ed" by Barry! XD
    - Poor Barrowman having to deal with another Harkness.. Jack is the only Captain Harkness dammit!
    - Combining skill sets really makes sense. If only there was some sort of "League".... XD
    - The Flash is to The Arrow as Luke Skywalker is to Han Solo. Don't get cocky kid!
    - How did the ladies' (and Cisco's) hair not get mussed up as they were "Flash-ed" to their bombs?
    - On "3" or after "3"..... I bet at least one of the 5 would go after! XD

While I prefer the darker tone of Arrow in general, it was fun to see the teams working together and actually smiling while having fun! I really enjoyed this episode as a change of pace!

I think there is a lot of potential for more teamwork or temporary hero teams to take on the larger seasonal arc or groups of villains etc. This time it took away from the individual personalities of both shows and really did not work into either show's seasonal arc, but I think that can change for future crossovers!

I forgot: Oliver and Laurel's conversation was pure gold.

L: Oliver, The Arrow was on Central City.

O: Yeah, this is a follow-up... Kind of...

    I LOL so hard xD

My one biggest negative about the season so far is not enough Barrowman!! How did I miss that??

    ReplyDelete
  40. AMAZING, SIMPLY AMAZING!!!!! AND NEXT WEEK LOOKS AWESOME!

    ReplyDelete
  41. Thank you again. Now i'm watching them both back to back. ; )

    ReplyDelete
  42. given that Merlyn is my favourite I caught that...every episode he didn't appear in.
So far he missed 4/8 episodes :(
I think he'll be in next weeks episode though since Guggenheim said that we'll get an idea of Merlyns masterplan in the mid-season finale

    ReplyDelete
  43. So Cisco gives Ollie a new top, but no new bottoms? Lol.

    ReplyDelete
  44. I know its personal preference but I find the Flash too happy-go-lucky. Arrow is more gritty but still has its comic moments. Plus it has the flashbacks and mysterious tone. The Flash is just too 'light' for me. I don't get why its more popular.

    ReplyDelete
  45. Mostly because Flash is a more known superhero than Green Arrow.

    ReplyDelete
  46. Because that's just who Flash is. He is this happy-go-lucky kind of guy. It's more true to the comic counterpart than Oliver Queen is on Arrow.

    ReplyDelete
  47. I think the biggest character development of Ollie is Barry's line to him about inspiring as Oliver Queen. A big trait is that when it comes to Green Arrow, it's about the man, which is Oliver Queen. That, imo, is the true biggest difference from Batman because when it comes to Batman, it's about the mission and not the man.

    ReplyDelete
  48. Absolutely loved it! It was 94% fanservice as it should have been! (the 6% is the flashback).
I had tons of fun watching the episode, and I think it somehow managed to blend the two differents tones from Arrow and The Flash quite well, the moment Cisco and Catlin realize how dangerous the life they carry on can be is pretty powerful, and as a whole the episode says a lot about Oliver and what he can learn from Barry.
Truly wonderful crossover experience! Hope we get another crossover soon!

    ReplyDelete
  49. Haha thank you very much for that. Aw man, all 5 of them diffusing the bombs, i was cheering like crazy, all their reactions were funny. Like a "wth just happened? oh, he put me in front of the bomb." Hahaha Cisco is the best, I loved him from the moment he was introduced last season. (I'm so glad they've expanded on the characters of Cisco and Caitlin) When they went to see Felicity at her off and he had that sad puppy dog look on his face saying, "I need to see the toys, i gotta see the toys." I yelled, "Please let him see the toys!!!" Hahahaha (It would be so cruel if he didn't). Awww, you got misty eyed? That's so cute!

Oh i'm sooo ready for the mid finale next week. And it's Ra's...RA'S!!! His name alone is badass. I have absolutely no doubt he won't give Oliver trouble. (stephen shared the pics today and I fangirled so hard. Dying for that mountain fight).

Ummm, Idk too much about that. I don't keep track of the West Coast much anymore. What i DO know is that they give the extended promo before 3am. Somewhere between 1:30-2:20. My time. Right now it's 11:15pm, so we've got awhile.

    ReplyDelete
  50. really? I haven been catered to :P

    ReplyDelete
  51. It wasn't a minor in-canon, but just not of a look. In-canon, it's supposed to be a lighter material that can carry more, which is useful when he carries around a quiver. I don't know what it hanging off the front part of the strap though. Smoke pellets?

He also has a patch on the side of his shoulder that seems to be filled with mini-arrows too.

    ReplyDelete
  52. Rheinmeister09 .4 December 2014 at 04:21

Where are you?? East coast? Usually they give the extended promo at 12 EST so we should have it soon enough!!

    ReplyDelete
  53. it will probably be Zoom right

    ReplyDelete
  54. that would be so awesome and maybe Wells is impulse instead of Barry

    ReplyDelete
  55. You know...Green Arrow has been in over 2000 issues and is one of the longest running heroes there is. It's not the popularity it's the market that responds better to a child friendy hero like the flash than an archer with a political agenda.

Green Arrow has become pretty dark since the 70s and now is more or less the underdog of the lineup despite predating and outnumbering many other heroes in terms of appearances due to priding itself with being more adult than other DC comics.

Now...I wouldn't say theFlash is more popular as a character, he's simply easier to show in a cartoon because with GA you'll have to explain some stuff first

    ReplyDelete
  56. I loved it! There is so much to comment on.

Barry & Oliver: Their relationship finally has come solid ground. I was afraid these crossovers would depict Oliver as a pessimistic asshole and Barry as a child who just laughs his way through his dealings with those he comes up against. Although the beginning of this episode did just that and me not enjoying that aspect of the episode, the end of it gave rise to a wonderful beginning of relationships that have formed due to this episode.

Cisco: I mean, who doesn't like him? he's hilarious! even Oliver enjoyed him, despite the fight in him he seemed to struggle with haha I LOVE that every time one of the Flash's team visits Oliver gets upgrades in the suit department. It is a tribute to the fact that Oliver's group can benefit from having friends like Barry and his team.

Diggle & Barry: I wish they would have more interactions. I mean, I was waiting for the scene that showed Diggle thank Barry for saving his ex-wife. I think I may be asking too much, these two do not have much in common, I just fear that Barry is only depicted as the friend of Felicity and only friends to Oliver because he is, well... freakin awesome in the field haha. I feel that the character of Barry is universal enough to reach every main character on both shows on some kind of common ground, and I want that for Diggle and Barry.

The ending... Oliver has to know that Barry is no match for him, that being said and on that basis alone, it was a great scene to watch as Oliver was able to let loose and have some fun. Barry is a wonderful character who can put a smile on anyone, and putting one on Oliver is quite the accomplishment :)

    ReplyDelete
  57. I thought his question how much the actual costume changed visually

    ReplyDelete
  58. Rheinmeister09 .4 December 2014 at 04:26

Between Ra's and Malcolm my expectations are high for the second half of the season and to finally discover what side of the fence Thea is on...just hope these episodes deliver!!

    ReplyDelete
  59. if we're lucky he won't ever kill anyone

    ReplyDelete
  60. "Oh, hi I'm the Flash.......sushi?"

    ReplyDelete
  61. The thing is plenty kids of the 90s grew up knowing who The Flash was as opposed to Green Arrow and those kids are on their 20s now and they are watching Flash because they knew him. That's a big factor on why Flash is performing better than Arrow rating wise

    ReplyDelete
  62. Barry: "It's ok, he told her about me."
    Diggle shakes his head.
    Barry: "You didn't?"

    ReplyDelete
  63. I'd say he's more popular.

    ReplyDelete
  64. It's kevlar it'll stop most small arms fire.

    ReplyDelete
  65. being exactly 20 I can only agree, I've seen more of The Flash on TV through cartoons and the live action show....wich..to my shame..I still happen to enjoy thanks to booze.

    ReplyDelete
  66. That and Green Arrow wasn't big till the 70s and 80s. Even then Flash is one of the most well known heroes and most popular.

    ReplyDelete
  67. probably, as someone that's a big GA fan it's just hard to admit ;)

    ReplyDelete
  68. He'll probably kill Zoom. Most heroes have one. Hell Supes has three I believe.

    ReplyDelete
  69. Fair Green Arrow is great. :)

    ReplyDelete
  70. what? Well i haven't been around back then thanks to my young age but wasn't Green Arrow the character that got the 'Don't-do-drugs-kids' storyline?
You won't give that to an unpopular character.

    ReplyDelete
  71. *thumbs up*

I think the thing about the Flash is just that he's simply a really easy to market character that just resonates with people really well unlike GA who right wingers might dislike due to being such a leftie

    ReplyDelete
  72. I believe that was around the 70s. Nor I have dude I'm almost 20. I'm not old.

    ReplyDelete
  73. Yeah. Another reason I like him.

    ReplyDelete
  74. Yes, I agree too, I couldnt remember the lines but yes that too :)

    ReplyDelete
  75. I really enjoyed the crossover episodes! I loved how both shows remained true to themselves. This was a great idea, and I hope we see another crossover episode again!

    ReplyDelete
  76. early 70s if I can trust my memory (need to look up comicvine tomorrow)

Looking back you might be right with the character only have gotten popular in the 70s, he was a pure Batman knock-off until the political aspect was brought in

    ReplyDelete
  77. you and me both, it's refreshing to have a character that openly commits to a political cause, I get why most publishers refuse to use politics but it really works with the character.

Just sad they haven't brought that in on Arrow (yet)

    ReplyDelete
  78. True but without Arrow The CW would be injured even more ratings wise. Actually Laurel will be the Black Canary according to producers. Only Sara was the Canary.

    ReplyDelete
  79. Smallville had a five year-old? Huh. The last two seasons make me pretty happy it went beyond it.

    ReplyDelete
  80. Nah, he is gonna have to go to the "i killed someone and i didnt want to" journey of all heroes.

    ReplyDelete
  81. There is. But rarely do those go without changing.

    ReplyDelete
  82. SHIELDNCISArrowfan4 December 2014 at 05:17

I think also The Flash is big is it is involve in a major crossover event "Flashpoint" which feature his character as very important. I not sure if GA has any comic that has the same level as that. Even the animation series have feature The Flash more and GA is more a supporting character in the JL/JLU animation and YJ.....never use full potential

    ReplyDelete
  83. SHIELDNCISArrowfan4 December 2014 at 05:23

was it consider a easter egg when Quentin mistaken called barry "Bart" Allen? hint hint for future

    ReplyDelete
  84. Another fun episode. Seems like each Hero showed each other a better way.
Thanks Cisco for the Suit upgrade. As tech upgrades so should the Hero Suit.

Captain Boomerang was nice baddie, the Boomerang sure are fun to watch in action.

And dam that let the fans decide the end scene! I'm just not even gonna go there and just say till next time. and Holy shit the next ep! back to Arrow Crazy mode.

    ReplyDelete
  85. SHIELDNCISArrowfan4 December 2014 at 05:33

I can't figure out what upgrade did Oliver get because it seem like exactly the same with small adjustment

    ReplyDelete
  86. Heroes with powers rarely do, only like the big bads, otherwise they are anti hero or run the risk of being hunted by another super.

    ReplyDelete
  87. Honestly I like that two shows have a different feel. I still like Arrow best because I´m more into dark shows (Arrow is still not dark though). The Flash is more light hearted and fun, it is refreshing and entertaining.
But, I hear you, I don´t know if The Flash can keep me watching for more than one season.

    ReplyDelete
  88. The Suit is now weaved with polymer Kevlar, plus 25% lighter so he can carry more (15% more), and move at closer to gear less speed. You might have to get compare the gear to older episode to see physical changes tho.

  89. Rheinmeister09 .4 December 2014 at 05:52

I'm so impatient!!! 12:52 and its still not up:(

    ReplyDelete
  90. AHHHHHH!!! I can't believe i forgot about that!! Hell yeah!! When he said Bart, i went crazy. Hahahaha that was awesome.

    ReplyDelete
  91. Hahahaha yeah i can see that. Maybe you should watch the crossover again. It's 1am now, sooo i'd say another half hour.

    ReplyDelete
  92. All I can say after finally being able to watch both back to back is EPIC!!! Damn I wish Agents of Shield was even 25% this good. THIS is how you do comic book T.V. It seems that DC has that locked up for good. I don't think I have smiled ear to ear that much in any two episodes ever. Sweet Christ Marvel, seriously, take notes, copious amounts of notes, laminate, frame, study, then write a dissertation on them, then implement.

    ReplyDelete
  93. I don't think you need to bash SHIELD here. They are radically different shows. And this season has been really strong for both.

    ReplyDelete
  94. apparently I blinked the Reverse Flash promo. :-)

I would have loved the Salmon Ladder bit if I believed for a second Barry could do it. Just couldn't sell me on that one. :-D

    ReplyDelete
  95. The anti-drug issue you're talking about is "Green Lantern (co-starring Green Arrow) #85" and it came out in August 1971

    ReplyDelete
  96. Words cannot fully express how much I've LOVED these two episodes. Just perfection, both of them. I was excited for the crossovers but they were far better than even I thought they would be! The way they've explored the relationships between the characters was awesome. Barry-Oliver is one of the most interesting dynamics out there! Loved it! More of these, CW, please!

    ReplyDelete
  97. I'm not a big fan off crossovers but in my opinion this is a job well done by the creative team behind the show. You can tell how much love they have for it by watching this episode. That being said Barry lecturing Oliver on the morals of being a hero just felt naĂŻve and off, it kind of killed the character of Oliver a bit. I get the whole ''we are better, we don't kill'' speech but to me it felt like Oliver was right on this one. Barry is just beginning and is still so imature when it comes to Oliver. Sooner or later he's gonna realise that the bad guys don't play around and he will face loss. So Oliver got played but would the outcome have been any different if he hadn't shot the guy?

    ReplyDelete
  98. I want two hour cross overs every season at least twice. This was awesome. How cool was this? Flash episode was light and funny but Arrow episode had one of the best and scary villains ever. I loved every bit of it. The interactions with the whole cast. This is some solid writing. Every one got a chance to shine.

Oliver and Barry relationship grew so much during these episodes. I loved it how much Barry inspired Oliver and called him out for his crap. Cisco, Roy and Diggle bonding was awesome. Digger Harkness attacking the foundry and Lyla, Felicity and Caitlin facing him with Felicity throwing a bomb. Go ladies!!! I squealed at that. Cisco is a treasure he needs to be protected.. I loved Lyla and Oliver's talk.. Poor things.. you are trigger happy but I love you guys. Diggle and Lyla got engaged.. Yay!!. The scene where Barry first comes in front of Oliver and takes those boomerangs was awesome!! Great special effects.

I loved this one more than The Flash. I guess I like my down and gritty shows a bit more than the light and fluffy ones.

    ReplyDelete
  99. Great episode, but I still don't like the flashbacks.

Barry you were awesome, you are back at my good graces. Nice entrance by the way, I like that each one of them saved the other in their first scene. His speeches to Oliver were spot on, and he had a lot of funny lines. I love his dynamic with the team, and I love that they made a place for his suit awww. That scene with the bombs was cool but how convenient it was that there were 5 bombs and 5 people and seriously Boomerang said they had 90 seconds and I timed it, it took them almost 3 minutes, I hate it when shows do that :\ but I'm choosing to overlook these things so I can enjoy the episode lol. The last scene between Oliver and Barry was so awesome and I'm OK with not knowing which one of them would win. "I get it, Barry, I get it. You're fast!" lol can we plz keep happy smiling joking Oliver longer? No? Ok :(

Lance's scenes were funny but does he sit around and drink coffee all day? He had a mug in his hand in every scene lol and prepare yourselves for what's coming, I didn't hate Laurel in this episode lol her scene was kinda fun actually. I know I'm shocked too lol

Seriously Oliver stop blaming yourself for everything and stop convincing yourself that you are losing your humanity and that's the only way you can be a hero and be able to safe the people you love, look at Diggle he was focused and the fact that the woman he loves; the mother of his child; was in danger made him more determined and when she got hurt he didn't break up with her!!!! He realized that he can't waste another minute without being with her. Take notes! That's how it's done. Congratulations John and Lyla, I love you guys together, I got teary eyed when Lyla got hurt and Felicity was so scared then saw the look on Dig's face when he saw her and the way he said "Barry" it broke my heart. Lyla works really well with the team, it's nice that they are friends, and she is good at action scenes but when she was shooting Boomerang I said "Hey watch it! You're going to hurt the Olicity fern" but thankfully it survived the shooting and the danger and Felicity got rid of Boomerang, I feel like there a symbolism and a foreshadowing here somewhere, or hoping that there is lol

Thea's scenes were short but sweet, "who was that hottie?" "Oliver's sister" "My ex-girlfriend" "so satay away? That's what you're saying" "yeah" lol that was hilarious. Roy had some nice scenes too and I love his fights with Oliver, they make a good team.

I want Team Flash to come back more like Roy said they were fun and they added lightness to the show, and they finally get it, it's not fun and games and everyone one of them can get hurt and they don't have super healing, being a hero is tough in Starling. Thank you Cisco for the new jacket and for giving us a cute Olicity moment :D she understands him so much, WILL YOU PLZ GET MARRIED ALREADY? YOU'RE KILLING ME :\ anyway moving on lol that scene had two Olicity moments, this one and when she mentioned the landmines, he didn't understand at first but then it clicked in his head and there was this devilish smile on his face when he realized the reason she was thankful for the landmines lol can't blame you girl haha yeah one more thing, when Barry was telling Oliver that he has light inside of him and then Felicity suddenly appeared, very subtle writers haha I love you lol

  100. I am so calling the van the Arrowmobile from now on!

  101. While not my favorite episode of the season thus far, I thoroughly enjoyed the second part of the crossover. Cisco going all fanboy in the "Arrow Cave" cracked me up. Great episode.

  102. Great episode...I still think there is a chance that Wells is a future version of Barry Allen. And yes, Eddie's name is too similar to the Reverse Flash's ID in the comics...time will tell. And please help me remember; is The Huntress dead??? We haven't seen her in awhile, and now I think I may have forgotten she died along the way...

  103. It wasn't a bash on SHIELD. More of a poke. I watched SHIELD in the beginning but haven't since this season began. Sorry if I offended, just harmless poking fun.

  104. I KNOW this will NEVER happen in a million years ... BUT... just for FUN let's 'play' what if.

With the new "Supergirl" series coming to CBS next season ( if we are lucky ) how would you feel about "Arrow" putting their own spin/twist on things and instead of Kara from the planet Krypton being Supergirl .... Felicity Smoak would aquire superpowers' of her own during another freak accident at S.T.A.R. lab just like Barry, Ronnie, and the rest of the meta-humans did .... becoming Arrow's version of 'Supergirl' ?

  105. Correct. This bothered me the most throughout the first two seasons and especially in "The Man Under The Hood", but you could just toss that into the whole "development" issue because this season is greatly focusing on Oliver Queen on whether he's Oliver Queen or The Arrow…and in the end, he needs to be Oliver Queen and realize the name is more important than the 'Arrow' moniker. Once he does that, the symbol that is him being Green Arrow will be more closer to the comics that it is so far.

  106. I know, but Ollie should've gotten new bottoms too. Cisco mentioned it'll be lighter for him to wear and he needs a full lighter suit.

    ReplyDelete
  107. Ahhh, I didn't view the question like that, haha.

    ReplyDelete
  108. Thry're leather pants. I think it's fine.

    ReplyDelete
  109. With super speed he could do it easily though propulsion.

    ReplyDelete
  110. But…leather….you pretty much made my point, haha.

    ReplyDelete
  111. Yes because criminals really go for the legs. He's fine.

    ReplyDelete
  112. It has nothing to do with people going for his legs. He needs to move lighter, and having lighter bottoms would do the trick. It goes back to The Dark Knight, a movie that definitely showcased that a hero needs something lighter to move.

  113. I think this crossover was even better than the first on The Flash

    ReplyDelete
  114. It's leather. I really doubt Oliver would wear it if it ever slowed him down. I really doubt you can compare several hundred thousand body armour in terms of weight to leather.

    ReplyDelete
  115. "It's leather". There's neither here nor there. Cisco created a new top that's lighter for Ollie. Ollie was obviously wearing something that was heavier on him simply because of the idea that Cisco gave him something lighter to wear. Same goes for the bottoms.

Best line was Cisco's: "It was like they were on a league of their own!"
If CW got 3 super hero shows, and one yearly League of Justice Movie I would be on cloud nine!!! I vote for Wonder Woman!!!

  117. It's like talking to a wall sometimes with you. You also said it didn't matter that the guy playing a boxer on Arrow doesn't have a realistic stance either. If you don't even understand my point, I'm done trying to explain myself.

    ReplyDelete
  118. I understand it. I just find it unnecessary. They're pants. They're not heavily or cumbersome. There is no need for improvement or any reason you have given as to why they should be replaced. I'm I argumentative and stubbier obviously. But still they're pants that obviously work fine. He doesn't need storage space or better protection down there. Given he's almost never been hurt there nor has need.

    ReplyDelete
  119. "It'll be over by the time they get there." DEAD!!!!

    ReplyDelete
  120. It's leather pants. I think the tightness not weight would be an issue. But if they weren't replaced doesn't that mean they're fine canonically.

    ReplyDelete
  121. For me...propulsion is cheating. :-D

    ReplyDelete
  122. Did anyone else noticed that "the light" line was similar to what Sarah said to Oliver last season?

    ReplyDelete
  123. Did I miss them or are we not getting favorite scene polls for Arrow this season?
