  1. I find it odd that Leonard and Penny go to Howard and Bernadette for marital advice when the latter two are barely shown dealing with marital issues.

    I'm guessing it's because they're the only couple they know in a similiar situation. It's not something they're going to go to their parents for advice on.

  3. I just find it odd that the show seems to spend more time on Leonard/Penny dealing with marriage than Howard/Bernadette. The latter couple has been married for a few seasons now and they rarely show what married life is like or them.
