  1. so Captain Boomerang will carry over both episodes? Nothing against Captain Boomerang, he sure will be fun but I don't see him as a character that requires two heroes to team up.
If Oliver can take out Deathstroke, Merlyn, Nyssa and others I don't get the need for Capt. Boomerang. Maybe there's something more to it

  2. Didnt they say Cap Boomerang teams up with someone?

  3. In the Flash ep TArrow goes to Central city cause of boomerang but the episode majorly focusses on barry getting manipulated by one meta and the whole F vs Arrow. Boomerang will be the major focus in the A ep where he goes afrer Lyla.

  4. I didn't hear about a team-up but that'd make sense

yep the Flash vs Arrow did not mention Boomerang appearing probably at the end

  6. he has. according to description for 3x08 he will put 5 bombs in 5 places and want to blow up them at the same time. according to TVGuide Article team Flash will come to Starling City because Felicity asks them to help them about Sara's case and Cisco loves to see Arrow cave.

  7. What are Oliver and Barry talking about and why does Barry look so depressed when he is sitting on the foundry's stairs? it's always good to see Lyla working with the team.

  8. in the last picture there's a cardiac machine and gloves i think something will happen to Oliver.

  9. The Flash features a meta human named rainbow killer or something who can transfer his moods to other people. Oliver helps Barry take him down .

  10. I really hope not, isn't he suffering enough :(

  11. Well this set of episodes look lot more broodier. Also looks like an ARGUS heavy episode. I am glad Lyla is getting more scenes this season.

  12. SO, i think you have to prepare yourself for episode 9, because it smells like something baaad.

  13. Cisco and Caitlin now know who the Arrow is. Why not just have every future member of the JL and maybe Legion Of Doom or Suicide Squad in the Arrow cave? Lol.

  14. he should just straight up tell the world who he is...70% of Starling sure know already

  15. I've been preparing myself for an entire season of torture since the description of "the Calm" came out, it doesn't mean I have to like or that it won't hurt :( I've been in a bad mood the whole day since I watched the episode this morning, that was an awesome way to start my day :\ I really need to stop getting so attached to fictional characters (yeah right that's gonna happen lol).

  16. Oliver Stark! Lol.

  17. The real problem here is that my consumption of chocolate on Thursdays is getting out of hand hahahahaha

  18. I try to resist but those writers are posing a serious danger to my cholesterol level lol

  19. The EPs said that something will happen on Arrow's part of the crossover that will show Team Flash that being vigilantes has risks... That the more darker scenario of Arrow helped them make this possible(Otherwise, they are more light, naming villains and full of jokes).

  20. Too be fair he can take Deathstroke and Merlyn with great difficulty. And only sort of with Malcolm. But it's best they didn't go with Ra's. I assume a meta human villain will be involved in some way though.

  21. Oliver's life just keeps sucking more and more. Is it weird that it makes me like him more. I just admire the perseverance he has.

    ReplyDelete
  22. Ugh too Smallville inspired. I really hated that plot point.

    ReplyDelete
  23. It's not weird at all, one of the main things I really admire about Oliver is his strength of character, I am always amazed that despite everything that happened and still happening to him he is still going and still fighting and still able to function, any other person would be in a psychiatric hospitals by now OR become a criminal, like how Sara went back to being an assassin and Felicity's ex became a cyber terrorist, but he became a hero.

    ReplyDelete
  24. To me that's also part of why he's a hero.

    ReplyDelete
  25. I must've missed that one, now I'm really convinced that Oliver will get hurt, Barry seeing his idol getting hurt will definitely shake him it'll make him think "if this can happen to Oliver then I don't stand a chance".

    ReplyDelete
  26. Ugh, let's hope Stephen never gets that particular wish then because that would be horrible.

    ReplyDelete
  27. He would never do that, the main reason he's hiding his identity is to protect the people he loves, if people knew that Oliver is the Arrow, then every criminal would go after the people he cares about to get to him.

    ReplyDelete
  28. you know sara was never evil so don't call her an assassin

    ReplyDelete
  29. isn't lyla a superhero in the comics?

    ReplyDelete
  30. Wait a second! Lyla is in the comics? I have no idea I don't read them.

    ReplyDelete
  31. Barry really admires him.

    ReplyDelete
  32. Yeah but that was before he became a hero too, it's more real and more personal now especially after Oliver wins the fight in the Flash Vs. Arrow (I'm assuming that Oliver will win).

    ReplyDelete
  33. OK first let me say that I really liked Sara and her death still hurts, I didn't like her time with league or her time with Ivo but otherwise I liked the character, that being said, she WAS an assassin, she was a member of the League of ASSASSINS and I didn't say that she was evil I meant that all that happened to her made her lose her soul (her words not mine) and a lot of her humanity and she called herself a murderer more than once.

    ReplyDelete
  34. I know. I just really hate that kind of plot.

    ReplyDelete
  35. Sort of. Lyla Michaels was the identity of a character called Harbinger (referenced by having Arrow's Lyla use the radio callsign Harbinger) but they don't have much more than the names in common.

    ReplyDelete
  36. Why would it be horrible? As I mention, it is something Oliver Queen would do and something Smallville got right. That's also one of the major differences between him and Batman. With Bruce Wayne, it's all about him being Batman and the mission. With Oliver Queen, it's always about the man, him being Oliver Queen and Oliver Queen being Green Arrow, as opposed to Batman being Bruce Wayne and solely focused on his mission.

  37. See answers in @Graydon and @Koky conversation bellow. A secret identity is used to protect the people you love. If Oliver went public as the Arrow every criminal in Starling would target his friends and family.

    ReplyDelete
  38. But that's also such an interesting story in the aspect of letting the criminals know who you are; let alone, does it mean much when a lot of Ollie's biggest bads know who he is anyways?
