  1. I really liked Elizabeth in this episode and the double headed snake was cool.

  2. I picked Elizabeth's intro to Nick and Hank. I like the character too but I'm still a little miffed that she's not French. I'm also a miffed that Grimm had Octopus Head took away so many of Trubel's bad memories. Those memories were integral to the character. It's like Grimm erased part of Trubel's personality. Happy, carefree Trubel kind of freaked me out at the end of the episode.

  3. wait i thought she was protected from her memories being taken away?

  4. This season of Grimm has started out great so far! I hope they keep the momentum going through the rest of the season.

  6. I did not see it as Trubel getting her worst memories yanked. That's an interesting perspective and I would be fine with it. My guess is that there will be plenty of bad ones to take their place in no time.

  7. I'm not sure. I never thought of her memories be taken away but I could see that becoming canon either way. I hope they explain next week.

  8. I agree. All I need is for Wu to get in on everything and then I will be really happy with where it has been going.

  9. Which Nick scene was your favorite this week?

  10. i thought when she said she never slept so well in years huh maybe you're right and she's different not bad different but different cool i guess i just thought that she was protected because she's a grimm

  11. Hmm, I looked at that loss as an opening for her to become a more Nick like Grimm. Less haunted and PTSD afflicted and more open Nick's way of seeing the world.

  12. I had to pick Other. :-) I picked Adalind scaring away the rats and Krakenhead (which I am spreading as the new official name for this guy cause it's far more accurate.) gets Trubel's nightmares.

  13. KrakenHead is just more fun to say than OctopusHead, although it might be a moot point now if he's pretty much done.

  14. Less PTSD and more fun should be a general rule for shows.

  15. I voted for Renard's Mom reviving him with the two headed snake. And honorable mention when Wu was about to get to the bottom of the Trubel connection and Nick was in a lot of pain!!

  16. Somehow this episode didn't really have a stand-out moment.

  17. I think Nick has been a good enough influence on Trubel as is. The show didn't need to whitewash part of her history and artificially alter her personality as well.

  18. Part of what makes (well, I guess I should say 'made' now) Trubel an interesting character is everything she's had to suffer, endure, and overcome to get where she is today. She's a survivor and, by wiping those memories, Grimm has taken that and much of what informs Trubel as a character and wiped it away like marker on a whiteboard.

  19. I can't disagree with your..or agree...everytime I think about it I come down on a different side of the topic. A big part of me thinks your version would make better story. Then I'm happy for the character...cause getting rid of your baggage makes for a happier life. (and by getting rid of I mean- in the real world sense -dealing with it) I suppose I go there because I want Trubel to be a well adjusted non-genocidal Grimm out and away from Portland so I can have Nick back.

  20. I see where you are coming from. I like Trubel (the original version, anyway) but I never liked the idea of removing Nick's powers. In fact, that is what I was dreading most in the weeks preceding last season's finale. I was afraid that's where the story was headed and unfortunately I wasn't wrong. I don't want Trubel gone but I do want this non-Grimm Nick story over with.

  21. Please restore Grimm to its weekly procedural of cops detectives and Nicks Grimm powers. ENOUGH OF Adalind and this royal crap
