    Because they air it after a promo for The Taste (Thursday), used the #TGIT song (Thursday), mentioned that if we liked TGIT, we were going to like FOTB (Thursday). That's why we think it may be airing during January on Thursday

    Hahaha the promo was really funny, loved how they used TGIT to promote this too. Really looking forward too it, kind of excited for the idea of it may going to Thursdays, not sure if The Taste is a strong lead, but it's not like if Last Man Standing could help much more

    Logistically they won't be able to air all the episodes then. Do you think they will double up? Or move it when TGIT comes back Jan. 29?

    That's what i wondering too, even if they double it up and premiers it on January 1st it would only be able to air 8 episodes, and they won't premiere it on December 'cause they haven't announce a date yet. Maybe our predictions are wrong or you're right with they moving it to another night.

    Is The Taste still supposed to be an hour? If it is they'll have no choice but to double up. Then maybe they'll do a little musical chairs

    Well yes... That is stating the obvious haha! I meant why put it on a Thursday with The Taste and how would they do it - if Taste is 8-10pm, that puts FOTB at 10pm? Makes no sense.

    Airing 2 episodes a week is a risky move and not necessarily a good sign. Still, there's not exactly a better slot for it. So, why not? Who knows, if it shows potential on it's own merit, ABC might nurture it and try to get it in Wednesday lineup next season. They aren't going to want to break that up for such an uncertainty. So this is going to be it's chance to sink or swim purely on it's own. Hey, The Goldbergs had an equally tough lot to work with so it's possible...
